• Bengt Gillis (8/5): - Frukosten serverades på rummet. Den var vad man kan förvänta sig. Florence Room B & B ligger endast ett kvarter från järnvägsstationen och är lätt att hitta. Jag har svårt att tänka mig någonting som hade kunnat vara så mycket bättre.
• Heloise (6/5): Localização ok, mas muito barulho! - Localização! Proprietária não respondeu as tentativas de contato, secador de cabelo não funcionava, wifi dentro do quarto também não... e muito muito barulho durante a noite toda ( recomendo levar protetores de ouvido se derem conta). Vantagem é a localização bem próxima a estação!

• Şimşek (9/5): - Tren istasyonuna yakın anahtarı koyabilecek kasa var boş yere taşımıyordum. Fırınlara yakın. Zaten floransa çok geniş bir yer olmadığı için merkeze de yakın sayılır ben gayet memnun kaldım.
• Teresa (9/5): Located in NW Florence, near mass transit, near lots of restaurants, pubs and other nightlife. - Clean, close to the Duomo and lots of restaurants. If you plan to leave Florence by train, (as were our plans) the station is literally 75 yards (around the corner). Couldn’t hear any train noise. Not the B&B’s fault, my husband couldn’t figure out the elevator and got himself stuck mid-floor. After he was saved by Fahid, we used the stairs (four flights). Be careful to follow the instructions. 😜

• Colette (8/5): Heel goed! - De kamer van bescheiden formaat is gezellig ingericht en heeft zowel een slaapbank als een tweepersoonsbed (wij gebruikten beide, ik reisde met een vriendin) die prima sliepen. De kleine badkamer is ook prima. Op de gang is een koelkast en een magnetron/oven, handig. Er waren nog wat gasten, heel rustig. Er is een klein lift in het pand. Het ligt heel goed, rustig en je loopt er zo van het station heen en ook zo het centrum in. Geen idee...

• 724落叶 (8/5): 不错 - 没有早餐，地理位置优越 进大门需要密码或钥匙，二道门需要钥匙，但我们没有，因为需要用whatapp沟通，国内又上不去这个网。当时全凭运气，一个小哥出外买水，帮我们进入一道门，二道门，三道门密码店家发给我了，进去取门钥匙也是有密码的，顺利取钥匙开门进房间。酒店周围环境可以楼下有超市可满足日常所需！

• Mrs Marilyn (8/5): Modest place near station - This is my second visit as I booked two stays together. This time I adjusted to the area and really enjoyed it. When you have got used to the codes into the property it is easier. There is the market nearby where you can eat cheaply and well. The pizza place nearby, right then left is really good. It very easy to walk all around the sites and to get to the station. As a senior on my own I felt safe but wasn't out in the evening. 7am is a super time to explore. Entrance to all I went to were less than 20 euros so you can enjoy Florence without spending to much. Uffizi was spectacular but do spend time looking at individual things rather than photos. The bathroom to the single room was along the corridor going past all the other rooms. You did feel you would disturb others having to open and close the door with a key at night. The single room was tiny but staying more than one night I used the wardrobe to organise and store things. It's very noisy and dusty outside in the inner courtyard.

Breakfast included was fine and brought to the room. There were several codes to get into the property but worked OK. Clean enough but needs a refresh. Bed was comfortable but noisy.

Nada que decir, muy buena experiencia, muy amables en el trato y consideraciones para guardar en sitio las maletas fuera del horario de alojamiento. Si fuera posible algún sistema mejor de lockers sería apreciado.

The shower had mould in , which could easily be cleaned with a bit of bleach, the toilet flush was a bit hit and miss, the plug sockets either side of the bed need updating as we couldn’t fit plugs in them (not just our plugs but the provided kettle plug).

Сподобалось розташування ну і сніданок був дещо кращим, ніж в іншому приміщенні такого ж типу. не сподобалась комунікація. Власники написали 1 повідомлення в букінгу з необхідними кодами і все. На листи ні в букінгу ні на ватсап не відповідали.

• ungaro (7/5): Più attenzione ai servizi igienici! fate le riparazioni e aggiungete una semplice mensola. - La posizione vicino alla stazione è ottimale; il sistema di accesso ha funzionato; la stanza discreta; il letto comodo. Il bagno disagiato: il lavandino piccolo e senza una mensola, la doccia con asse portante rotto, la doccia a mano non utilizzabile, quella dall'alto problematica, l'acqua tiepida dopo un bel po' di tempo.

• Mohammed Matar (10/5): Very comfy!! - Very cozy room. Very easy and clear instructions for self check-in. Bathoom is clean. There is a coffee machine in the living area outside the room. You are allowed to leave your bags in the appartment after your stay if you want to wander around for sometime before you travel. The best thing is it very close location to the train station. They left us nice small gifrs in the room 🥰🥰🥰 The small sized elevator.

• Katrina (7/5): - Very close to the train station so not far to walk with cases. Plenty of places to eat on the door stop. Not far from most of the points of interest. Close to the central market. Fresh warm croissants and coffee of choice delivered to your room in the morning. Friendly, helpful staff. Building was secure with multiple entrance points. A great base for exploring Florence for 2-3 days. A small communal area to sit and relax outside of the rooms with, microwave and fridge. There was a coffee machine to use just needed €1 for coffee pod. The bathroom was quite small and some of the fixings looked like they needed to be replaced. Also the room looked a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

Special thanks to Farid for keeping the room clean. A fridge and coffee machine are offered. We didn’t apply for breakfast, but we bought food in “Conad city” supermarket that located closed to the hotel.

• Maria (9/5): - Pequeno-almoço excedeu as nossas expectativas. Quarto com espaço suficiente para três pessoas. Insonorização muito boa, não se ouvia os restantes hóspedes. Tínhamos ideia de que teríamos uma casa exclusiva para nós, sem existência de espaços comuns (sala de estar cozinha). Algum pó no quarto.
