• Roland (5/5): Wir würden die Anlage nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage Absatz zu Florenz Sehr schlecht ausgestattet Thesz, Apartment und dunkel. Frühstück ging so. Das Schwimmen Pool war gesperrt. Die Terrasse vom Apartment unbewohnbar. Insgesamt eine Zumutung.

• Mark (10/5): Great spot! A fine getaway retreat. - Quiet. Beautiful area, outside downtown Florence. Good included breakfast. Simona was most helpful. Grazie. For some people, without a car, getting luggage to some of the units can be a challenge. Doable, but with a big wheeled dolly or a staff driven golf cart, much easier.

• Josée Richard (7/5): Endroit reposant et agréable - Grandeur de la,chambre lieux reposant et agréable avec beaucoup d'oiseaux La piscine n'était pas prête ni accessible c'était pour cette raison qu'on avait choisi cette place donc on est déçue.
• Eva (8/5): Très joli cadre. - L’emplacement tout proche de Florence, du chianti et autres lieux d’intérêt touristique. L’environnement naturel, au milieu des oliviers. La proximité d’un très bon restaurant (Osteria il Milione). Le petit déjeuner : si vous veniez à 9h (petit dej jusqu’à 9h30 seulement), il fallait demander du réapprovisionnement et pas sûr de l’obtenir. Plus d’œuf brouillé, de tomate, les fruits frais juste 2-3 pommes ridées etc… chaque jour on devait demander et pas forcément servis avec le sourire. On avait le sentiment de déranger. Manque un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain (pour pendre une serviette sur le radiateur il faut grimper dans baignoire mouillée, même chose pour la décrocher!). J’ai demandé des serviettes sèches le 3eme jour, je les ai eu mais pas avec le sourire. Le robinet de la cuisine fuyait et éclaboussait le mur ! Le domaine mériterait un meilleur entretien, on a une impression d’abandon. L’attention au client déjà pour trouver la chambre pour commencer pourrait être nettement meilleur pour le prix. Le rapport avec prix n’est pas forcément bon.

• THOMAS (4/5): - The only positive aspects of the accommodation were that it was clean, relatively close to Florence, and that the staff was polite. Although the photos showed a much nicer and more well-maintained place, the reality was completely different. The furniture was old and worn out, and overall the room gave a feeling of neglect. In our room, the staircase light was not working, so at night we had to use a flashlight to go upstairs, which felt quite unsafe. There was also a strong smell of humidity in the room. I would not recommend this place for families with a baby, as the stairs and very high furniture make it unsafe. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again nor recommend it. Considering the amount of money we paid for 3 nights, it was definitely not worth it.
• Robesson (6/5): Cadre magnifique et reposant mais logement décevant par rapport à la prestation annoncée. - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre du domaine, véritable havre de paix en pleine nature. L’endroit est magnifique, reposant et parfaitement adapté pour se détendre en famille. Les espaces extérieurs offrent une atmosphère calme et dépaysante. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le restaurant « l’Osteria del Millione » aussi beau que chaleureux, avec une excellente cuisine. Nous avons été déçus par le logement qui nous a été attribué, le “Bosco Argientieri” car il ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’appartement « Deluxe » réservé sur Booking. Les visuels présentés ne reflètent malheureusement pas la réalité du logement. L’appartement était très sombre, assez vieillot, avec une forte humidité, plusieurs toiles d’araignée et une impression générale de manque d’entretien et de propreté. La déception a été immédiate à notre arrivée, au point que nous n’avons même pas pensé à prendre des photos du logement. Nous avons réellement eu le sentiment d’avoir payé une catégorie supérieure sans bénéficier de la prestation attendue. Enfin, les petits-déjeuners nous ont également semblé en dessous du niveau attendu pour ce type d’établissement.

• Sandrine (5/5): Séjour banal, très déçus - C’est un endroit qui a dû être beau, malheureusement pas entretenu. C’est comme à l’abandon… dommage. La proximité avec Florence (15min en voiture jusqu’à la ville voisine+ 20 min de tram) est pratique. L’accueil très impersonnel, le petit déjeuner typique d’un hôtel de chaîne. Pas de dîner, pas de produits de l’exploitation. Nous avons été déçus car les photos et commentaires ne reflétaient pas ce que nous avons vu.

