• Masetti (1/5): - Nothing We have been left without electricity, front door woukdn't lock and no reply from the properry owners, making the property unsafe and a huge safeguarding conceen for my two children. Had to leave the place and find another suitable accomodation. This hurt our holiday and our pockets, bringing distress and anxiety to the whole family. Currently awaiting for Booking.com to refund my money, I wish they just hurried along, this property should be blacklisted as locals have said the owners do this to tourists everytime, they are scammers and terrible people.

• Paola (2/5): Deludente - Sicuramente in una posizione strategica Siamo riusciti a interagire solo all’arrivo, per caso e per fortuna, con la signora delle pulizie, sebbene ci fosse stato comunicato un orario della reception, ma non abbiamo mai potuto interloquire con qualcuno. All’arrivo la porta della doccia era divelta e il rubinetto del lavandino rotto e con perdite attive, sembra per un atto di vandalismo/indelicatezza dei procedenti occupanti. Fatto sta che ci è stato detto che non si poteva fare nulla se non chiedere a a Booking di trovarci un’altra sistemazione ( peraltro eravamo già a ridosso della notte e con soli due giorni di soggiorno davanti). Per lo meno ci sono state abbuonate le tasse di soggiorno…. Avremmo gradito una presenza un po più consistente dello staff, diciamo così.

• Saramago (1/5): Complete disaster from start to finish — no hot water, broken toilet, zero support, and absolutely not worth the money. - Nothing. An absolutely miserable experience. We booked this accommodation expecting at least the bare minimum conditions, and they couldn’t even provide that. During our stay we had no hot water, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and trying to contact the property was completely useless — they ignored messages and requests for help as if the guests simply didn’t exist. The most ridiculous part is that we weren’t the only ones: the guests staying on the same floor had exactly the same problems, got fed up with the situation, and ended up leaving halfway through their stay. That says everything about the state of this place. Paying to take cold showers, not being able to use a proper toilet, and then being ignored by the accommodation is unacceptable. A complete lack of professionalism, maintenance, and basic respect for customers. Honestly, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to absolutely anyone

Aucun numéro de téléphone disponible, retour au message tardif, fenêtre cassée dans la salle de bain, carrelage cassé à plusieurs endroits. Dangereux pour les enfants en bas âge. L’adresse indiquée sur la réservation n’est pas la même que l’adresse envoyée par la propriétaire.

• Yurtsev (3/5): All that glitters is not gold.... - The location of the property was fantastic. You can reach the Trevi Fountain in 7 minutes on foot. The apartment was clean and the interior decor was very modern, beautiful and comfortable. There was no hot water in the bathroom; we always had shower with cold water. Also, the jacuzzi had very little hot water; it ran out in 3 to 4 minutes. To make matters worse, the electricity went out while my wife was drying her hair. The electrical infrastructure was very weak. We were without electricity for exactly 16 hours. My final word to the property is this: No matter how beautiful a car is, it can't go far without a good engine.

• Sejdini (8/5): Highly recommended. - The apartment was very big and it was at the first floor .The cleaning was on top, they changed sheets ,towels every days. Wifi was very good ,just keep in mind to connect to the extender. Staff was responsive and kind. Breakfast was good, included a glass of orange juice, coffee of choice, and a variety of pastry . The location was very good, quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. They holded our bags at the coffe shop, even the first day they sent our bags at our room ( bcs we were far and they didn't tell us when the closed the coffe) ,very glad they solved this so easy. Overall despite not getting the room we booked as shown in photos, everything was very good, despite this the room we good was very good. Highly recommended for location ,cleaning and facilities. It was 4 min far from Barberini metro station and you can get very easy from Ciampino airport to the appartment for only 1.5 euro ( 100 min ticked ,fist bus 520 and then get metro A to barberini and you stop just 4 min away the room ,don't recommend terravision cause it leaves you at Termini 25 min away. Just if you come from Ciampino airport. ). The bathroom was small for 4 ppl. We had a heating problem that they fixed the next day. They changed our location one day before, and it wasn't the room we booked. They sent is at Via della Purificazione,46.

