• Sirpa (5/5): - Sijainti oli ok. Aamiaisen sai huoneeseen edellisenä päivänä tilaamalla ennen klo 13. Kokeilimme kerran, hinta-laatusuhde eivät olleet ok. Huone oli pinnoiltaan kulunut. Vessan ovi otti joka kerta kiinni lattiaan avatessa ja sulkiessa. Wc-tila oli kylmä kostea (ei lattialämmitystä)

• Carla Orzati (9/5): Tornerò fine marzo! - Sono già stata ospite presso l'Hotel Flavio, mi sono trovata bene la prima volta e per questo ho prenotato di nuovo; l'albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione, per me va bene perché vado a Roma sempre in treno.

A una cuadra hay una plaza con agua para recargar sus botellas, me dieron pava electrica para utilizar en la habitación y pudimos hacer el check out en la madrugada porque hay atención de recepcion 24hs. La cama chica y el colchón incómodo

• Mahli (7/5): I would stay here again. - Great location to the train station with lots of restaurant, shops on your door step. Friendly, helpful staff and 24 hour reception. The single bed was small but no sag or lumps. Temperature was perfect. Really my only complain was my room shared a wall with an another hotel stairs so the banging of doors and conversation noise was a lot. Once asleep this wasn't an issue though. The shower is tiny but the only hotel I stayed at that had a soap/shampoo caddy.

Air conditioning and hot water worked well. As mentioned, no elevator but just one floor up. Very close to Roma Termini and a metro station. Also good dining options nearby. Good location as a base to explore the city.

• Sanna (8/5): Five nights in Rome - Overall, it was ok. The hotel itself was old, as were the furnishings. However, it was clean and quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was ok — it was next to the train station and metro. We stayed for five nights. The room had a small fridge, but no kettle.

• Abdessamad (1/5): For all these reasons, I do not recommend this establishment. - I did not enjoy my stay at Hotel Flavio at all, for several reasons: The photos posted did not reflect reality and gave me a misleading impression of the place. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The view from the room was unpleasant. The bathroom was so cramped that it was difficult to move around. The showerhead had only one setting, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. The bed was too small and unstable, moving at the slightest motion. On top of all that, the price was far too high for the quality of the accommodation. Finally, the neighborhood where the hotel is located felt unsafe, especially at night. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this establishment. I do not recommend this establishment for several reasons: the room was uncomfortable and too small, the bed was narrow and unstable, the nightly rate was too high for the quality offered, and the location was not ideal.
• Elin (6/5): - Vi är halvt nöjd med hotellet, men nöjda utifrån vad vi betalade. Bra pris och nära till staden. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsamma vid samtal då vi blev sena till hotellet (sent flyg). Bra med AC på rummet Rummet var dåligt städat, hittade en flygbiljett från en tidigare gäst från två månader tidigare och lakanet var smutsigt vid ankomst. Sängen var rätt hård

• Anastasia (6/5): For the price and if you need it just for a few hours near the train station it’s fine - I needed to stay just for a few hours at night as I had an early flight and came by train from another city. Hotel is very simple and small but clean. Welcoming staff. I could hear everything from the neighbours as if they were in my room , I would like to never hear half of the sounds from them if you know what I mean.