• Alexander (9/5): - Ich habe der Unterkunft die höchste Bewertung gegeben, da wir unseren Aufenthalt dort wirklich sehr genossen haben. Dennoch möchte ich in meiner Beschreibung sowohl die Vorteile als auch die Nachteile erwähnen. Die Anlage befindet sich auf einem Hügel inmitten eines riesigen grünen Grundstücks mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Florenz ist mit dem Auto in etwas mehr als 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Anlage besteht aus einer Hauptvilla sowie mehreren kleinen Häusern, die wie eine eigene Straße angeordnet sind. Wir hatten eines dieser kleinen Häuser, bestehend aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer, einem geschlossenen Innenhof sowie einer Terrasse vor dem Haus – eine ideale Raumaufteilung für den komfortablen Aufenthalt eines Paares. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll mit Vintage-Möbeln eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die massive Granitspüle in der Küche. Zur Ausstattung gehören Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Gasherd und sämtliches notwendiges Geschirr. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir Frühstück und Abendessen selbst zubereitet und nur mittags in der Stadt gegessen. Die saubere Luft, der Vogelgesang und die wohltuende Ruhe machen diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt jedoch auch einige kleinere Nachteile, die sich leicht beheben ließen. Warum haben wir unser Frühstück selbst zubereitet, obwohl wir Frühstück im Hotel bezahlt hatten? Weil das angebotene Frühstück leider äußerst bescheiden war. Toastbrot, etwas Schinken und Käse, ein wenig Obst und Kaffee aus dem Automaten entsprechen – vorsichtig formuliert – weder der Toskana noch allgemein italienischen Standards. Man würde sich guten Bohnenkaffee, frisches italienisches Gemüse und Eiergerichte wünschen. Deshalb haben wir all dies selbst gekauft. Leider war außerdem die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer defekt. Trotz des wunderschönen großen und grünen Grundstücks ist die Außenanlage nicht überall optimal gestaltet. Insbesondere der hintere Parkplatz ist so angelegt, dass man einen steinernen Entwässerungsgraben überqueren muss, der so tief ist, dass Fahrzeuge mit niedriger Bodenfreiheit am Unterboden aufsetzen. Wir fahren beispielsweise einen Mercedes A180, und beim Überqueren wurde die Gummiabdeckung der Wagenheberaufnahme beschädigt und herausgerissen. Keine große Sache, aber dennoch unangenehm. Eine einfache Metallabdeckung über dem Graben würde dieses Problem vollständig lösen.

• Rainer (5/5): Lieblos behandelte schlecht riechende Wohnung ohne Komfort, die die Bezeichnung „Deluxe“ niemals verdient. - Die unmittelbare Umgebung in der Natur. Schöner Blick auf Florenz. Das alte, nicht aufgearbeitete Mobiliar verbreitet in der gesamten Ferienwohnung einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Das Bett ist durch diesen Geruch eher eine Zumutung. Darüberhinaus war das Bett sehr klamm und feucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist schlicht gesagt kaum existent. Für eine als „Deluxe- Ferienwohnung“ angepriesene Unterkunft, erfüllt diese Wohnung in keinster Weise die Ansprüche an eine Solche. Die Wohnung und die Außenbereiche wirken ungepflegt. Es scheint so, als würde hier nur das Allernötigste für die Gäste und deren Wohlbefinden getan. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen und auch niemandem empfehlen.

• Lesley (8/5): Great to be above Florence and looking down at the Duomo as evening fell. - We were in a small apartment adjoining the main building, It was lovely to sit outside at the end of a tiring day being a tourist, and hear nothing but birdsong. I was frustrated by the neglected gardens. I would love to spend a week there getting rid of the weeds in the planters and replacing them with flowering plants. It's a lovely place, but there's no feeling that it's loved.

