• Mark (7/5): - All the staff were lovely Attention to detail....edges of worktops and cupboard shelving broken....My room 132 was on the 3rd floor not the 1st....so 332 would be better...Lastly No English Breakfast Tea only Earl Grey and Fruit Teas...Very frustrating if you font like Earl Grey...It's a Good 20/25 mins by Tram back to the City Centre....

• Volker (8/5): - Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, man bekam auf Anfrage ein Omelett. In der nähe gab es eine Straßenbahnstation direkt bis in die Innenstadt. Parkplätze waren im Gelände der Hotelanlage.

• Mark (8/5): Einfaches, aber recht günstiges Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal - Das Personal war extrem freundlich und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis über die Ostertage hat gepasst. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt mittels ÖV ist sehr gut - in wenigen Minuten hat man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht. In den Rezensionen haben viele auf das alte und altmodische Interieur hingewiesen. Da jedoch alles in meinem Zimmer sauber war und gut funktioniert hat, wäre das ein Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Auch das Frühstück ist recht einfach, allerdings reicht es aus, um gut in den Tag starten zu können.

• Juan Franco (6/5): Creo que hay una estrella de mas - la tranquilidad y la cercanía a los transportes públicos para llegar a centro de la ciudad y poder dejar el auto en el parking cómodo en una ciudad difícil de estacionar, el desayuno si bien era escaso pero suficiente y destaco la atención de la persona del desayuno que fue excelente la limpieza de la habitación, alfombra manchada él olor cigarrillo en la habitación.

• Adéla (8/5): - Výborná, skvělý výběr a naprosto úžasná paní, která mě obsluhovala. :) V koupelně bylo pouze mýdlo na ruce, očekávala bych i šampon.
• Janka (8/5): Na krátky pobyt v Prahe môžem odporučiť. - Raňajky boli výborné. Miesto je síce ďalej od centra, ale blízko hotela je hneď niekoľko zastávok hromadnej dopravy, ktorá premáva každú chvíľu. Personál na recepcii, ako aj v reštaurácii, bol veľmi milý a sympatický.

• Charbuský (9/5): Výborné - Velmi milá a příjemná obsluha, chutná a pestrá snídaně. Chyběl mi na pokoj mýdlo a šampon, což by mělo být ve 4hvězdičkovém hotelu automaticky na pokoji.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place close to the tram. 20-25 min to the heart of the city. It is easily accessible by car. Very nice man at the reception with decent English.

• Nursultan (8/5): The hotel is in a residential area, it was very quiet, the room has all the facilities - The hotel consists of two parts, the main building, where the restaurant, reception and rooms are located, and a new building, which stands separately, in which there are only rooms. I was placed in a new building. Breakfast starts at 7am and lasts until 9:30 am, the breakfast was very tasty and homemade. The staff is very polite, you can check in before 15:00 if the room is ready. 1. The hotel is located almost at the end of the city, it took me about 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. But there is a tram station within 5-7 minutes walk, which will take you to the heart of the city in 30-40 minutes. There are also bus stops right next to the hotel entrance. 2. The doors are quite loud, and when the doors close they make a loud noise. 3. The lamp in the hallway of my room was not lit. 4. Only residents of the top floor can enter the terrace, which is located on the roof of the building.

• Petr (10/5): Above expectations although the price could be lower - We expected a poor continental breakfast but it was rich with eggs prepared to our wish. The personnel in the breakfast room very friendly and ready to help. The room was perfectly quiet and we could sleep undisturbed. Very poor illumination in the night which led us wrongly to the entrance. This can be improved at little cost if the board with instructions is illuminated Bathtub is bit too small