Pokój w miarę ok, ale w łazience grzyb i brak ciepłej wody, czego właścicielka była świadoma, ponieważ po przyjeździe pokazała nam gdzie należy włączyć grzanie wody, jeśli się coś zepsuje. Próbowaliśmy wielokrotnie resetować urządzenie, jednak ciągle się wyłączało, a z kranu leciała lodowata woda. Niestety nie potrafiliśmy również w żaden sposób skontaktować się z właścicielką, ponieważ 2 podane nr były nieaktywne. W ofercie były również śniadania, gdzie brak informacji o tym, że śniadania są w całkiem innej lokalizacji. Ogólnie nie polecam nikomu

La posizione è veramente ottimale si trova nella traversa adiacente a piazza Barberini ingresso alla metro a pochissimi passi fermate bus sulla via principale veramente molto comoda avendo anche dei bambini

Purtroppo dovrebbe migliorare il servizio dal punto di vista organizzativo , poter parlare con la struttura solo tramite Booking è davvero scomodo. Inoltre chi rispondeva su Booking e lo staff delle pulizie davano informazioni differenti.

Pas de réception avant 10h30 et uniquement jusqu'à 15h30...si on vient à Rome ce n est pas pour rester enfermé dans sa chambre. Impossible de joindre les proprio à 19h à notre arrivée car le numero indiqué sur booking et internet n'etait pas attribué. Boîte aux lettres où l on devait recuperer les clés était fermée à clé. Heureusement on a pu l ouvrir avec une pince !

• Daniel (3/5): Bad enough to lose my money on to ensure I had a nice trip somewhere else. - Entrance to get into the property wouldn't work. We spent over an hour trying to access the Daphne reception. Once inside the room we noticed walls with scuffs all over them. Paint above the shower peeling. Blinds held together with tape, a sink with no cover over it meaning jewellery could end up literally down the drain and a shower that fills up with water like a bath and floods the bathroom floor. Not to mention the 'ITALIAN BREAKFAST' included. Not a continental breakfast like most establishments. Italian breakfast they put under the umbrella of breakfast included. Checked out after one night of three. And refused to give me a refund.

Non c'era la reception descritta ma una parte comune disordinata, con roba sparsa per terra e piastrelle appoggiate al muro.All' arrivo non c'era nessuno e ho dovuto bussare a tutte le camere per trovare l'addetta che stava pulendo una stanza che purtroppo non parlava italiano e poco inglese quindi la comunicazione è stata difficile. WiFi e televisione non funzionanti. Nel pianerottolo per un giorno è stata lasciata una borsa con asciugamani sporchi che ostruiva il passaggio.

• Ewa (5/5): - - Location – Very clean apartment – Spacious and nicely designed – Stylish furniture, pleasant overall look – No hot water on the first evening and until the next day – No heating during the entire stay (despite reporting the issue) – Very uncomfortable, especially on cold and rainy days after long sightseeing The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The offer mentioned Irish, English, and Italian breakfasts, but after booking we were informed that it only included a cappuccino and a croissant. If I had known that earlier, I would not have chosen the breakfast option. Additionally, the café where breakfast was supposed to be served was CLOSED one day. I feel misled by the hosts. Despite some positives, I do not recommend this apartment. Unfortunately, instead of enjoying Rome, I had to spend time messaging the owner about basic issues like hot water and heating.

Quizás el lugar donde esta ubicado en la noche no se ve muy agradable y falta esa señalizacion

• MARIA (6/5): - Το πρωινό ήταν σε δύο μαγαζιά την μία μέρα στο ένα την επόμενη στο άλλο χωρίς όμως να μας έχει ξεκαθαρίσει η ρεσεψιονίστ πότε κ ποια μέρα θα πάμε στο καθένα. Αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα τη δεύτερη μέρα να πάμε στο πρώτο μαγαζί και να είναι κλειστό. Δεν μας ενημέρωσε ότι έπρεπε να πάμε στο άλλο. Επίσης το πρωινό για την τιμή που πληρώσαμε ήταν πάρα πολύ φτωχό. Ένα μικρό κρουασάν κ ένας καφές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά πάρα πολύ παλιό και μύριζε απαίσια το σύστημα της αποχέτευσης. Δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε από τη μυρωδιά. Στο νιπτήρα δεν είχε καπάκι και μύριζε ακόμη πιο έντονα.

