• Maria (10/5): Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher. - Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Rialtobrücke und Markusplatz gelegen, extrem ruhig und das Frühstück wurde mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Da unsere Abreise bereits um 7 Uhr erfolgte, wurde uns ein Frühstück im Zimmer bereit gestellt / sehr aufmerksam! Nur eine Wegbeschreibung zum Hotel hätten wir uns gewünscht. Das Haus war schwer zu finden.

• Annabelle (8/5): Excellent friendly stay, would come again - Giuliano is charming and very helpful, as are all the staff. The access is easy, the rooms beautiful and the breakfast was simple but with a good selection. Location is excellent too with handy luggage storage for check out. There was a slight issue with the hot water during my stay so I had a couple of cold showers! But not much that could be done by the hotel.

• Laurent02290 (10/5): Séjour en amoureux à la magnifique Residenza Ca San Marco à Venise - La Residenza Ca Sam Marco est toute petite: la réception au rez-de-chaussée, un escalier qui monte au seul niveau tout en longueur avec un espace réduit mais pratique pour le petit déjeuner (simple, mais tout y est) et un long couloir tout droit qui dessert les 6 chambres. La nôtre était la 106, la junior suite toute décorée de tenture rouge. Lit king size, beaucoup de place, une vraie salle-de-bains avec de très grands miroirs (mon épouse a adoré) et une petite terrasse avec 2 fauteuils et 1 guéridon (grand luxe :):) qui domine un petit pont fréquenté par les amoureux et un canal TRES fréquenté par les gondoles. Accès totalement sécurisé, pièce pour les bagages le dernier jour pour profiter au maximum de la ville. Hôtel à 5-6mn à pied du Rialto (idéal pour le bateau) et à 10mn de la place Saint-Marc. Ambiance très romantique et au calme. Parfait. Une mention toute particulière pour le personnel, très chaleureux, même si présent uniquement le matin, et, surtout, pour Svetlana qui gère les chambres et le petit-déjeuner. Une vraie perle doublée d'une très belle personne. En clair: situation géographique, confort, personnel... tout était super pendant ce séjour de 4 jours en couple Rien

Im Zimmer ist alle vorhanden, jedoch ist das Zimmer sehr klein. Frühstück O.K.. Durch die engen Gassen hat man keinen Ausblick.

The location is perfect — very central and convenient for exploring the city. Everything is within easy reach, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The interior design has a beautiful charm that reminded us of a Venice vibe — elegant, stylish, and full of character. It created a very special and cozy atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

• Nathalie (10/5): Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Venise. La chambre, décorée dans un style vénitien typique, était très propre et pleine de charme. La literie était impeccable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après de longues journées de visite. Le petit déjeuner, bien que non continental, était varié et copieux, avec un cappuccino à volonté très apprécié. Le personnel s’est montré extrêmement aimable et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci également au patron, qui parle français et se montre particulièrement sympathique, rendant la communication très facile, notamment via la messagerie. Enfin, la situation de l’hôtel est idéale, parfaitement située entre le Rialto et la place Saint-Marc, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de Venise à pied.

Clean and comfy. Just be sure to confirm check in times as there isn’t 24hr staff. The breakfast wasn’t super worth it. €12 /person.

Beautifully clean, comfortable, and full of character, with a small balcony overlooking the canal. Watching gondolas drift past from your own private perch is amazing. Wonderful location too. Highly recommend. The only small wish: a few better coffee or tea options in the room. With a balcony like that overlooking the canal, a nice morning coffee before checkout would have been perfect.

• Ada Elif (7/5): - Otele check-in saatinden daha geç giriş yaptık ve kod sistemi sayesinde resepsiyonda görevli olmamasına rağmen hiç sorun yaşamadık. Şehir vergisini sonraki günün sabahı aldılar. Ayrıca otelin önerdiği bavul bırakma konumu pratik ve işe yarardı. Bavullarla otele ulaşım zor olsada yerleştikten sonra çıkıp gezmek pek de zor olmadı, otelin konumu fena değildi. Ayrıca oda ve banyo temizdi. Venedik'in yolları çok taşlı ve engebeli olduğu için bavullarla otele ulaşmak pek de kolay olmadı. Ayrıca otelin sokağındayken bile oteli bulmamız İtalyan bir amca bize yardım etmeseydi çok zor olacaktı. Asansör olmaması bavulları odaya çıkarmayı fazlasıyla zorlaştırdı. Odanın boyutu çok küçüktü, ancak sadece uyumaya girdiğimiz için bu bizi zorlamadı. Bütçeyi biraz daha arıtıp direkt meydanda bir otel tutmak muhtemelen bavullarla ulaşımı sağlamak için daha mantıklı olacaktır.

Às vezes o chuveiro demorava um pouco para esquentar, considerando que era inverno, isso atrapalhou um pouco. Houve um problema com o cifão da pia, mas ao comunicar à equipe eles prontamente resolveram a questão.

• Megan (10/5): Fantastic location, comfortable bed, spacious room, 10/10 - Incredible location! Steps to all the main attractions and ferries. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Genuinely the most comfortable pillows we have ever had at a hotel. The air conditioning is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to people! Nothing, everything was awesome. We would love to come back.
