Paola Vargas (10/5): - The FOOD was amazing. We were skeptic about the "half board" but were very surprised by the quality and variety of dishes offered, also catering to our small child. The room was perfect for a family with fun bunk beds and great balcony and view all around. The location is perfect for those who like to ski at any level, with a ski school very close by. The hotel is very kid friendly with an amazing kids club which has daily activities for kids and even an indoor waterpark.

Annett (10/5): Ein erholsamer, kinderfreundlicher und rund um schöner Ort. - Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Kirchheimerhof und für mich als Mama, die mit Kind alleine gereist ist, ist die Kombination aus Spielmöglichkeiten, Natur und Schwimmbad super. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und unser Tisch war direkt am Fenster mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war das größte Doppelzimmer, was ich bis jetzt je bekommen habe. Das Indoorspielzimmer war für meinen Sohn das absolute Highlight nach jedem Abendessen. Es gäbe auch die Möglichkeit, Kinder betreuen zu lassen. Für meinen Sohn und mich aber noch kein Thema. Dadurch konnte ich den Wellnessbereich ab 16 nicht nutzen, aber das hat ja nichts mit der Qualität des Hotels zu tun. Nur eine Kleinigkeit, alle waren sehr professionell und freundlich. Mir hat nur manchmal ein kleiner netter Austausch oder eine persönliche Empfehlung gefehlt, aber auch nur, weil ich das in Österreich schon öfter erlebt habe und das einfach dafür sorgt, dass ich mich noch wohler fühle. Ich verstehe aber vollkommen, dass Stammgäste einfach präsenter sind. Und das ist wirklich nur das Tüpfelchen auf dem I.

Susanne Christine (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal und die Chefs sind authentisch und sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und dass, obwohl man erst das erste Mal da war. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen ist spitze Einzig, dass Mittagessen, war zwar ausreichend aber sehr einfach gehalten, wenn man es mit den anderen Mahlzeiten vergleicht. Zimmern sind sehr gepflegt, zwar ist Teppich nicht gerade meine persönliche Vorliebe, aber dadurch, dass alles andere sehr schön ist, ist es okay. Der Spa und Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut angelegt und es ist für jeden etwas dabei, sehr Kinderfreundlich, somit super für Familien. Die Massage kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Lage wunderschön, ein wenig am Berg oben und dennoch perfekt für Spaziergänge und ausgiebige Wanderungen. Teppichböden und das Mittags Buffet.

Josef (9/5): Entspanntes Urlauben in Bad Kleinkirchheim - Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage etwas oberhalb von Bad Kleinkirchheim. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Richtung Süden mit Blick auf den Pool, das sehr ruhig war. Ende September waren kaum Kinder da. Unser Zimmer war vom Interieur her nicht mehr ganz modern, aber gepflegt und mit viel Stauraum. Es soll im kommenden Frühjahr renoviert werden. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, am Sonntag gab es auch Lachs und Prosecco. Das Abendessen bestand aus 5 Gängen, Salatbuffet, Vorspeisenplatten – teils wechselnd -, 2 Suppen, 3 Wahlhauptspeisen, Nachspeise. Sollte der Hauptgang oder die Nachspeise nicht passen, gibt es ein paar Alternativgerichte bzw. Eis. Der Saunabereich war vielfältig und der Ruheraum sehr schön mit herrlichem Blick. -

Janja (10/5): Alles Super, tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und Bad Kleinkirchheim, wir kommen gerne wieder. - Frühstück phänomenal, Zimmer geräumig, mit Balkon, WC und Bad getrennt, wir haben halt nicht die teuersten gebucht. Außergewöhnliche Pools innen und außen, beheizt, wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, auch mit den ganzen Tieren und in dem riesigen Spielzimmer. Mittagessen durchschnittlich - könnte mehr Auswahl sein, sehr kleine Ecke mit dem Mittagessen-Buffet. Auf Bedienung mussten wir immer lange warten, wenn wir was bestellen wollten, z.B. Kaffee oder Getränke, das meiste ist auf Selbstbedienung ausgerichtet.

