• Martina (9/5): - Struttura veramente accogliente, pulita e poi ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli senza problemi. Consiglio come posto anche perché il prezzo è veramente ottimo. La posizione non è proprio centralissima però comunque è possibile raggiungere la stazione e il duomo a piedi.

• Sigita (6/5): - Very nice staff, thanks to the girls who allowed us to leave our things in the room before check-in. It's sad that the room was not clean, especially in the shower. I think it's time to change or bleach the towels. I had to remove 10 different women's hair from the towel before using it, although the towels themselves smelled pretty good. There is mold in the shower and some places were not cleaned enough. The inside of the toilet was brown, you could just add some cleaning agent. The bed was quite comfortable, but you could see the blanket sticking out and it was very dirty, although the cover was clean

• Fabiola (7/5): - La posizione era strategica rispetto al viaggio di lavoro che ho fatto. L'accesso alla struttura era comodo e le informazioni chiare. Nelle due occasioni in cui ho fatto la doccia, l'acqua diventava fredda nel giro di pochi minuti. Il doccino della doccia non si poteva attaccare alla doccia e quindi risultava scomodo riuscire a lavarsi. Potenzialmente da migliorare la schermatura del sole alla mattina tra finestre e tende perchè entrava parecchia luce la mattina presto.

• Julian Valbuena (10/5): Excelente alojamiento para estacias cortas en Florencia - El alojamiento estuvo genial. Perfecto para estancias cortas puesto que esta muy cerca de la estacion de tren. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a darnos indicaciones, a colaborarnos con las maletas y a ayudarnos con cualquier inconveniente. Además ofrecen café y se puede calentar algunas cosas en el microondas. No hubo ningún inconveniente. El alojamiento estuvo muy ameno y cumplió y superó las expectativas.
• francesco (5/5): per una notte può anche andare bene, ma c'è veramente tanto da migliorare. - la posizione ove è ubicato, di fronte alla tranvia T1 e T2. Letto molto comodo. Per una notte passi pure, ma solo per la posizione e comunque il prezzo l'ho trovato sopra la media per quello che offre C'è un angolo comune, con macchina per il caffè e forno a microonde non voglio denigrare il lavoro degli altri, ma qui le cose da cambiare o aggiustare sono tante. E questo mio scritto vuole essere anche un suggerimento al proprietario: 1) non ti rispondono in italiano ma solo in inglese: io sono italiano, siamo in Italia e voglio la risposta in italiano 2) le pulizie non mi hanno soddisfatto (vedasi foto) 3) la stanza sembrava non curata e messa esclusivamente a reddito, le dimensioni normali ma nulla di che, 4) una abatjour era penzoloni, 5) mancavano gli asciugamani per pulirti sul bidet, 6) la luce sopra lo specchio era un punto luce, 7) il gambo doccia per reggere il soffione era rotto, 8) la doccia non chiudeva del tutto ed era piccola, una persona sui 100 kg fa fatica a entrare e uscire dalla doccia, 9) il bagno sarebbe da ritinteggiare e ripulire tutto, 10) piccolissimo scalino a ridosso della porta del bagno che ti fa inciampare la notte ho messo alcuni scatti per vedere le cose come sono per una notte passi, ma per due notti mi avrebbe fatto girare le palle non c era nessuno a fare il check-in e non lo abbiamo fatto assolutamente non ci riandrei

• Paolo (4/5): - La posizione è l'unico aspetto positivo. Le foto sul sito sono molto belle, ma nella realtà avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione ed anche la pulizia è risultata scarsa. Nell'appartamento su due livelli il secondo livello è al seminterrato, in cui è presente cattivo odore, la cui scala di accesso risulta particolarmente ripida e l'unica finestra presente è al livello marciapiede. Se poi guardiamo i dettagli, nell'appartamento mancavano completamente le posate, e gli utensili base.

• Giulia (7/5): Comoda sistemazione per non spendere tanto ed essere vicini al centro. - Camera ben organizzata e pulita, comodo angolo colazione nel corridoio con acqua biscottini e macchina del caffè, poltrone e libri a disposizione, comoda nel raggiungere il centro a piedi in una ventina di minuti, fermata del tram di fronte. Purtroppo nella nostra camera c’era un infiltrazione sotto il pavimento per cui spesso c’era una pozza d’acqua.

• kirk (3/5): Disappointing based on the pictures, descriptions and reviews on Booking. - Location close to public transport and to highway to airport The place is not related to the pictures on Booking.com. We were sorely disappointed because the pictures gave a very different impression to the actual place. We THOUGHT we were going to a hotel but ended up in something akin to visiting grandma's old country house. If we had wanted that experience we would have booked accordingly. On arrival, we had to research how to enter the property. There was no obvious reception. The young lady who received us was polite and helpful. The bed broke twice and the shower stalls were miniscule. If we had wanted a BnB or some such experience we would NOT have been disappointed but the entire profile on Booking was misleading and for this stay we were expecting a hotel with hotel organisation and amenities.

• Tamás (7/5): - Közel a vasúthoz, egészenjó környéken, szép épületben található a szállás. Megőrzik a csomagokat a szállás átvétele előtt, és a kiköltözés után is. Az ágyon lévő díszpárnák és ágytakaró koszosak voltak, így nem éreztük tisztának a szállást. A zuhanykabin ajtaja törött volt, és koszos. Állandó nedvesség szagot éreztünk a szobában akárhányszor visszaértünk a szobába.

