• Fernanda (7/5): - O Hotel é relativamente perto do centro e você também pode ter acesso ao transporte facilmente. E em relação ao custo benefício acho que vale a pena. Nós ficamos no 3° andar e realmente as escadas são muito cansativas. A acústica do quarto também não é muito boa, então se escuta o falatório das pessoas do lado de fora.

• Marianne (6/5): Schöne Tage in Amsterdam, einer wirklich tollen Stadt - das Personal war sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal. Das Hotel insgesamt ist funktionell, aber ohne jeglichen Komfort. Morgens wurde u.a. Kaffe angeboten (dennn es gibt ja sonst kein Frühstück), darüber haben wir uns gefreut Die Treppe zum Zimmer (wir waren im 2.OG) ist extrem steil und schmal, das auch noch mit Gepäck ist fast lebensgefährlich, Darauf wäre ein Hinweis hilfreich. Reinigung des Zimmers täglich nur auf Anforderung. Zimmerpreis m.E. überhöht.

• Carla da Silveira (8/5): Muito bom. - Gostei do atendimento, principalmente do Daniel, que foi muito atencioso, simpático e solícito. Superou minhas expectativas. Na recepção do hotel possui forno microondas, máquina de café, sanduicheira, utensílios de cosinha. A localização é execente. Muito próximo a mercado e aos principais museus. Fizemos tudo à pé. Não gostei da escada. Muito íngrime e estreita. Não possui elevador. Mas o funcionário ajuda a subir as malas.

• ELISA (8/5): - El cuarto de baño estaba muy bien, la limpieza impecable. El personal muy agradable. El hotel no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son muy muy inclinadas, lo que lo hace incómodo. No lo recomiendo si hay problemas de accesibilidad.

• Robyn (1/5): We encountered bed bugs and management unwilling to refund full stay and will not stay there again. - Location is great. I believe we had bed bugs in the room we slept in our first night. This was our first hotel in our trip and when I woke the morning a/f sleeping in Room 1 there were three bug bites in a row on one hip, and 2 more bites on my torso. We looked at the mattress and found black specks. Hotel disputed that these were bed bugs, saying black specks were pieces of linen and/or that it can take up to a week for bed bug bites to appear and refused a full refund. The fact that this was our first hotel of trip, the three bites in a row discovered sleeping one night in Room 1, and the black specks on mattress make me believe was bed bugs.
• Catherine (4/5): Passable for the price, but wouldn't return/rebook. - The room was spacious, the shower had great water pressure, and the WiFi was reliable. The location is great: extremely close to the center of the city via the Metro or Tram. I was disappointed that the walls were extremely thin (I could easily hear people on the floor above me and outside, we were in the underground suite). The toilet also smelled bad, as if it was connected to the sewage outside and other rooms' pipes... so our bathroom had quite the stench the entire stay and there wasn't a way to air it out (since we were in the basement, when we opened the window there were oftentimes people smoking outside).
• Serdar Burç (7/5): Fiyat performans konum olarak idealdi - Konum olarak bence çok iyi. Hemen yanında metro ve Albert Heijn marketi var. Onun dışında zaten pek bir artısı yok. Herkes merdiven dik demiş ama amsterdamda merkezdeki çoğu otel böyle. Günde zaten iki kez kullanıyorsunuz. Ben hiç sorun etmedim. Hiç önemli değil bence.

• Domenico (7/5): Ottima posizione e prezzo competitivo - Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dal Rijksmuseum e dal Pijp. Stanza pulita. Purtroppo 3 piani di scale ripidissime e strette (c'è l'informazione sul sito, ma non credevo fino a questo punto.. ) che portare su una valigia è un'impresa.

• Chiman (3/5): Keine angenehme Aufenthalt viel Stress - Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein Hostel obwohl wir haben preislich wie ein Hotel bezahlt. Bettwäsche voller Haare und nicht sauber. Im zweiten Zimmer, die wir bekommen war genau das gleiche Geschichte. Ausstattung im awventhaltsraum und Rezeption sehr alt ausgenutzt und kaputt. Viele unangenehme Treppen ohne Aufzug und kein Personal zuständig fürs Koffer auf zimmern zu bringen. Erste Nacht mussten wir die Koffer bei Rezeption lassen da unten lassen. Schmutzige und volle Haare Bettwäsche, kein Zimmerausstattung wie Kühlschrank obwohl ich Medikamente hatte, die im Kühlschrank zu aufbewahren waren. Kein Aufzug und kein Personal fürs koffer aufs Zimmer zubringen.

