• Fatema (7/5): Great if the elevator works - The location and the interior Everything was great during our stay until the elevator broke down on the day of check-out. We had informed the hotel in the morning, but unfortunately it still wasn’t fixed by the time we needed to leave. Our room was on one of the upper floors and we had two large suitcases, which made the situation very difficult. When we called for assistance, we were initially told that no one could help because it was a self check-in property. That was especially frustrating since we specifically chose this place because it had an elevator. After explaining that we were simply unable to carry the luggage downstairs ourselves, they eventually sent someone to help us. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else was good. One other downside is that the lockers are extremely expensive.

• Michael (1/5): NICHT BUCHEN! Bettwanzen - NICHT BUCHEN! Bettwanzen in beiden Zimmern auf beiden Stöcken. Das heisst vermutlich das ganze Hotel ist befallen von Bettwanzen. Ich musste nach dem Zimmerwechsel im Hotel selbst das Hotel verlassen, ein anderes Hotel buchen und mitten in der Nacht umziehen - aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit doppelt so teuer. 3 Stunden nur hassle. Ich habe bis heute kein Geld zurückerhalten, und auch keine (schriftliche) Entschuldigung. Habe anschliessend eine Email mit Beweisfotos geschrieben, Email-Support antwortet auch nach 3 Tagen nicht. Telefonischer Support an dem Abend war nett und die Zimmer an sich sind schön, aber das bringt nichts, wenn Bettwanzen über mich kriechen wenn ich schlafe (ist genau so passiert). Ich musste danach meine Kleider auf eigene Kosten mit 60 Grad waschen, was natürlich einige Kleidungsstücke zerstört hat.
• Katharina (8/5): - War tiptop Es hat ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Wir haben unser Getränk korrekt beschriftet reingelegt, aber am Morgen war es weg. Was ich noch mitteilen wollte... Wir sind zu früh angekommen und ich hatte per Mail angefragt, ob wir das Gepäck bereits abstellen dürfen. Uns wurde ein Code für die Türe der Schliessfächer mitgeteilt. Was uns aber nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir den selben Code für die Haustüre und die Türe im 2. Stock benutzen können, um zu diesem Raum zu gelangen. Dies erfuhren wir dann erst, nachdem wir angerufen hatten. Aber uns wurde schnell geholfen.

• Marica (10/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno nel cuore di Vienna - Nuovissima, in un palazzo in pieno stile Viennese. Ottima posizione. Stanza calda e tutto ben servito, meravigliosi i dispenser di saponi, shampoo, crema corpo. Era compreso anche il rifacimento della stanza e l’acqua sempre fresca da poter bere.
• Gaia (9/5): Ottima posizione e belle stanze - Posizione eccellente, proprio dietro Rathaus e Votive Church, a pochi passi da Stephansplatz. Ottimo il servizio di self check in. Stanza bella e pulita. Comodo anche il servizio locker L’ultimo sera c’è stato un guasto dell’ascensore e quindi il giorno seguente non è stato il massimo avendo i bagagli. Inoltre un giorno non ci è stata pulita la camera (non per colpa dello staff) ma a causa di qualcuno che si è divertito a girare il cartello “pulisci” con “non disturbare”

Kalorifer çalışmıyordu ayrıca klimanın ısınma fonksiyonu sıcak hava üflemiyordu. Hem odada hem de ortak lobide bir buzdolabı yoktu.

• Moktan (10/5): Great location, smooth check-in, and a comfortable stay in Vienna. - The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The self check-in process was easy and convenient, and the location was excellent close to the city center and public transport. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. There was nothing major to dislike — but if there is reception there would be great for more information.

• Carolin (9/5): Alles bestens! - Top Lage - zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Nur Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Wir haben außerhalb geparkt und sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln rein gefahren. Unser Zimmer für drei Personen war ausreichend groß und sauber. Der Self-CheckIn ist sehr gut beschrieben und funktionierte problemlos. Zum Frühstücken gibt es einige nette Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

• bora (8/5): - Check-in and check-out were quite easy. The building was really nice. Very close to the university and the Rathaus. Beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby. Not very close to the living city center. The furniture in the room was of below-average quality. The clothes hangers were limited, so I had to buy more and leave them in the room so the next customer could use them. No refrigerator. The bathroom was small.

Pulizia quotidiana con cambio asciugamani. La camera è silenziosa ed ampia, con diversi piani d’appoggio. C’era un ragno sulla parete. Piumoni singoli su letto matrimoniale. Strada poco servita da bar e ristoranti.

• Evangelos (5/5): - Location. The hosts do not provide even a bottle of water. Please note that they charge 13 Euros to leave your luggage in a locked cabinet for 12 hours. There was a lot of noise coming from other tenants during the first night of my stay. I called the facilities-they could not understand or speak English. I would not recommend it especially for those traveling for business.

• hussain (9/5): Great location and stay but I wish the team was approachable fo answering our questions on time - The location was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The team was slow in replying to messages. They took 12 hours to answer each query. Once we evacuated the building at night due to a fire alarm and I asked them to give us information regarding the situation and they replied the next day. Then I asked them store our luggage and they replied the next day. We were locked out of the building as the codes given to us didn’t apply anymore after checkout but our luggage was still stored inside. There was an automated response by email and on the phone number provided. Luckily some cleaner heard us after some time and let us in.

Für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung, ist die schmale Wendeltreppe in den dritten Stock wahrscheinlich nicht bewältigbar.

• Isabel (9/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage Nähe Rathaus - Absolut ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Wunderschöne Architektur. Geschmackvolle moderne Einrichtung, alles super sauber. Fön ist vorhanden. Kaffee, Espresso und verschiedene Teesorten sowie eine feine Kaffeemaschine sind auf dem Zimmer. Betten sehr bequem. Checkin absolut unkompliziert, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in einen sehr kleinen Innenhof und war dadurch recht dunkel.

Check in did not work. I was informed that one code worked for all doors. In reality the code worked only for our rooms and I had to get a more generic code to enter the building and the next level. Overpriced for a self check in property with no breakfast or other services

Ho scritto un messaggio per chiedere info e aiuto, ho ricevuto risposta il giorno dopo. Per fortuna più tardi, al mio ritorno, ha funzionato senza problemi.