• Rosa (1/5): Pessima e traumatizzante, mai più. - Io e la mia amica abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza traumatizzante in questo B&B a Roma. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno a chiunque: la struttura è totalmente inadeguata e insicura. Già dal nostro arrivo l’atmosfera all’interno è apparsa inquietante. L'accoglienza è stata pessima e disorganizzata: le chiavi non si trovavano e, una volta consegnate, non corrispondevano a quelle che ci avevano inizialmente indicato. Come se non bastasse, la struttura è risultata del tutto inattrezzata (siamo rimaste senza luce fino alle 16:30). Ma il vero incubo è stata la notte, a causa di una gravissima mancanza di sicurezza: • Violazione della privacy: Durante la notte, la porta della nostra camera è stata aperta dall'esterno per ben due volte. • Camera insicura: All'interno della stanza non c’era una serratura per chiudersi dentro, né un occhiolino per vedere chi ci fosse fuori. La porta era apribile in qualsiasi momento da chiunque avesse le chiavi. • Nessun supporto: Abbiamo chiamato ripetutamente il numero della reception (l'unico fornito), ma non ha risposto nessuno. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la Polizia, che è intervenuta due volte e ha confermato quanto fosse assurdo e pericoloso non avere un sistema di chiusura interna. Il giorno dopo, la gestione si è giustificata dicendo che di notte la reception non riceve chiamate, nonostante non ci avessero dato altri contatti per le emergenze. Abbiamo passato una notte di puro terrore. Esperienza pessima, state alla larga.
• Giuseppe (1/5): - Unica nota positiva, la posizione centrale e la gentilezza della ragazza che si occupa un po’ di tutto (reception, pulizie, ecc.) Booking dovrebbe controllare meglio le strutture che mette a disposizione dei clienti. Ormai fanno B&B in qualsiasi edificio, l’importante è fare soldi a discapito degli sfortunati clienti. La strada che porta alla struttura è tutt’altro che rassicurante. Una volta aperta la porta ci ritroviamo i cassonetti dell’immondizia sulla sinistra. Saliti al terzo piano nella reception ci accoglie una ragazza (l’unica nota positiva è stata la sua gentilezza e disponibilità) che si occupa un po’ di tutto: reception, pulizie e lavori interni. La camera ha le finestre che non si possono aprire (almeno questo è stato il consiglio della ragazza). manca il bidet nel bagno (si dovrebbe specificare perché fa la differenza). Chiamiamo per lamentarci e ci rispondono che d’altronde siamo vicini a Fontana di Trevi. Gli ultimi due giorni mancava l’acqua calda, la notte sono dovuto uscire nel terrazzino per sbloccare la caldaia (siamo riusciti a farla ripartire solo una volta dopo averla resettata). Abbiamo speso 500 € per tre notti. Non sono stati in grado di scusarsi per i disagi causati dalla loro inefficienza. Totale mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente.
• Marketa (10/5): Markéta - Byteček je kouzelný, přímo v centru... kousek od Fontány di Trévi. Všude dojdete pěšky. Vybavení bytu super, vše krásně uklizeno, a to každý den, lednička, káva, čaje, personál velice milý. Doporučuji!

• Magda (4/5): Ampio spazio per migliorare! Peccato. - La posizione , la stanza era carina e pulita. Non c’era nessuno alla reception nonostante avessero comunicato che ci sarebbero stati dalle 10.30 alle15(arrivate alle12).Le istruzioni per entrare non erano corrette. Ci siamo trovate in difficoltà e il numero indicato per chiamare la responsabile della struttura risultava non attivo. Anche gli altri clienti incontrati ( un gruppo di francesi in appartamento e un ragazzo) hanno avuto le stesse difficoltà. La mattina della partenza ci siamo dovute portare via le chiavi per rientrare nella struttura e nella camera perché non c’era nessuno a cui chiedere come fare per lasciare il bagaglio e rientrare .