Ha az egészségem engedi, biztosan visszajövünk. - Nagyon tetszett a szálloda, kívülről is szép a sok csodás virágtól, de különösen belülről tetszett. Belül teljesen felújított, gyönyörűen berendezett. A mi junior lakosztályunk rendkívül kényelmes és tágas volt, mindennek tökéletesen volt helye. (Külön gardrób, külön helyiségben toalett, a fürdőszobában zuhany és pompás kád is, szuper csaptelepekkel) Kiemelném a magyar pincérek segítőkészségét, Zoltán, Nóra és Bence nagyban hozzájárultak a komfortérzet növeléséhez. Köszönjük nekik. Az étterem nagyon igényes és elegáns, az ételek finomak voltak.A délutáni sütizés is szuper volt. Apróság, de tea bekészítés csak érkezéskor volt, utána nem pótolták. A kávét sem, de az étteremben finom volt a kávé.

Franz (5/5): Ohne Kinder in diesem Hotel einzuchecken kann nicht empfohlen werden! - Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war 'old-fashioned', aber okay. Der Pool ist schön. Es handelt sich um ein Kinder-Hotel und es wird sogar Kinderanimation im Abendprogramm usw. angeboten. Im Pool und im Frühstücksraum ist der Geräuschpegel ziemlich unangenehm. Das Personal ist z.T. 'von oben herab'.

Sandro (10/5): Exceptional - It is a family owned and managed hotel and you can see the attention and love they put on it. Paradise for kids, from the kids area which is a two floor inside park to the spa for kids. Nice swimming pool and sauna area for adult. We had the experience of sauna with a true sauna master! Dinner has a generous buffet and the eggs area at breakfast is a must as well. You may need to learn a basic a German with some waiter but this just add to the characteristic environment.

Domen (10/5): Super price performance! - Totally genuine Austrian Hotel. Familly owned. With one of the bigghest spa facilities and the outside pool with 36 degrees celsius in the middle of the winter it was amasing!

Natasa (10/5): An amazing family-run hotel in a wonderful place with caring staff, cozy wellness area and winter activities around. - That place is a dream. We loved the location, the view, the cleanliness, the amazing staff. I must mention Zoltan at the restaurant, it was a pleasure to meet him. They handeled my son’s serious food allergy with excellent care. Our suite was spacious and the rooms are well-separated in it. Breakfast and dinner are really delicious. Wellness area is very cosy and my children enjoyed Murmelland, the huge play area. On the top of the above, during our stay there was a heavy snowfall that made our stay even more amazing.

Luke (10/5): Exceptional - The staff, the food, the location, the atmosphere, was all incredible. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone as a couple, or as a family. What a little hidden gem. Thank you for an amazing time.
Mirna (6/5): Pleasant - Pretty surrounding and location but definitely overpriced for what is offered. The family rooms are actually two rooms with a connecting door so they are quite spacious and have a marvelous view to the mountain. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. The outdoor pool was nice as well. The food served at dinner was average at best. All inclusive did not include any type of drinks besides the ones for children. The indoor playground is a bit used up and was dirty which did not leave a good impression. The indoor pool was very cold and the spray-land area super slippery so it is definitely not recommended for kids running around as they could slip easily and hurt themselves.

Beno (9/5): Wonderful weekend - Had a blast :) Was there with some friends for the weekend to do some MTB on the nearby Flow trail (5min scenic walk from the hotel). The facilities are wonderful and all the staff immensely friendly, hospitable and kind. Rooms are cosy, quite large with big bathrooms. Food was great. The breakfast and lunch buffet has plant-based/vegan options and for dinner just let them know in advance and they'll prepare a great plant-based/vegan option (the homemade sorbets with maple syrup crumble were to die for). The wellness area offers a bunch of saunas (even an outdoor one), pools and other pampering. Highly recommended. Great place to stay whether with friends or family. Not a big thing just a note. During our stay (early June) the wellness area only worked till 19.00. If you prefer an evening sauna you'll need to make some scheduling adjustments. However, it does fit more nicely with dinner which usually starts around 19:30.
