• Hilary (10/5): Clean, comfortable, secure and convenient. - A short walk from the tram stop and the railway station. The owners live on the premises. Comfortable bed clean and simple furnishings ,kettle etc. No breakfast but cafe on the next corner or Santa Maria Novella museum. Hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful...... Wallet pickpocketed at the airport tram station ( so be 100% alert no matter how tired and flustered you may be) However for every bad person in this world there are many more good people. Our host phoned his friend at the police station and then escorted us there , introduced us etc. When we left ( to go on to Siena) gave us a bottle of very nice wine.

Chambre en rez-de-chaussée sans possibilité d’ouvrir les volets de la fenêtre. Chambre très sommaire avec le minimum d’équipements (poussiéreux). Chambre bruyante car elle est collée à la porte de l’entrée du relais et donne sur le comptoir d’accueil.

La posizione è anche estremamente comoda essendo a pochissima distanza dalla stazione. La stanza era pulita e confortevole ma la finestra dava sulla strada quindi era preferibile non aprire le persiane rendendo la stanza un po' buia e umida. Inoltre mancava il bidet.

Mucho ruido de los deshumificafores y la necesidad de tener 3 llaves para las puertas, ya que es un hotel que está dentro de un edificio de departamentos.

• Johana (10/5): Chambre spacieuse et très propre, très bon emplacement - Chambre très propre et spacieuse, emplacement très pratique pour tout faire à pieds, proche du centre. Hôteliers très arrangeants, par exemple pour laisser les bagages toute la journée jusqu'à l'heure de partir à l'aéroport et heure tardive d'arrivée, très disponibles, agréables et gentils. Salle de bain spacieuse et confortable, Bouilloire et machine à café, petite table et canapé, petit frigo. Il y a des rangements pratiques. Calme malgré la rue passante grâce aux doubles fenêtres. Tous petits points négatifs : chambre un peu sombre et lits simples un peu étroits.

Ideal base for exploring Florence. The owner Piero was so helpful providing map and listing of what to see and suggesting where to eat. Great Cafe just 25metre away for quick breakfast. The bathroom is functional but rather cramped.

The recommendations for dinner were spot on and when one of our party became sick in the middle of the night the owners did everything possible to assist.
