Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit konnte nicht übertroffen werden. Weiter so. Hotel liegt nahe der U-Bahnstation und deshalb sehr zu empfehlen. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein uriges Restaurant mit einer sehr guten Küche.

• mark (5/5): For one or two nights for a stadium visit then fine but out of the way for visiting much of Vienna. - 6 minute walk to venue. Room was not as expected and very bare and basic, no fridge or drink making facilities and no hot drinks allowed in the room. The carpet was disgusting but the bathroom was nice. For a 3 star hotel it was clean and comfy. felt like sleeping in a boarding school dorm. Carpet was very stained. Free tea beverage from 3pm to 10pm when everyone is out of the hotel and can only be consumed in the lobby. All other drinks have to be purchased.

We arrived quite late, but it was no problem at all — the receptionist was very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. On our last day, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring the city before leaving. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transport (subway and tram) and within walking distance of Wiener Stadthalle. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

• Roland (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Wiens - Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, vielfältig und wohlschmeckend. Die große Flächenleuchte an der Decke hat das Zimmer richtig gut ausgeleuchtet, sodass lesen oder schreiben an jeder Stelle des Zimmers möglich war. Punktbeleuchtung an den Nachtkästchen ermöglichte zudem lesen, ohne den Partner/die Partnerin zu stören. Straßenbahn und U-Bahnstationen sind im Umkreis von 5-8 Gehminuten erreichbar. In der Prallelstraße (Märzstraße) befinden sich mehrere Restaurants ("Holzkohlengrills") in denen sich gut essen lässt. Leider fand sich weder im Bad noch im Gardeobenbereich ein einziger Haken, um Kleidungstücke aufhängen zu können.

• Ines (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt um Wien mit dem Nahverkehr zu entdecken - Nähe zu U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus, fußläufig zum Schloss Schönbrunn, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, das das Manövrieren der Parkplatzgäste auf den Hinterhof meisterhaft beherrscht. Zimmer zum Hinterhof sind angenehm ruhig, trotz Standort an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Zimmer-Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt, aber trotzdem nur zweckmäßig, daher wenig gemütlich und vom Stil aus den 80ern. Das Parken auf dem Hinterhof ist herausfordernd (eng) und nur mit Hilfe des Personals möglich, aber man ist in der Gegend froh, dass man nicht öffentlich parken muss (viel Anwohnerparken, Parkuhren, Parkverbot)

• Marica (1/5): Il cuscino più costoso di Vienna - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 22 al 26 aprile con un’idea molto semplice: avere un appoggio tranquillo per dormire mentre esploravamo Vienna. E in effetti, per quello, l’hotel fa il suo: stanza piccola ma pulita, prezzo in linea con la città, nulla di memorabile ma nemmeno disastroso. Peccato che il soggiorno si sia trasformato in una piccola tragicommedia. Partiamo dal personale: abbiamo incontrato tre receptionist, sempre nell'orario serale. Due ragazze davvero gentili, cordiali e disponibili. Poi il terzo, l'unico uomo, con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare la prima e l'ultima sera. Già dalla prima si era distinto per modi poco accoglienti e piuttosto scorbutici, ma al check-out, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto la conferma definitiva. Infatti è qui che inizia lo spettacolo: ci vengono addebitati correttamente una birra e una bottiglia d’acqua, e fin qui tutto bene. Poi arriva la sorpresa: più di 30 euro per la “pulizia” di un cuscino e della sua federa, colpevoli di essere stati macchiati da una MICRO goccia di sangue (sì, un banalissimo episodio di sangue dal naso durante la notte). Chiediamo spiegazioni. Risposta: “lo dice il sistema”. Chiediamo ulteriori chiarimenti. Risposta: “non è una mia decisione”. Chiediamo di parlare con un responsabile, lui lo chiama e ci parla ma risultato identico. Nel frattempo, qualche dettaglio interessante: - le pulizie giornaliere erano dichiarate come incluse (asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, quindi il servizio esiste), - il letto però non è mai stato cambiato in 4 giorni (lenzuola, cuscini e coperte sempre gli stessi), e soprattutto: il famoso cuscino “pulito”… era ancora macchiato. Sì, esatto. Pulito… ma macchiato, un concetto interessante. Abbiamo anche mostrato anche il cuscino incriminato ma nessuna reazione, solo una ripetizione meccanica delle stesse frasi, accompagnata da un atteggiamento decisamente poco cordiale. A questo si aggiunge un aspetto poco piacevole: abbiamo avuto la netta sensazione che la situazione sia stata gestita approfittando del fatto che non parlassimo perfettamente inglese (e per nulla il tedesco), rendendo il confronto ancora più difficile e poco trasparente. Infatti il secondo capitolo di questa triste storia riguarda le lingue: la struttura dichiara su Booking di parlarne diverse, compresa l'italiano. In realtà, durante la discussione, ci è stato detto chiaramente che nessuno parla altro oltre a tedesco e inglese. Informazione che sarebbe stata utile PRIMA della prenotazione. Qui quindi le possibilità sono due: o la struttura dichiara su Booking di parlare anche italiano senza che ciò corrisponda al vero, oppure, curiosamente, quella sera nessuno “ricordava” di saperlo parlare. In entrambi i casi, non esattamente il massimo della chiarezza verso il cliente. Finale della storia: il rimborso è arrivato, ma solo grazie all’intervento di Booking, che ha gestito la situazione con professionalità. E qui una riflessione finale, con un pizzico di amara ironia: spesso si dice che noi italiani cerchiamo di “fare i furbi”… ma a quanto pare, se anche fosse, non siamo certo gli unici. Noi siamo stati ospiti educati e tranquilli per tutto il soggiorno, almeno finché non abbiamo avuto la sensazione che qualcuno stesse cercando di fare il furbo con noi. Morale: hotel “ok” finché non succede nulla ma se succede qualcosa… buona fortuna. 10 a Booking per l’assistenza e invece all’hotel 1 stella perché zero non si può mettere. Non torneremo mai più.