• Hilda (9/5): - La ubicación esta formidable cerca del museo de la ciudad, en una zona concurrida, líneas de transporte a unos pasos, las habitaciones limpias, el baño adecuado, el agua calientita. Tienen cupones de descuentos enn la recepción para varios lugares. El único pero que le pondría, son las escaleras demasiado empinadas, los escalones demasiado angostos (nos tocó el piso 3), con las maletas!!! para personas con alguna limitación o personas mayores sol que les dieran la planta baja ya que si está muy pesado (solo para ellos no sería recomendable)

• Roberto (6/5): - The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was okay.. public transport was in the immediate vicinity. Initially they assigned me a room on the ground floor that reeked of smoke, had a terrible view of a dreadful "garden," and was littered with cigarette butts. I complained, and was subsequently given a different room on the second floor. The room was extremely small, cleanliness left much to be desired – steep stairs (impossible with heavy luggage).
• #teamperiklu (7/5): Location makes up for the negatives if you like to be close to the main areas of the city. - The hotel is pretty basic but allows 24hr keyless entry and is located close to a train and tram station for easy movement. A supermarket is also located very close to the hotel and many restaurants and bars are in close vicinity. The size of the rooms are very small so ask for a room in the basement level as they are more comfortable. No breakfast is offered and the amenities are very basic. Also the stairs are very steep and the prices can be a bit on the high side especially for weekend stays.

• Alionex (8/5): - Δίπλα σε στάση τραμ κ μετρό, κοντά στο κέντρο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, ένα μικρό, καθαρό, φωτεινό δωμάτιο με τα απολύτως απαραίτητα. Η σκάλα σίγουρα θέλει προσοχή καθώς είναι λίγο απότομη αλλά τη συνηθίζεις
• Greta (4/5): Deludente - Posizione, staff cordiale. Letti sporchi, macchiati di sangue vecchio, dovrebbe esserci un servizio di pulizia in camera ogni giorno, non su richiesta. Capelli e povere per terra, sporco anche in bagno, come se il pavimento non fosse stato pulito bene c’era della sporcizia nell’angolo. Non c’è un armadio comodo in cui mettere le proprie cose, solo due grucce presenti su un attaccapanni in alto sul muro. Doccia impossibile da usare, il doccino non stava in posizione, si girava da solo da un lato, in più c’erano perdite dal lavandino. Poca manutenzione, poca pulizia, insomma… Molto deludente.

• christine (7/5): Es ist halt ein einfaches, aber gut geführtes low-Budget Hotel. Wer Komfort und schönes Ambiente sucht, muss mehr zahlen - Die Lage ist super, direkt neben einer Strassenbahn und nahe der Metro, man kann alle Museen und die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen. Jede Menge Restaurants rundherum. Das Bad und die Dusche waren winzig, aber neu und sauber. Die Betten sind schon sehr schmal, und das ganze Hotel ist hellhörig.

• Vania (10/5): 4 dias por Amesterdão - O quarto realmente era pequenino mas bastante suficiente, muito acolhedor, limpo, os funcionários de uma simpatia extrema... a localização espectacular, andamos bastante a pé mas há uma estação de metro e o tram(metro de superfície) a poucos metros do hotel... supermercados muito perto do hotel, e alguns sitios onde comer. Adoramos

Very helpful when we asked for an extra quilt and towels. The stairs are extremely steep as mentioned previously. We managed to deal with it okay, but if you struggle with stairs in general then I would advise against it. There are stairs at the entrance too. Our room was very small, but we were happy with it. I would stay there again and I was very happy overall. Just wanted to mention the above in case of people with disabilities wanting to book.

Sinceramente la nostra stanza nonostante i 4 piani di scalini ripidi (tipico delle case in centro ad Amsterdam) era grande, e con tutto il minimo indispensabile ma ok. Sinceramente per un soggiorno di un weekend è perfetto. Rapporto Qualità/prezzo ottimo per la posizione. Va usato per posto in cui tornare a dormire ecco.

Матрасы на кроватях максимально неудобные (слишком мягкие ), с них легко можно упасть на пол. Слышимость отличная, если соседи ходят или разговаривают - уснуть невозможно.
