Man darf aber kein 5-Sterne Hotel erwarten. - - Die Lage war gut und der öffentliche Verkehr war sehr schnell zu erreichen. - Das Frühstück-Buffet war eher klein aber in Ordnung. - Die Gästgeberin hat freundlich Kaffee gemacht und serviert. - Die Unterkunft ist ringhörig. Deshalb empfiehlt es sich sehr Ohropax zu verwenden. - Das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte saniert werden.

- Dávila (10/5): Incrível, me apaixonei por Florença! - O hotel é lindo, o quarto muito limpo, cheiroso e sempre bem organizado. A acomodação fica bem perto do metrô, você pode andar por 2 minutos e pronto. Mas atenção para os horários, chegamos num domingo chuvoso e não tinha muita opção, tivemos que andar um pouco. No fim a acomodação vale MUITO o preço. O café da manhã é completo e gostoso com muitas opções disponíveis! Voltarei :)

- Joanna (7/5): Beware 44 steps to entrance - Very easy access to metro. 5 minutes or less. Communication on arrival was very good. Room spacious and comfy. We had early tours booked and missed breakfast 2 out of 3:days. Host was very curt about collection of city tax and precise time of breakfast. 8 to 9:30. We left the tax on desk the firs morning we were here except for 1 pound and had the 1 pound the next morning when we had change. She brought it to our attention as soon as she saw us. We asked for more coffee 2 minutes after 9:30 and she reminded us breakfast was over at 9:30. No self serving coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Shower was streaked with mold and no coffee for early risers. No towel warmer working in May. 44 steps to entrance of B&B. It was a bit much after a long day of travel for a 74 & 78 year old..

- Lena (10/5): Soggiorno - Struttura che è andata oltre le aspettative per comodità, relax, servizi, cucina, bagno, pulizia, staff, posizione. Professionalità degna di un hotel, anche di un certo livello. Il parcheggio non è esattamente fuori dalla porta, ma l'eventuale fatica di portare i bagagli è compensata dalla posizione felicissima della struttura che è praticamente sul mare.

Per raggiungere il centro a due passi c'è il tram T1 e in 5 minuti si arriva in Santa Maria Novella, altrimenti 30 minuti a piedi Internet prende molto bene nello spazio in comune, un po' ballerino nella camera

- Jan Carsten (9/5): recht zentrumsnah und bezahlbar - alles in Allem recht gut. Vielleicht hatte ich ein besseres Zimmer als Personen die nicht so gut bewerteten. Die Tram 1 hältdort. Leider war Google nicht in der Lage vernünftig die Route zu bestimmen. Ich bin gelaufen statt die 2 und dann die 1 zu nehmen. Danach wusste ich es besser etwas ungewähnlich der Check oIn per whats up. Eine Türklingel mit code geht hier ja wohl nicht so dass man anrufen muss wenn man vor der türsteht

Situato a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram che in pochi minuti porta alla stazione santa Maria novella e al centro di Firenze. Ci sono parcheggi blu a pagamento ma nei giorni festivi non si paga. La nostra stanza aveva il bagno in camera, non finestrato. Ambiente un po' datato ma comunque pulito e in perfette condizioni. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia.

- Jairo Roldan (7/5): - El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la parada del tranvía T1. También, es un barrio tranquilo y seguro para descansar. El anfitrión amablemente nos permitió ingresar antes de la hora. Hay restaurantes y farmacias a una distancia intermedia (no inmediata pero caminable). El baño es en extremo incómodo (muy pequeño, demasiado). El lavabo estaba quebrado aunque reparado. La hora del desayuno es muy inconveniente para hacer turismo (8am), aunque el propietario lo compensó preparándonos el desayuno el día anterior y dejándolo en la habitación (solo 1 día y para 2 personas a pesar de que eran 3 días y éramos 3). El A/C no funcionó un día, pero el propietario lo reparó de inmediato. Hay que subir gradas (2 pisos) porque el ascensor no está disponible para B&B Leopoldo. La cama matrimonial era la unión de 2 individuales con diferentes alturas, bastante incómoda.

- Anja (7/5): Gutes B&B in Zentrumsnähe - Hat alles wunderbar über WhatsApp geklappt, es wurde wirklich sehr schnell geantwortet. Das B&B liegt fussläufig zum Zentrum, von der Lage her also top. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Parksituation ist herausfordernd, am besten man nutzt den Hotelservice für 20 Euro / Tag das Auto abzustellen. Hund sollte erst 20 (!) Euro extra kosten / pro Nacht, wurde dann doch auf 15 Euro reduziert. Hätte man vorher sagen können, vor allem, weil ich den Hund angekündigt habe.

- Jelena (10/5): Great place to stay! - I really enjoyed my extended stay. 10 stars for being everything they say they are. Close to tram and large supermarket. Good cafe just down the road. Can walk to centre in 30 minutes. Bed was comfortable and they tidy the room and bathroom every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again when next in Florence. 😊 Nothing to not like.

- Norbert (8/5): - Good location, city centre is just a couple of tram stations away. Very friendly staff! There is a breakfast (altough it was bit full of sugar for me). Bed is not that comfortable, could not open the window in the bedroom, no mirror in the bedroom. I needed to go out from the bedroom to the bathroom.
