Brian (8/5): Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service - We had a very good experience overall. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was also clean, spacious, and comfortable, which we truly appreciated. However, the only downside was that our room was located on the top floor, and we had to go through seven flights of stairs, which was quite challenging. If not for that inconvenience, I would definitely rate the stay as excellent, some noise as well seem coming from the heating or exhaust. Despite this, we are still thankful for the big room and the warm hospitality provided during our stay.

Ahmad (6/5): الموقع والنظافة جيدة ولكن دورة المياه والشاور صغيرة جدا والاصوات مزعجة - الموقع النظافة سرعة اجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج موظفي الاستقبال حجم الغرفة دورة المياه صغيرة جدا مكان الشاور صغير جدا جدا لا يوجد عزل فالاصوات حولك مزعجة ان الغرف المجاورة لم يصدر منهم ازعاج ولكن تستطيع سماع الهمس وكانهم معك في الغرفة. لا يوجد مصعد يجب الانتباه لذلك في حال كان الضيف لا يستطبع الصعود.

I did not expect anything like that at this price point. Total surprise. Also location is great and quite given that you’re next to one of the busiest places in London. It’s a bit dated, yet very clean. Mattresses could be a bit better. But again, you can not ask for more at this price.

They did not charge us for storing our bags after checkout, even if this is a paid service. It misses a lobby area and room was quite small. Overall still super comfortable for 3/4 days stay.

Light above bed, came away from the wall and did not work, meaning lights had to be switched off at entrance door and return to bed was in darkness.
Muhammet (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Jubilee Hotel Victoria. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent—central and conveniently close to major transport links. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, yet the area remains pleasantly quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stefanie (8/5): Perfekter Kurztrip - Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Zimmer sind sauber. . Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt . Es wurde bei allen Anfragen umgehend reagiert. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen . Größe des Zimmers ist zu beachten und bei den meisten Zimmern steht eine Seite an der Wand . Betten empfanden wir als sehr gut . Nicht gefallen , ist nicht die richtige Umschreibung , es war anders als gewohnt: das Waschbecken ist sehr klein und der Wasserhahn ist eng angebracht , so dass es gerade zum Händewaschen reicht . Der Duschkopf ist fest montiert , kein Duschschlauch vorhanden . Man hat eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln , jedoch keinen Schrank .

Noah (10/5): Sunny & Suid are Top Guys ! - Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay immediately comfortable and pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the staff – particularly Sunny & Suid. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire stay. You don’t feel like just another guest, but truly welcomed. Whether it was small requests or recommendations, they always took the time and handled everything with a positive and professional attitude. The entire team is very kind and dedicated, which unfortunately is not something you find everywhere anymore. People like them really make the difference and are the reason you want to come back.

孟楹 (10/5): - 櫃檯人員親切，會幫忙提行李上下樓，外出回來時也都會熱情打招呼！房間乾淨明亮，一個人住單人房加上行李覺得大小剛剛好，且房間內就有洗手台也非常方便！備品齊全浴巾大條又舒適～共用廁所裡面也都打掃得非常乾淨。地點也很便利從維多利亞火車站步行過來不到10分鐘，在西區看完音樂劇走回家真的超方便～總之下次再來倫敦獨旅會再入住這一間！！

Samantha (8/5): Great value for money. - The hotel was in a good location only 10 mins from underground, clean, staff were friendly and it was lovely decorated with pictures of the royal family. Very british hotel so anyone outside of the country would LOVE this hotel! Only thing i didnt like was there was no lift access. My room was up 3 flights of stairs which would be an issue with someone with mobile issues. I was walking 20k steps most days so was hard climbing the stairs sometimes at the end of the day.

Staff friendly and accommodating The room given to us was tiny (felt like a uni/box room) There were no pictures online of this room. We expected a normal sized double room. Instead got a small box room with a bed with no head board, the atv was above the bed hanging of the wall and the room was very hot - requested to move and had to pay extra. I also previously had emailed and had confirmation that a special something would be done on the room for when my partner arrived for his 21st ( they emailed me back to say they would do this) and the room was empty, which disappointed me on top of the room. Overall the hotel was clean, friendly staff and when we changed rooms we did enjoy our stay.
