- Francisco (4/5): Buena ubicación. Pero hotel en mal estado. - El desayuno típico italiano café que te preparan al momento, yogurt, fruta y panes rellenos. La señora de los primeros días, muy amable, nos orientó mediante un mapa que podíamos hacer en cada día de nuestra estadía. Ella es lo mejor del hotel. Habitación muy antigua. Con paredes con humedades. Baño pequeño, sin presión de agua en la ducha, poca luz. Nunca había una persona en la recepción del hotel cosa que realmente es un poco molesto para las personas que van a llegar y hacer el proceso de check in - Check out.

- Angelina (5/5): Hotel staff is horrible. - Breakfast was ok, the hotel is clean and they change sheets every day. I did not like the hotel staff at all. Their job is to clean the room, not to touch and rearrange my personal belongings like makeup and hair brushes. During the cleaning, they broke my perfume bottle and did not even offer compensation. My advice: do not leave anything valuable or important in your room, because there is a chance it may “magically” disappear. After this happened, the lady working on a breakfast gave me a fake phone number that could not be reached, and nobody responded to my emails either. So she is a liar. The girl working on a reception is rude she doesn’t even say hello to you. I do not recommend this hotel, better find something else.

Balkon mit Töpfen in denen alte Pflanzen standen und sehr wackeliges Geländer.

La limpieza es nefasta, la habitación con olor a tabaco, el baño con olor a meados... almohadas sucias, paredes con manchas o golpeadas, no volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

On avait réservé a l Aristotele, on a dormi au Levent le 1er soir et 2 nuits au Alex Square Il y avait une forte odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain de l hotel Alex Square.

- Fiona (9/5): Happy stay at Hotel Aristotele - This was a lovely room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Lady at breakfast was so lovely. Breakfast was plentiful; and typical of an Italian breakfast. Delicious coffee and the custard/creme pastry was huge and equally delicious. The shower head wasn't set up properly; the wall fixture wasn't fixed to allow me to stand under the output of water = I had to hold the shower head to wash. No shelf or ledge to place shampoo and conditioner whilst in the shower. The noise from a group of young people who the guests of the other hotels was heard - but it was remedied by buying earplugs. It wasn't every night. Having earplugs supplied in rooms would be a good suggestion.

- Tóth (4/5): Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. - The lady in charge of breakfast was an absolute angel. When we arrived at the accommodation, we were told that we would have to change rooms the next day, and that in return we would get a better room. For the first night, we were given a room that was very small for the two of us. The bathroom was moldy, we couldn’t open the window, and the air conditioner had leaked down the wall. The bed was very small and we couldn’t fit comfortably, we found hair in the bed, and the male receptionist was very arrogant. The walls were also very thin. The next morning, when we went to breakfast, they told us that we couldn’t move into the “better” room yet because people were still in it — but we also couldn’t leave our belongings in the room from the first night because other guests were arriving there. Even though the receptionist knew the night before that we had plans for the day. The new room was slightly better, but the mold was still there.

Peccato che la mia richiesta di usufruire di un letto grande non è stata soddisfatta...
