Alt anbefales hvis man vil bo centralt og man vil opleve Firenze - fantastisk 4 personers værelse, stort, højt til loftet. 2 store himmelsenge og et fantastik flot malet loft . lidt lyd fra vejen ude fra , men kun en summen af lyd af Firenze. Flot indgang og entre på hotellet. Atrium gård. Kan varmt anbefales hvis man vil bo i gå afstand til hele midt by og de fleste store attraktioner. lidt snæver parkerings forhold ift. små veje mm. men løsning findes.

Kamer was groot, mooi beschilderd maar een beetje hol en muffig. Wij kregen de ramen in iedere geval niet open. het personeel was erg aardig en hielpen graag. Ontbijt is een beetje weinig als je gewend bent veel te ontbijten. Maar het is een prima start van de dag. Badkamer was apart ingericht. Oud en tijd voor onderhoud. Douchecabine moest open en dicht gevouwen worden. Maar voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald was het prima

- John (9/5): Florence is life! - Location is perfect - walk through the front door and you’re immersed in the fascinating and vibrant culture of the city. Turn a corner and suddenly the Duomo or the Pitti Palace are right there before your eyes. Great little restaurants in the immediate area and everything is easily walkable. A laundromat nearby is very convenient and cheap. Easily walkable from the train station. The hotel has character and Mario and Julia are wonderful hosts, both quiet and understated but gracious and kind. The mattresses are not too comfortable but that seems to be common in Italy.

It was very easy to the hotel from the airport. Giulia fr m the reception desk was magnificent. She gave us several advice what to visit and how to reach them. Thank you Giulia for everything that you have done for us.

We appreciated the tentative staff, I wish knew her name, she was lovely. We appreciated having a breakfast included with our stay and cappuccinos during bfast:) We were pleased not only to have a shower but a bath as well to relax. Unfortunately both the sink and bath we had to use our hands to open to let water drain. Pain in the butt when brushing our teeth in the sink. Unfortunately, our drinks we brought to save money, gaterade, juices....were never cold, not even mildly cold. The " mini" bar as we were told worked in this manner. If it was a mini bar, it would have supplied alcohol. It's a mini fridge. We had the same problem in Rome and they merely changed our fridge( it was Then Cold):)
- Anna (9/5): Beautiful centrally located boutique hotel - Within easy walk from train station, this boutique hotel is located in an old building in the street with several restaurants and close proximity to all landmarks. Took a little bit to find first time - next to Giglio garage. Hotel is one of several properties at that address, located on the 1st floor, accessible by lift that works well. Staff are very helpful, there are tea and coffee facilities available all day. Beautiful fresco on the room ceiling. Very small bathroom and shower with water pressure fluctuating all the time.

L'emplacement est idéal et le personnel très sympatique et prévenant. Mis à part le format modeste de la chambre, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de fenêtre extérieure est un peu gênant.

We didn’t take a room with breakfast, but I took breakfast once and was great if you like sweet breakfast like me and cost only 7 e ( for that money you get a lot). Julie (Giulia) was such a great receptionist , love to talk to her, she so kind and sweet, real gem and because of her I give hotel such a high rating. Very small bathroom, our room had a high window, have a filing I’m in basement, very dark room with no view at all.

Para ese 3 estrellas a 300 euros por noche, no me esperaba (a) una ducha tan cutre: mampara rota de plástico con gotelé, muy plegable para aprovechar el espacio reducido, moho abundante, tirador que se descompone en la mano; el retrete se atascó; las tuberías hacen mucho ruido de noche b) el desayuno no está incluido. Los 2 hombres de la recepción eran inútilmente esnobs, al final se trata de un estrellas... (la mujer perfecta).

Complimentary tea and coffee available in lounge area. Historic building. Excellent location, close to all the sites and train station. Breakfast was prepared for you, so not able to choose yourself. A sweet breakfast- which wasn’t really my thing. But I’m sure lots of people love pastries, cake for breakfast.

This messed up our plans completely. When I tried to tell the man on front of house Mario he told me that it was impossible that I hadn’t broken it and if I didn’t stop talking he would call the police. Disgraceful. The sheets and towels all smell funny and the rooms look much better in the pictures than in person. The breakfast was poor also. Almost everything could have been better. Mainly the communication and the lack of sympathy for our situation. We should never have had to wait on a shower and I think that they should have offered us something to compensate. They didn’t seem to care though.

- Sonia (9/5): - Albergo, in un palazzo d’epoca, molto curato e in centro. Un’esperienza fuori dai comuni hotel perché si rivive l’eleganza e il prestigio di stare in un palazzo d’epoca. L’ accoglienza raffinata è calorosa e curata, un po’ come se entrassi in un luogo che sa di esclusività, non di passaggio anonimo tipico di hotel classici, in questo caso la scelta è su un piano di attenzioni che si potrebbero immaginare di un tempo, quasi da film. Se si ha l’auto il garage è limitrofo, mentre per chi utilizza il treno, si arriva velocemente in 10 minuti a piedi e si è in centro, in una via ricca di ristoranti. La colazione è solo dolce come descritto, ed è particolare poiché viene servita dagli addetti. I prodotti sono davvero di alta qualità. Può sembrare limitante, nell’ottica delle tipiche formule, ma in realtà non manca nulla e comunque si può chiedere. Se invece si ha l’idea di grandi abbuffate, forse l’idea è diversa. Il materasso è buono, forse un po’ morbido. Mi ricordava quello con le molle, ma ho dormito bene. Pulizia ineccepibile. L’orario colazione alle 8.00 è un po’ limitante se fosse possibile valutare almeno 7.30 sarebbe ottimo. Non è un neo, è un consiglio per chi facendo colazione dalle 8.00, deve prevedere di poter uscire dopo e cioè dalle 8.45-9.00, il che non è sempre pratico.

- Arushi (7/5): - The location is great, walking distance to the cathedral and tourist spot. The rooms are beautiful with fresco. Very beautiful old building. Since the building is old so the entry systems are a bit old. The room had no hot water kettle. Also no view just facing the next building.

- Manka (5/5): - Deluxe szobát fizettem, de egyszerű kétágyast kaptam.(nem volt 26m2 -es, hanem jóval kisebb). A felszereltsége sem volt a megígértek szerinti, nem volt bide. Reggelit nem lehetett kérni, túlfoglalásra hivatkoztak, pedig nem volt teltház...kicsit csalódottak voltunk, noha a recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Nem tudták nyújtani, amit a foglalás visszaigazolásában ígértek. Kevésbé exkluzív, mint amit az ajánlott tartalmaz. Nem elég a mennyezeti freskó!