• Margaret (7/5): Good "Home Base" Location for Exploring Tuscany by Car; Not So Much for Exploring Florence - The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The location is great IF your reason for staying there is to rent a car and explore Tuscany. The "hotel/B&B" is tucked away just west of a small town/village called Galluzzo (about 5 miles southwest of Florence) with lovely views of the countryside; very peaceful and rustic. There is a pool that looks wonderful, but we were there in late April/early May, and it was not yet open. The restaurant had lovely food for dinner. For purposes of expectation setting, know that this is not a fancy place. There is a general feel of "scruffiness" about the grounds and the facilities. Our accommodations were clean, but all the furniture was old and worn (not the end of the world, but some folks would not appreciate this). Our bathrooms and kitchen were very dated (the latter not fully stocked. There was no tea kettle; we had to use a pot and ladle for tea); again, not a problem, but, rather, for establishing expectations should you stay here. For Breakfast (8:00-9:30), you have to make a reservation and pay ahead (12-euro per person). It was just average. I recommend buying food for breakfast and lunch in Galluzzo where there is a co-op and grocery store (no lunch served on the grounds of the hotel). Dinner is served only from 7:30-11:00 and you have to make a reservation. The buildings are very spread out on the grounds; it would've been nice for the hotel to provide bikes or scooters to get around. Finally, I would not recommend this location if your purpose for being in Italy/Tuscany is to spend time in Florence. Taxis into Florence are 50-euro one way. If you rent a car and drive in to Florence, you have to find a place to park in or around the city -- not an easy thing to do (expensive, too; 30+ euro per day). There is a bus you can pick up in Galluzzo that will take you into Florence, but you have to get yourself to Galuzzo first. If you have rented a car, this would not be a problem; you could park it in Galluzzo then get the bus. If you don't have a car, you'd have to get a taxi into Galluzzo (it is downhill and very steep from the hotel to Galluzzo; the winding, narrow roads are not at all walkable; they are, in fact, dangerous for walking).

Évek óta nem volt felújítva. Mindenen a pénztelenség látszik. A parkja elhanyagolt, az appartmanunk is látott szebb időket. A terasz ablaka végig volt repedve, a szunyoghálók foltozottak, a festés kopott, a fürdőszobában a mosdó alig folyt le. Az egésznek vintage hangulata van. A medence és környéke szintén elhanyagolt , nem úgy tünt, mint amit nemsokára használni fognak. A hűtőszekrényben a mélyhűtő ajtaja hiányzott. Mi jól éreztük magunkat, de ezek miatt másnak nem ajánlanám.

The smallest shower I have ever seen which made it hard for my husband and he is not a big man. There was a coffee maker that was broken but no coffee or milk, there were tea bags but no kettle. No instructions for the heater and the air cons did not reverse cycle and it was cold. The olive Grove seemed unkept but still beautiful in my opinion.

A propriedade é linda, o café da manhã bem servido, e há uma Osteria excelente na propriedade que serve jantar. Ficamos uma noite e uma manhã sem agua quente para o banho devido a algum problema estrutural com a caldeira. A Fattoria fica longe do centro de Florença e não há transporte publico nas proximidades, vc precisará alugar um carro ou arcar com taxis.

Több villarészlet van, viszonylag nagy távolságban és egy központi recepciós és reggeliztető hely. A környezetre jellemző, hogy a domb alatt van a Galluzzo egykori karthauzi kolostor dombja és a távolban idelátszik a firenzei duomo is. A konyharészben nagyon hiányzott egy mikrosütő, bár a kis grill is jó volt.

• Wolf (10/5): - Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt in den Bergen mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf Florenz, weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Das Restaurant ist perfekt gelegen und bietet einen fantastischen Blick, der jedes Essen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Die Küche ist qualitativ hochwertig. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Klare 10/10. Auf dem ganzen Grundstück war die Geschichte des Hauses zu spüren. Dankeschön an die Besitzer dieses tolle Erlebniss. Ein Wischtuch im Zimmer fehlte. Dieses wurde uns sofort bei der Nachfrage gebracht.

• Malay (8/5): A rustic but well-managed accommodation in a convenient location if traveling to Florence by car. - Traveling by car, this location served us very well as there is ample free parking in the town of Galuzzo nearby, with a direct bus to Florence. The management are very responsive. Breakfast is excellent. An exhaust fan in the bath/toilet is much needed.