• Imro (1/5): Zwaar teleurstellend - Verblijf vroegtijdig verlaten. Niet de kamer gekregen die we hadden geboekt, maar op een totaal andere locatie die zeer slecht was. Onze kamer was al weggegeven aan iemand anders, terwijl we al een half jaar geleden geboekt en betaald hadden. Uiteindelijk voor 2 overnachtingen nog ergens anders een appartement moeten boeken. Die was overigens wel prima. Helaas, wij raden niemand aan om bij deze oplichters nog te boeken.

La struttura è molto carina e accogliente, la stanza pulita e il letto molto confortevole, deliziosa l'idea di scrivere sulla lavagnetta affissa ad ogni porta il nome degli ospiti con il benvenuto. Molto vicino alla stazione Santa Maria Novella, dieci minuti di piacevole passeggiata. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

• karine (6/5): - L'emplacement avec le tram juste devant La gentillesse de la femme de chambre Bouilloire dans la chambre Micro onde sale les 3 jours de présence (du coup j'ai rien fait chauffer ) Décoration relookée mais ratée Douche à changer, cassée Aucune insonorisation: j'ai entendu les notifications d'un voisin toute une nuit, appel téléphonique tardif dans le couloir interminable (je pense que c'était un gars de la location qui attendait un client), porte d'entrée très bruyante à chaque va et vient surtout quand on loge dans la chambre juste devant. Et le pire de tout, c'est cette grande grille au plafond dans la chambre qui fait qu'on entend absolument tout de ce que disent nos voisins du dessus et qu'on les entend prendre leur douche comme si on y était jusqu'à 1h du matin. • Paulo (3/5): - A localização é ótima. É uma vergonha que uma acomodação como esta tenha boa nota que tem. O banheiro não tem assento na sanita, a box da duche alaga, o ralo está entupido, o quarto cheira humildade, a chaleira elétrica está avariada, o rodapé está solto e cheio de parafusos para fora (perigoso). A acomodação precisa ser pintada. É ridículo porque um investimento de 100 euros, menos que o valor da hospedagem, já arranjava tudo. Uma vergonha uma hospedagem dessas aqui.

• Holly (8/5): Great stay- would book here again - This accommodation provided a spacious room and a comfy bed. The bathroom and shower were also a great size. The room was comfortable and clean. Included kettle, minifridge and glasses/plates were also useful. The common area also provided a coffee machine and other facilities. The girl at reception was lovely and let us store our bags there after checkout. Location was great- felt very safe and was only 25 minute walk into the centre. Only one socket in the room worked properly. There was an extension chord in the room but not even the kettle or mini fridge fit into it except one socket. It was inconvenient when charging phones and we couldn’t use the mini fridge. Some shower gel in the shower would have been a nice touch.

• Dippele (5/5): - Das Bett war bequem Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, die Spülung tröpfelte pausenlos, es war sehr staubig und die Einrichtung mehr beschädigt (kaputter Lampenschirm, abgeplatze Tischauflagen).

• Morven (9/5): Bien calidad-precio - El lugar está bien relación calidad- precio, la chica de la recepción muy amable. La ducha no era cómoda, no tenía otra sujetar la alcachofa y las puertas no cerraban bien, además hacia bastante frío.

• Tamara (9/5): - The location was great, just 2 bus stops from the main ststion in the city centre. The staff was very kind. We liked the accommodation. It was noisy at night, not sure if the noise was coming from the next room or apartment above. The walls were quite thin.

Check in was easy, great communication by host. We had the family room which has two levels with the main bedroom downstairs in the basement. There is a bit of musty smell, otherwise the room is big and nice

• Elettra (8/5): - La camera era molto accogliente e la location in una posizione comoda. Il wc credo fosse guasto perché continuava a scendere acqua e un asciugamano era macchiato. Sicuramente sviste che possono capitare, ma che possono essere anche migliorare per rendere questo posto una vera chicca.
• Filip (8/5): Rezonabil - O cazare conform asteptarilor dar nimic deosebit. Curatenie acceptabila. Pentru produsele de igiena lipsa a trebuit sa cerem si am primit. Aparat de cafea in hol la dispozitie- un plus pentru cei dependenti :) zona linistita si sigura la circa 15 minute de gara de mers pe jos. Comunicare zero cu gazda, nu a raspuns cum se procedeaza cu check outul.Nu aveai unde usca un lucru spalat. wc-ul curgea in continu si noaptea era deranjant de zgomotos. Una peste alta o cazare acceptabila cu un raport calitate pret corect.

• Rebecca (1/5): Esperienza pessima: impossibile riposare - Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato le chiavi già inserite nella porta: una grave mancanza di sicurezza, dato che chiunque avrebbe potuto accedere alla camera. Il soggiorno è stato purtroppo rovinato dalla qualità del riposo: il letto e i cuscini erano estremamente scomodi, rendendo difficile trovare una posizione confortevole. A questo si è aggiunto lo scarico del bagno guasto: il rumore continuo del gocciolamento è durato tutta la notte. Infine, l’insonorizzazione è inesistente: abbiamo sentito distintamente i vicini fare la doccia e usare il phon fino alle 2 di notte. Le pareti sono così sottili che sembrava di averli in camera con noi. Esperienza pessima, non lo consiglierei
• Pedro (9/5): Ótimo local para ficar, vale a pena! - Gostamos da localização e o quarto é bem equipado. Em nenhum momento conseguimos falar com os responsáveis do local, mesmo não precisando tanto. Mesmo assim, havia sido incluído na hospedagem uma garrafa de vinho e não foi entregue em nenhum momento.