• Marizela (6/5): Ganz okay - Das Hotelzimmer selbst war sauber und ordentlich. Auch fanden wir es gut, dass wir nach unserer Beschwerde wegen des ersten Zimmers – das ziemlich heruntergekommen war und ein quietschendes Bett hatte – unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das Frühstück - gutes Angebot und alles lecker. Zuerst einmal ist uns aufgefallen, dass es im Hotel – vor allem in den Gängen und im Eingangsbereich – ziemlich streng riecht. Wir konnten nicht genau sagen, wonach, aber angenehm war es nicht. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, und die Dusche ist eher klein – für größere Personen wird’s da schnell eng. Auch der Herr an der Rezeption war etwas eigen. Wir können es nicht genau benennen, aber sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out haben wir uns irgendwie unwohl gefühlt.

Das Personal hat gesagt das wir in der Kurzzeitzone parken können. Ab 10.00 Uhr Kostenpflichtig. Wir sind 8:15 Uhr weg gefahren. 50 Euro das ist häffig vorallem bekommt man dort keinen Parkplatz. Also nie wieder.

• Seyrek (1/5): - Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding an unexpected and unjustified damage charge during our stay at Hotel Lucia Vienna. My family and I stayed at the hotel between 2 March and 8 March 2026 in Room 203. We travelled to Vienna in order to attend a radiology congress. During our stay, our small daughter placed stickers on the headboard of the bed, which may have left marks. We did not deny responsibility and were willing to compensate for any reasonable damage. However, the hotel staff immediately demanded a payment of 500 euros, stating verbally that the entire headboard needed to be replaced. No repair estimate, cost breakdown, or written damage assessment was provided. When we requested documentation explaining how this amount was calculated, the staff refused to provide any detailed report or invoice. On the day of our departure, shortly before our flight, we were told that we had to pay the 500-euro charge immediately. Because of the time pressure and our travel schedule, we felt compelled to pay. The only document provided afterward is a single-line receipt mentioning a 500-euro damage charge, without any explanation of the repair work, materials, or replacement cost. While we accept responsibility for any actual damage, we believe the amount requested was excessive and unsupported by proper documentation. We kindly ask Booking.com to review this situation and assist in determining whether this charge was reasonable, and to help us obtain a fair resolution if the amount cannot be justified with proper documentation. • Michael Sintic (8/5): Für Besuche der Wiener Stadthalle sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Lage ist max. 5 Minuten fussläufig von der U3, wie auch mehreren Strassenbahnhaltestellen sehr optimal. Genauso ist die Wiener Stadthalle zu Fuß in 15 min. erreichbar. Die strassenseitigen Zimmer sind sehr gut gegen den Strassenlärm gedämmt, dieser hat in der Nacht überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Auch wurden Sonderwünsche, wie zusätzliche Kissen sofort erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist sehr knapp bemessen und für €18, zu teuer!

• Min van He (8/5): - Hotel liegt absolut gut, wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der Stadthalle hat. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rezeption 24h Stunden besetzt. Getränke, Tee, Kaffee stehen in der kleinen und feinen Lobby zur Verfügung. U 3 Stationen liegen gleich ums Eck.

• Anja (8/5): Nettes Hotel im Außenbezirk mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. - Schönes, familiengeführtes kleines Hotel mit ruhigen, geräumigen Zimmern. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, 24 Std. Besetzung der Rezeption. Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby. Straßenbahnstation und Ladengeschäfte in der Nähe. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder. Flur und Zimmer waren überheizt, aber gute Lüftmöglichkeit. Matrazen etwas unbequem. Stühle haben beim Verschieben auf dem Boden gekratzt, was evtl. den Untermieter gestört hat.

• AnnSperkach (7/5): Гарний готель у співвідношенні якості та ціни - Сподобалось гарне розташування, смачні сніданки з випічкою, приїздили на 3 дні у Відень для відпочинку і факт, що в 2 хвилинах лідл, аптеки та метро чудовий :) Дуже допоміг персонал, бо випадково забули картку у номері і нам без проблем надали нову, це круто Трохи розчарувалась у сніданках, бо в описі їх дуже хвалили, а насправді там від сили 2 варіації сніданків. Також будь ласка приберіть фото з ванною в номері, бо ключовим фактором була саме вона при вибері мого готелю, а на місці дізналась, що їх вже всі замінили на душові кабіни :(

• Murat (1/5): - Tesisin yatağı çok rahatsız ediciydi. Yatak sırt bölgemi çok rahatsız etti. Sabah ağrılarla uyandım bu rahatsızlıktan dolayı. Ayrıca ilk kez gittiğim bi otelde terlik olmadığını gördüm, şaşırdım. Sorduğumda da terlik olmadığını söylediler. Otel hakkında çok olumlu konuşamayacağım bu sebeplerden dolayı.
