Chiar dacă cabina de duș era mică, baia avea tot necesarul pentru un sejur - chiuvetă mare, bideu si un set pentru igienă personală (am apreciat în special șamponul). Alte puncte forte : cutie de valori, frigider, aparat de cafea! Foarte aproape de canal, restaurante, cafenele! Mulțumesc mult ❤️ Voi reveni cu drag!

- Lara (1/5): Péssimo - Localização boa, perto da estação de trem Não havia ar condicionado funcionando, apesar de constar no anúncio. Funcionava apenas o aquecedor, mas o clima não estava frio. Solicitamos ao estabelecimento troca de quarto e nao fomos atendidos. Informaram que a configuração de aquecimento era central, e nao individualizada e o ar condicionado só funcionava no período de verão. Dormimos no calor, muito desconfortáveis, não havia como deixar as janelas abertas para melhorar o clima porque entravam insetos. Solicitamos um ventilador para o segundo dia de hospedagem. Foi fornecido um ventilador apenas após a segunda noite. Foram 3 noites muito mal dormidas e o estabelecimento nao se mostrou flexível para nos atender. Definitivamente, nao recomendo. A única vantagem é a localização.

I did not have to travel far with suitcases from railway shuttle or taxi area. Within easy walking to all areas of Venice. By boat or walking. Lovely friendly bars at the end if the street. The room was very clean and staff more than helpful Nothing. Perfect for what i was looking for a short stay.

В самом помещении исправны и хорошо работает сантехника, кондиционер. Задержка с предоставлением информации для вселения. (коды входной двери и ящика с ключем). Вместо сообщения за 2 суток, как обещали, сообщили в день выезда после нескольких обращений, что стоило нервов.

Cela est confortable afin de ne pas avoir un logement trop loin et de devoir porter la valise etc.. On a juste croisé le Mr qui gère l’hôtel le matin à la réception quand on sortait et il était souriant! Bonne communication pour les infos de l’arrivée et du départ.

- Pierre (8/5): Très bon séjour - Chambre chez l'habitant. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut aller au café à coté. Bon confort, bon emplacement près de la gare et du parking, très calme. Pas vu de personnes, uniquement contact par mail ou téléphone : c'est un peu stressant. Nous aurions apprécié un meilleur contact. Pour cette réservation il y a eu 6 messages de Booking, 5 messages d'Alloggi et 1 message de Google (?). il faut de la patience pour tout lire, et 12 messages, c'est beaucoup d'énergie dépenser ce qui n'est pas bon pour la planète!
- Linus (8/5): Very good - Close to buss and trainstation. Easy to find. Calm area. Nice staff. Smooth communication with staff. We arrived late, about 2300, but we got codes and instructions to get in. Very smoith experience. Room had everything we needed. Nespresso machine was a nice suprice.
- Mike (9/5): 90% - One of the property owners was present in the mornings and was charming and helpful (if Italians could bottle charm, they'd be richer than Kuwaitis). B&B facilities seem to have become increasingly impersonal, so this was a positive point. The location was close to the bus and train access routes into Venice itself, but was set back from the crowded tourist paths, on a wide street that was probably once a canal. There is easy access for food in the evening, a tourist information centre ten minutes away next to the station, and even St Mark's Square is only a half-hour walk (or about the same by waterbus). The property was clean and not claustrophobic (unlike many places in the city); the room was tight, but that was due to the absurdly large bed (which was a bonus). There was a Nespresso machine in the room (but the coffee was poor by Italian standards); better coffee can be had in the caffe at the end of the street, which does food - breakfast is not provided. The coffee pods for the machine (I drank it out of desperation)! I also had to straighten the pictures on the wall - touch of OCD. Travellers with large cases might need to leave them on the spacious landing outside the room.
- Chloec10 (10/5): Exactly what I wanted - perfect. - Fantastic location within walking distance of the train station and bus station but still close to the heart of the city. It's near some picturesque parts of the canal, but is also on a very peaceful side street. There are some good restaurants nearby - I recommend Ristorante Caffè dei Fiorì on the same street. Self check-in worked brilliantly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room is small but that's to be expected for the location and price. The shower takes a while to heat up but be patient and it gets there eventually. Two coffee pods for a four night stay seemed a bit mean.

