Passavano spesso macchine anche durante la notte, ma non era fastidioso il rumore perché la camera è abbastanza insonorizzata. Bagno un po' piccolo ma è sufficiente. Manca uno specchio grande ma questo non è un elemento proprio necessario. Un phon un po' più potente. Ottimo soggiorno per il resto. Complimenti per la pulizia

- Jerzy (7/5): Polecam, przyjemne miejsce, bardzo miła obsługa. - Lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, duże łóżko Potworny hałas za oknem, hotel stoi przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, nawet w niedzielę o 5 rano ruch jest potworny i motory hałasują.

- Andrea (7/5): Soggiorno piacevole nel complesso! - Il caffè della macchinetta automatica è molto più buono dei bar della zona . Entrata e uscita dall hotel a mio piacimento grazie al codice fornito per l ingresso . Letto comodissimo . Piccolo parco pubblico di fronte all hotel per far giocare i piccoli ! Proprietario davvero molto cordiale ! Se l hotel si organizzasse per la prima colazione sarebbe perfetto !lasciare un Bigliettino d’istruzione all interno della camera per l accesso al Wi-Fi dell hotel nel caso in cui non c è nessuno alla reception!

- Antonio (3/5): Non consigliabile - La disponibilità nell'accogliere Struttura rumorosissima, sembrava di essere al mercato, sia per la maleducazione degli altri ospiti bercianti, sia per l'inesistente insonorizzazione della camera (scrosci di water, della doccia, addirittura si sente l'accensione di interruttori delle altre stanze o del corridoio)

- Henriquez Claude (10/5): - El staff fue muy amable conmigo. El lugar es limpio y cómodo. Es un buen servicio considerando el precio accesible. La ubicación también es céntrica, se puede llegar caminando a todos los sitios turísticos.

- Welisarage Rochelle Crishani (10/5): Wonderful stay close to Florence city centre - Had an absolutely lovely service at the reception, unfortunately I cannot recall her name, lovely lady. Free luggage storage, clean rooms and private rooms, and within walking distance to bus stand. There was a trade union action by the transport services during our stay (by entire Italy- for Ghaza) and we even walked from Florence city Center to the hotel (which was about 3km I believe) The price was very reasonable for the location and the amenities. There is a shared space in the ground floor where you can buy coffee from a dispenser and heat meals with a microwave. There are supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend the space to all travellers visiting Florence No complaints.
- Yasuko (10/5): シャワー以外最高 - ・立地。フィレンツェ駅へのトラムまで徒歩7〜8分。地方行き電車の駅まで徒歩15分。観光しやすかった。 ・清潔。毎日バスルームの清潔、使用済みタオルの交換をしてくれた。 ・病院が近いので救急車の走る音が夜中でも聞こえる。 ・シャワー。洗面台とトイレに挟まれた場所に細身の人1人が立てるスペースがカーテンで区切られただけ。床に傾斜があるので水浸しになることはなかったが、気持ちの良いものではなかった。
- Lucilla (8/5): - La posizione è ottima per l'ospedale e l'università, collegata con la stazione dei treni dal tram, quindi molto pratica. Lenzuola e asciugamani freschi e letto comodo. La struttura era pulitissima e lo staff accogliente quindi l'importante c'era. La struttura è datata ma si tratta di un albergo ad una stella quindi va valutato questo. Forse valuterei di rifare gli infissi esterni. Abbastanza silenzioso anche se dà su una strada trafficata. Avrei messo un bicchiere di vetro nelle stanze, non costa niente e può essere utile.

- Nelson (8/5): Affordable, clean, close to train. - The value for this hotel in a city as expensive as Florence is really great. It's pretty bare bones (our room was just a bed, nightstands, small table and a dresser with about 5 hangers and a small bathroom) but it was extremely clean, everyone working the front desk was very nice and helpful and the location is just 2 blocks from a train station that takes you into the heart of the city center in just a few stops. We also wandered around the neighborhood one night and checked out some local bars and restaurants and everyone was so friendly and the prices compared to the city center were great. Booking.com included this hotel in the results for my "includes parking" filter and that wasn't the case, we had to pay for street parking the entire time we were there - though the receptionist told us there was cheap parking in a hospital a few blocks away.
