- Kirsten (7/5): Nettes und zu teures Hotel. Nettes Personal. - Charmantes altes Haus mit winzigen Zimmern. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis dafür ist eindeutig zu hoch, selbst für Dublin Verhältnisse. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer großen Straße und da wir an einem Wochenende dort waren, haben wir die Feiernden bis morgens um 5 Ihr hören können. Ansonsten war die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, was Vorteile hat. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage an der Straße. Der Preis ist zu hoch für diese Klasse Hotel. Die kleinen Zimmer.

Photos made it seem like a plush boutique guest house, rather than just a guest house. Pillows were old and very lumpy. Bit overpriced considering. Not much to be done give the age of the building perhaps but noise from insanely creaky floorboards above us did impact on sleep.

Cleanliness was poor. Bathroom was tiny, dirty and had no surface to store anything. The room was cramped. The window mechanism was broken and full of dust. Music was loud at night.

Also local bars/restaurants were good Room was slightly on small side, we had one on the 3rd floor and the ceilings were quite low and barely any room around the bed, but ok for one night

It’s unfortunate that the old wooden floors and ceilings are so thin and creaky they’re quite disruptive and make it difficult to sleep when people walk around upstairs. In the morning, I’m often woken by footsteps above, along with the smell of breakfast being prepared downstairs.

- Giordana (7/5): Exceptional location, small room - Location is excellent in a very accessible area (D2) to city center attractions and many options for dining and drinks. It's a 10-minute (or less) walk to both St. Stephen's Green and Merrion Square. There's a bus stop directly out front. We felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at all times of day. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in coordinating transportation to the airport, and we appreciated having a room on the ground floor. The hotel was very clean and well kept, and the shower had exceptional water pressure. We experienced no street noise and slept well! The room was very, very small, especially for three of us, with barely space for the three of us to navigate without bumping into each other. The beds were OK but not the most comfortable. There was very little storage/dresser space and even less horizontal space in the bathroom for cosmetics.
