- TOMASZ (9/5): Znakomite miejsce do aktywnego wypoczynku zimą i latem! - Hotel z prawdziwego zdarzenia. Opinia dotyczy zarówno standardu zakwaterowania, obsługi jak i oferty. Do dyspozycji przestronne i komfortowe pokoje, nowoczesne łazienki i bardzo przyzwoite wyposażenie w standardzie. Obiekt na tyle duży, że gwarantuje solidny wypoczynek. Lokalizacja w spokojnej i malowniczej okolicy. Przed hotelem przystanki autobusowe, transport publiczny w kilka minut dowozi do każdego pobliskiego ośrodka narciarskiego i do centrum klimatycznego Bad Gastein. Spory parking zapewniający miejsce i bezpieczeństwo. Bardzo duże części wspólne, dają poczucie swobody i przestronności. Do dyspozycji użytkowników ogromne lobby z barem, duża restauracja, SPA, biblioteka, bilard, kawiarenka, etc. Dla narciarzy przechowalnia sprzętu i odrębne wewnętrzne pomieszczenie z grzałkami do suszenia butów narciarskich. Świetna i urozmaicona kuchnia (śniadania i obiadokolacje), profesjonalny, miły i konkretny personel tylko dopełnia bardzo pozytywnych wrażeń. Cena absolutnie adekwatna do świadczonych usług i standardu. Losowo trafiony pokój na poziomie przyziemia z ograniczonym widokiem z tarasu.

- Affenzeller (8/5): - Besonders sauber, sehr nettes Personal! Alles sehr unkompliziert! Mann kann auch am Abreisetag noch den Wellnessbereich benützen. Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Wir waren zu viertel in einem Doppelzimmer (Ausziehcouch) Hatten noch nie wo so ein großes Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder! Nicht am modernsten Stand aber sauber und alles in Ordnung.

- Jitka (9/5): Pěkné ubytování na klidném místě, bazén a sauna přímo v hotelu. - Snídaně dobrá, nabídka bohatá. Pokoj čistý (každodenní úklid), tichý, postele pohodlné. Velké plus je bazén a sauny přímo v hotelu, po lyžování ideální relax. Nemám žádné výhrady, vše bylo v pořádku.

La piscina termale è priva dei giochi d’acqua ( idromassaggi) tipici dei centri termali e l’acqua ha una temperatura un po’ bassa per essere un’acqua termale. Sembra più una piscina da riabilitazione post traumatica che una piscina da spa.

- Wolfgang (7/5): Geht besser - Toller Spa Bereich mit großem Schwimmbad Buffet ohne ausreichend vegetarische und Vegane Speisen. Man bemühte sich extra vegan zu kochen. Die Desserts waren eine Katastrophe. Die guten Sachen sofort aus und sonst Unmengen an Schlagobers und Creme und Zucker Frühstück war der unfreundlichste Mitarbeiter den ich je erlebt habe bei den Omeletts. Abends war der Oberkellner sehr reizend und bemüht!

- Samuli (10/5): We enjoyed and would visit again! - Our room was big and cozy and had nice wiew to mountains. Breakfast was really tasty and welcoming prosecco bubbly! Finnish sauna was great and the pool very nice and warm. Every place was really clean and fresh. Skibus offered great connection to slopes straight from the main door! We needed to wait check in more than an hour, that was little frustrating. There were restriction to get to sauna under age of 16 years old, so we couldnt enjoy sauna as a family with my 5 years boy. :( For a Finn that felt really funny rule! The double bed could have been better, mattress was quite soft.

- Doroteja (6/5): Overall, the stay was enjoyable, though some aspects could be improved. - We liked the traditional decor inside the hotel. We also liked wellness part of the complex. The food choice and diversity was poor. Not enough crucial information from the reception desk (which table is ours during dinner/ breakfast or do they have an extra room for the ski boots. We also did not know that this room can be entered from the outside parking lot). It would have been nice if we had recieved this information in advance from the reception desk during the check in, instead of having to figure everything out on our own. Furthermore, we also noticed that water glasses in the room were not clean.
- Kamila (10/5): Perfektní dovolená - Krásný čistý hotel, perfektní úklid pokojů. Pestrà strava. Dostatek parkování zdarma. Mnoho prostoru k posezení. K dispozici kdykoli bazén a odpoledne sauny. V dosahu několik výborných ski areálů. Mnoho hostů ignoruje povinnost se osprchovat před vstupem do bazénů, vstupují do bazénu nemytí rovnou z lyží.

Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption / Reservierungsstelle war miserabel. Es ging alles durcheinander, niemand war zuständig bzw erreichbar. Uns wurde - ebenso wie anderen Mitreisenden, die über booking.com gebucht hatten, am Vorabend der Abreise die Rechnung zur Bezahlung vorgelegt, obwohl wir längst im voraus bezahlt hatten. Unser Hinweis darauf nützte nichts, am nächsten Morgen wurde die Rechnung wieder zur Bezahlung vorgelegt. Das war unangenehm und nicht professionell !

- Nicole (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Werden das Hotel gerne wieder buchen! - Das Prei-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Das Essen ist top und das Personal sehr sehr nett und immer bemüht alle Wünsche umzusetzen. Die Lage war nicht so optimal, aber ok…Skibusse fahren direkt vor der Haustür ab!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area was excellent – calm, clean, and perfect for relaxation. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty and high quality, and the breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. This was already our fourth time staying here, which truly shows the consistently high quality. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return again!

Das Management war sehr bemüht. - Nette Silverster Party, gutes Frühstück , Sauna, Schwimmbad, netter Ksmin Wir wurden am ersten Abend und zum Frühstück in das Kinderzimmer gesetzt. Es war weder hübsch und nach der langen Anreise gar nicht erholsam. Danach hat man uns in den Erwachsenenbereich versetzt. Das war dann schon viel besser.

- Ilse (8/5): - Die Ruhe, sowohl im Haus als auch rundherum. Das Hotel liegt isoliert, ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar, Busstation vor dem Hotel. Auch Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, auch das Bad. Der gesamte Bau ist nicht der neueste, aber gepflegt.
