• Nunzia (10/5): - Tutto perfetto: posizione privilegiata proprio a Piazza della Signoria, stanza piccina, ma pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che poteva essere utile durante il soggiorno e, non da ultimo, personale veramente cortese e disponibile. Non si può chiedere di meglio per un soggiorno a Firenze.

Ze hielpen me o.a. met taxi regelen naar het vliegveld. Betere centrale locatie is er niet! Mijn kamer had een externe wc, kan wat lastig zijn, vooral als je er ‘s avonds uit moet, maar weegt niet op tegen de voordelen!

• Filipe (10/5): - The room I stayed in was small and the bathroom is shared. However, if you can get past those, my experience was a 10/10. I arrived at almost midnight due to a train delay, but the hosts left the instructions to get the keys in an easy and perfectly understandable manner. The hostess was extremely professional and commited to cleaning everything; my room and the bathroom were spotless all the days. The location was excelent; it was very central, which made it very easy to drop stuff or rest to boost the energy for the rest of the day. For these reasons, I'll be sure to stay at this place the next time I go to Florence.

Το εξωτερικό μπάνιο καθώς ήταν απέναντι από το δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να κλειδώνω και να ξεκλειδώνω τις πόρτες ώστε να μη μπει άλλος πελάτης του ξενοδοχείου στο μπάνιο.

Obok zaraz sklepy i gastronomia. Czysto, cicho - to dla mnie bardzo ważne! Podwójna szyba blokuje cały hałas. Obiekt nie jest najnowszy, ale to w niczym nie przeszkadza, bo jest czysto. Na ciepła wodę trzeba chwilkę poczekac:) Personel jest sympatyczny, troskliwy i pomocny. wygodne łóżko! Nawet w styczniu nie było zimno, może nie bardzo ciepło, bo to taki budynek. MOżna grzać klimą Wszystko było OK w tej cenie. Warto wiedzieć, że winda jest niewielka i starego typu, jesli ktoś ma duże bagaże to pojedynczo:)

• Manuel (9/5): Ottimo alloggio in centro - La posizione è veramente ottima. Non è un vero e proprio hotel, ma stanze ricavate da un appartamento al quarto piano di un vecchio palazzo. Siamo stati accolti da Ines, molto cordiale e simpatica. La stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato era veduta strada, grande a sufficienza, così come il bagno. Letto comodo. Mi è parso tutto pulito. Manca la TV ma a noi non interessava. Ci è stata data la possibilità di rimanere dopo il check-out perchè la stanza era libera. Ci tornerei sicuramente L'odore che si sente entrando nel palazzo (non nelle stanze)
• Alessio (10/5): Camera perfetta e posizione perfetta per un soggiorno a Firenze - Ho affittato questa camera in centro a Firenze e: - Staff cordialissimo, disponibilissimo e educatissimo, il giorno del check out, in quanto la camera non era affittata, ci hanno permesso di tenere le chiavi e lasciare i bagagli al suo interno, quindi usufruendo anche del bagno in caso nonostante ci fosse il check out, disponibilità favolosa; - La posizione è perfetta, a pochissimi minuti da tutti i centri culturali, artistici di Firenze, appena esci hai difronte il famoso cinghiale della fortuna, e tendenzialmente raggiungi tutto a piedi, ti trovi all'interno della storia di Firenze - Camera perfetta per due persone, pulita, fornita di tutto l'occorrente, bagno privato, affaccia sulla strada, dotata di condizionatore, e un letto matrimoniale comodossimo, forse il più comodo che ho mai avuto. Che dire, l'esperienza è stata bellissima e consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare un weekend o più a Firenze, questa fantastica soluzione di pernottamento.

What it had was a shower and sink right in the bedroom and a toilet down the hall. The bed was actually two twin beds, which separated quite a bit during the night.

• Dal Peraro (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno per Capodanno - La posizione è perfetta, a 2 minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura sia all'arrivo prima del check-in, sia dopo il check-out; nella hall si possono acquistare acqua e bibite ed è presente un frigorifero dove poter lasciare delle cose. Cambiano lenzuola e salviette dopo un giorno, gli arredamenti interni non sono modernissimi ma funziona tutto benissimo. Il riscaldamento funziona bene

It's very close to everything in the center, literally everything. It's right in the heart of beautiful Florence. I highly recommend it, and if I'm alone next time, I'll definitely go back. La disponibilità per bagagli e doccia post corsa è stata molto apprezzata e per nulla scontata, anzi. Lo staff è gentile e risponde prontamente. La stanza era pulita, il letto comodo. Anche il bagno in comune era grande e pulito. Tutto perfetto. Ci tornerò di sicuro per la maratona 2026 o se torno a Firenze per turismo.

• Juan Manuel (10/5): Estadía inolvidable en Firenze, expectativas excedidas, turistas más que satisfechos. - Excelente atención, amabilidad, ayuda más allá de lo esperado, Lapo e Inés se esmeran en hacerte sentir como en casa y así lo sentimos. Nos ayudaron inclusive a resolver un imprevisto que implicó adelantar un transporte a la estación que nos habían ayudado a coordinar antes. Estuvimos en la habitación 4 excelentemente aislada de la calle y de los sonidos propios de una ciudad vibrante. Lo calificamos EXCELENTE!!! Lo único malo es que nuestra agenda no permitía estar más días, habría sido maravilloso.

• Stephen (9/5): Very comfortable, friendly, and convenient hotel in the very heart of Florence - The hotel is perfectly located, comfortable, clean, cosy, and the staff are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. It felt like a very pleasant home from home, and I would definitely stay again. I was happy with everything but just be aware in advance that given the age and location of the building, the rooms are very small; I didn't find this to be a problem, but it might come as a surprise.

• Jeannie (4/5): Nice staff but disappointing room in Firenze - The hotel was near a covered loggia (?)/former market place where live music was being performed the night I arrived. I appreciated the performance and lively atmosphere but apparently other hotel guests complained about the noise. There were two gelato places open next door to the hotel so I got my first gelato (but not the last haha) in Florence and watched and listened to the performers. The hotel manager (who looked like she was also the maintenance staff) was very friendly and cheerful when I met her in the morning after my stay. She seemed like a very nice person. The hotel does not have 24 hour reception staff so my late arrival involved a self-entry and check-in. I was given two codes to enter the building and one did not work. Luckily some people were exiting when I was having trouble and I was able to gain entrance to the building. The building elevator did not seem to work so I climbed the stairs with my heavy bag to the hotel. The room was hot and there were steps to get to the bathroom (a potential tripping hazard, especially during nighttime).
