• Elena (9/5): Genial - La habitación era súper amplia y las camas muy cómodas. Éramos 5 y estaban divididas en dos habitaciones, una de ellas sin ventanas, lo cual era más calurosa pero confortable para unos días. La ubicación era excelente, nada más salir se veía a dos calles el duomo, y a unos 20min andando de la estación. Le falta que pongan desayuno tipo Buffet como opción a la hora de alojarte.

We comfortably had room for the 5 adults in our family, The bathrooms were new, clean, and modern. The price was competitive with other properties. The walk to the train station was safe and short and doable with all of our luggage. The property is located in a ZTL zone, so we had to wait until 8pm to drop off our suitcases since we were arriving by car.

• G (10/5): Sin duda volveríamos - Muy bien ubicado a 15 minutos de Sta María Novella, a 5 minutos del Duomo. Cómodo, tranquilo y rodeado de lugares para comer de todo. Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos ahí, recomendado para viajar en familia, nosotros viajamos con un niño de 8 años y estuvo muy a gusto. Nos atendieron muy bien y nos dieron recomendaciones para comer.

• Ribeiro (9/5): Muito Boa - Localização ótima, pertinho do Duomo,fizemos absolutamente tudo a pé, o quarto era bem ok também, janelona, boa cama, grande e espaçoso, bem cara de Itália. Chuveiro esquentava bem, e o banheiro ok tb. Ah, as toalhas eram enormes e bem macias, tinha no quarto também um bom cofre, um sofazinho e um guarda-roupa. Não havia box do banheiro, era bem diferentão hahahaha um "quarto", uma dispensa pra banho, separada do banheiro, sem janela, fechava com uma porta de madeira, não era exatamente ruim, mas molhava bastante o quarto. A gente não escolhe a temperatura do quarto, é uma temperatura "geral", então numa noite mais fria, eu passei um pouco de frio :(

Υπήρχε αρκετή ησυχία τις νυχτερινές και πρωινές ώρες. Υπήρξε ένα θέμα με την τουαλέτα την πρώτη μέρα, παρόλα αυτά το προσωπικό αντέδρασε άμεσα και έλυσε το θέμα. Το στρώμα είχε βουλιάξει πολύ, νομίζω χρειάζεται αλλαγή!
• Isabelle (9/5): Un bellissimo week end girando tutto a piedi vista la comodissima posizione - Consiglio a tutti questa struttura ! camera ampia e calda (pur avendo soffitti molto alti , la stanza era calda e per me è fondamentale )letto matrimoniale super comodo , bagno comodo con doccia spaziosa (si puo fare la doccia in 2 )e c'è il bidet! pure essendo posizionato in centro non si sente rumore , a tre minuti a piedi dal Duomo e praticamente dietro la galleria dell'accademia con il David . Staff sempre presente per messaggio . Unico consiglio , il phon si ferma se si usa a velocità alta , se lo lasciate a velocità bassa funziona bene .Dimenticavo , in bagno ci sono gel doccia e cuffia e saponette ! C 'è anche il bollitore e ho potuto farmi la tisana! c'è un frigo con dentro una bottiglia d'acqua fresca pero non so se è a pagamento perchè noi avevamo già la nostra acqua. Pulizia veramente ottima e lenzuola che profumano di pulito. Ci sono 4 cuscini nel letto quindi davvero c'è tutto l'essenziale. C' anche la possibilità sia nel check in che nel check out di lasciare i bagagli per potere girare senza dover portarsi tutto dietro Nulla

The rooms and beds were comfortable and we were allowed to check in early and allowed to leave a little late It was not an Airbnb, it is more like a hotel, no kitchen, outlet for hot water did not work, we had to use the outlet close to the floor.

• Rawls (7/5): The staff was responsive, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect . There are no extra amenities like front des - The best thing about the place is the location. You can see the Duomo down the street. It’s an easy walk to all Duomo attractions and to Accademia where you see Michelangelo’s David. The shower in our room was separate from the bathroom and like a closet. It also didn’t smell so well. It was just awkward but usable.

• Osorio Martinez (7/5): Buena , moviéndose a regular … lo excepcional es la ubicación. - La disponibilidad para colaborar de la persona que nos recibió el primer día ( Arassay) , pero no hubo más contactos durante la estadía … No hay desayuno en el “hotel “ que no es un hotel , más se asemeja a una pensión de arriendo de cuartos .. el desayuno lo debe uno buscar en las cafeterías cercanas… la habitación está bien , pero la entrada , corredores comunes y ascensor, son fatales … No tienen recepción ….. para ser un hotel 4 estrellas no tiene los estándares de los mismos..

At first, I wished there was a person at a desk to greet me, but once I walked up the stairs and knocked on the door, Ester greeted me with the kindest smile and conversation. Not having a front desk during our trip made it feel like an apartment!

• Wendy (10/5): - It was a surprise that no breakfast was on offer, given that thebooking was relatively expensive,but there was 10% discount on breakfast in a very pleasant cafe opposite and there were plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood, which was central to Florence.
