Ama en kötüsü maalesef o da o kadar soguktu ki ha dışarıda yatmışsınız ha odanın içerisinde yatmışsınız aynıydı. Sabah buz tutmuş şekilde uyandık, İyi ki bir gecelik rezervasyonumuz var dedik.

I bagni delle camere sono nuovi completamente rifatti da poco. Dovrebbero migliorare un po' sulla pulizia generale, sia delle parti comuni (reception) che delle camere in genere.

Bed was super comfy Was a little bit tired and dirty in places. Toilet very close to the wall in our room so couldnt sit on it normally, had to sit sideways.
• Freek (8/5): Uitstekend voordelig verblijf in Amsterdam - Goed concept: budget en dan nét even iets leuker/mooier/frisser. Gratis uitstekende koffie, fijne kamer, en de locatie is geweldig. Tip: vraag wel om een kamer aan de voorzijde, met uitzicht over het Rokin. Eigenlijk was alles prima. Een steuntje voor het ouderwetse schuifraam ontbrak, maar een lade van een kastje bood uitkomst. @personeel, excuus dat ik vergeten ben het raam weer te sluiten en de lade terug te plaatsen:-)

• Frederic (4/5): Goed maar slechte klantenservice - Ik verbleef van 11 tot 13 april in Hotel Pagi en ben daar mijn bril vergeten. De bril werd teruggevonden en ik heb op 16 april het gevraagde bedrag van €25 betaald om deze te laten opsturen. Helaas heb ik mijn bril tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen en om een update gevraagd. Er werd aangegeven dat de betaling ontvangen was en dat de bril verstuurd zou worden, maar daarna bleef verdere opvolging uit. Ook heb ik geen track & trace-code ontvangen. Ik vind dit erg teleurstellend, vooral omdat het om een persoonlijke en belangrijke eigendom gaat. Een duidelijkere communicatie en snellere opvolging waren hier zeker op hun plaats geweest.

• Michelle (6/5): The location was very good but being new to travelling in Europe I was very disappointed with the room itself. I’m glad - The location was excellent, close to the train station and many restaurants and stores for shopping. You could get on the subway right outside which was handy. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a spot in the lobby to have free coffee. The room was very small and seemed poorly finished. We were between 2 housekeeping stations so it could be noisy and wasn’t very nice to see it when we walked by. We couldn’t open the curtain for extra light because the view was of a pocket in the wall of the next building covered in pigeon poop. There was no shower door so everything would get damp including the toilet paper. There was no chair, only a stool and a table so small we had very little flat surface to put down our coffee or water bottles. One day we were gone for 7.5 hours on a tour and when we got back our room hadn’t been cleaned. The walls were very thin so when other people came and went from their rooms it was very loud. The space around the door was not very tight so the full light from the hallway didn’t allow the room to be fully dark at night.
• Linda Wan Chi (2/5): The whole experience of the stay was not pleasant which left a bad impression to the trip. - The only advantage is its being in the city centre. The first thing was about bathroom. It was annoying because the bathroom has so many small flies came from the drains. Second, the shower does not have enough water pressure. Third, the only window in our room directly faces the wall of next block. No daylight comes in the room. The window frame is full of pigeon shits. We drew the blind. The room is stuffy because no fan in the bathroom. We requested to change the room but the staff said hotel was fully booked that no other room.

• Maxine (7/5): Clean basic hotel with an excellent city centre location. - Hotel is very basic but had everything we needed for a short city break. A breakfast service would be great. Currently, only tea and coffee are available at reception and not in your room. The vending machine could also be better stocked with drinks and snacks. The choices are limited. It would be better if reception were open 24/7 rather than just until 11pm. Another guest forgot their card and woke the floor up at 5am by banging the door and ringing the bell to get in.

Fomos bem recepcionadas pela Zoe, sempre solicita com sorriso no rosto. Você pode solicitar secador e ferro de roupa a qualquer momento. Voltaria. A recepção é no 1 andar e a entrada é uma porta discreta e o acesso é por uma escada muito estreita e de degraus pequenos, com mala grande, da trabalho. Embora seja hotel, nao tem um espaço para comer, eles tem um quartinho baguncado que mantém copos, micro-ondas e frigobar para guardar poucas comidas mas deu pro gasto. Janela de frente para parede de outro predio. Ainda assim eu me hospedaria lá.