No lift, but that's fine climb up few stairs, we try to request a room at lower floor cos we have a large suitcase. And, the host arrange the room for us on 1st floor. We stayed for 3 days in May 2025. Since an air-conditioner is not provided until June, it was a bit hot in the room. The windows didn't have mosquito net, hence we cannot open the window.

Facing a quiet and peaceful street, no loud noise at night. Coffee capsule and machine is provided in the room. Hot water kettle can be found downstairs at the kitchen. It’s not close to the vaporetto station so I just walk mostly.

- Trisha (10/5): Definitely a place I would come back to again & again when in Venice! - This hotel was in a nice, quiet neighborhood near a few restaurants, bar (cafe) grocery store & even a gelato shop! All within walking distance. On a specific day, a pop up farmers market was available as well. A very friendly cat also greeting me upon my arrival! Overall, it was a peaceful stay, in a beautiful area close to what anyone would need while on vacation.

This is THE perfect space for the perfect trip to Venice. I would highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable and your own bathroom considering the surrounding accommodation in the area. The area is peaceful and quiet enough to relax but you're literally 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle you thrive for in Venice which makes this place perfect again. I'm recommending Alloggi Marinella to many friends who want to visit Venice Nothing a little oil might fix I'm sure but the stairs are a little noisy when people are on them and the doors creaking through the ceiling but it's to be expected with the property type. I think this was the only issue we had as it woke us up a few times but the beds were so comfortable we fell asleep straight away

- Václav (10/5): Wonderful ! - Siamo stati molto contenti ! We mainly liked the location of the accommodation and very comfy beds. So we were sleeping very well and comfortably ! Also the owner of the facility was very friendly and helped us with some things. The facility is situated near the bus and railway station which makes it an ideal position to quickly get to the airport bus service and vaporetto services at the same time. Some drug and grocery stores are even a few steps away from the facility. So, I can highly recommend this accommodation ! Nothing to object

- Olga (10/5): I highly recommend the place and definitely will come here again if I have any other chance. - Great location, near the bus and train stations (maximum 5 min), and at the same time a quiet street. Close to all the main important locations, I needed a max of 15-20 minutes to get there. Everything was clean and nice. I was lucky, as due to the low season, I guess I was the only person. There is no breakfast, but the guests have access to the kitchen with basic staff. Hosts were very invisable but responsive and welcoming. There was already a pre-Christmas atmosphere. I liked everything. So for those who will select this place to have in mind and to be prepared of what to expect, the room was enough for 1 person, but for 2 it will be small, as there will be a problem locating your luggage. As I was alone, no one was bothering me, but I guess that if there are some other people, you will hear some noise both from the hall and from the street (but again, the street for Venice is very quiet).

There is also an odour that came from the carpet or wood that I don’t like, but after staying for 5 days, I get used to it.

- Miguel (8/5): Convenient location and super clean room. - Location is great, minutes away from Piazzale Roma. Getting from Marco Polo airport is the most convenient location. Everything super clean. You have a small fridge and there's a common kitchen in case you need anything. I stayed in summer and it was really hot, but when I got to the room the aircon was on so that was a bonus! The room is not super big in size but more than enough for sleeping. You have a coffee maker so you can enjoy a coffee in the mornings. Cafés and a supermarket not far away. Really quite by night so perfecto for a good rest. I would go back without a doubt! I don't think I can say anything negative.

Beautiful family run business, we loved getting to know them. Small but beautifully appointed room with excellent air conditioning, very close to budget long term parking (7 min walk) if you drive in. Nothing, it was lovely.