• Jaschek (4/5): Nicht gut - Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage top Treppen steil und schmal sehr gefährlich Ausstattung Zimmer, alles provisorisch befestigt (Toilettendeckel, Steckdosen....) keine Schränke Zimmer viel zu klein, Wasser in der Dusche sehr schwach dauert ewig um den Schaum aus den Haaren zu bekommen, alles nicht richtig sauber, sehr alt und riecht sehr unangenehm, Fenster ließen sich kaum oder nur mit Gewalt durch Personal öffnen...nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Quiet at night. Comfortable beds. The room had no storage and very little space for three people. No view to speak of but that was not a major issue given we so little time in the room.

Heb zelf 17 jaar in Amsterdam gewoont, dus ik ken de stafd erg goed. Het bed lag geweldig en de badkamer was klein, maar de douche was heerlijk:-)

• Gracie (8/5): Amazing short stay with an incredible location - The location was amazing directly infront of the tram and metro stations. Room was nice and clean the bathroom had a nice modern look which was a nice surprise. Only downside was the stairs to enter and exit I wouldn’t recommend to anyone elderly or anyone who struggles to get up stairs.
• Sophie (8/5): Good value for money - The location is amazing for sightseeing and the staff were very helpful. Very good value for money if you're just looking for a place to crash after a long day. There are a few things to note; there are very steep staircases in the hotel and no lift, so don't pack a massive suitcase full, especially if you struggle carrying it. The bathroom in the room had a sliding door that offered very little privacy, so be prepared to know your roommates very intimately. The bathroom although it was mostly clean did have problems with bugs coming up from the drains also

Pra quem vai passar o dia inteiro fora e só precisa de um lugar pra tomar banho e dormir, ta ótimo. O colchão era muito ruim. São dois colchões finos um em cima do outro que ficavam caindo para os lados. O barulho e o espaço pequeno já estávamos cientes pois para você ficar no centro não pagando tão caro esse é o preço, mas o barulho das pessoas na rua é realmente bem alto.

• Shane (2/5): We loved Amsterdam, we don’t love Hotel Pagi - The location was good, short walk from most things and a small shop close by Small, cramped rooms. Dirty marks on all walls. Single pain windows, so much noise at night time- interrupted and little sleep. Bathroom was mouldy and smelt of sewage- when mentioned to manager he came to smell and told us we was wrong, this lead to us buying an air freshener from the supermarket off our own accord to try prevent the smell.
• Lesley (5/5): For sleeping, not for staying. - When I let the hotel know my desired check-in time, they acknowledged it and stated they would aim to accommodate me. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived. Check-in and out were smooth. The view from my window was great! The bed and bedding were super comfy. There was nowhere in the room to put anything, other than on the bed. The hooks that were once on the bathroom door were missing. The window blind was tied open and the curtain was broken and unable to fully close. I am a small person and found it very tight. I had to sit sideways on the loo so as not to bump my knees on the wall. But the mirror over the sink was so high, I could only see my forehead in it.

Nearest metro station was over the road and only one stop from Amsterdam Centraal Station Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but had everything we needed for our stay. The stairs are not for the faint hearted.

• Bakanaite (3/5): Great location, however the hotel rooms are different to pictures - The hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre, 16 min walk from the main train station. The staff in the hotel were really lovely, helpful, and kind. I was especially happy with the service we received from Megan who went above and beyond. The room looked very different to the pictures, it was extremely small. There was nowhere to hang our clothes or our jackets in the room. There was nowhere to hang our towels after we had used them. The building is quite old and we had to prop the window open using a nail!

• Sarah (3/5): Tiring - The ensuite bathrooms were great, tv and bed The cleaners start at 7am and sounded like were throwing laundry down stairs right next to my room. Then they use big plastic bags which were constantly being rustled next to my door at 7am. Which doesn’t sound like it would be as loud as it actually was. So if you’re looking for a lie in after a late night, forget it. This could of just been affecting my room though, although other members of my party reported a foul smell in their room for the duration of their stay. We did pay a lot for two nights. Around £550 so we expected a little more.

• Kamil (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ( 15 min spacerkiem od dworca centralnego ), świetna i bardzo miła obsługa. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed i po wymeldowaniu. Toaleta dla gości także dostępna przed jak i po wymeldowaniu. Centralne ogrzewanie także w pokoju było ciepło, co przy dość chłodnych nocach było bardzo ważne. Wygodne materace. Ładna łazienka : ) W zasadzie nie ma się do czego przyczepić, może trochę więcej uwagi mogło być poświęcone na sprzątanie, ale generalnie pokój i hotel adekwatny do ceny. Na dwie, trzy noce gdzie większość czasu i tak spędza się poza hotelem bardzo dobry wybór.
