Peccato i problemi avuti con la stanza e non averli risolti du - La zona della struttura è’ ottimale e l’arredamento della camera è bel curato. Il WC in camera era inutilizzabile. Abbiamo segnalato diverse volte i problemi ma non sono stati risolti e non ci è stato proposto un cambio stanza. Questo ci ha creato parecchio disagio.

Nige (10/5): Venice in style. - Fantastic chic family ran B&B in a wonderful location, quiet quaint area of Venice, it's tastefully decorated by the owner whom was on hand in the morning at breakfast and extremely welcoming and helpful, 20mins wandering around the brilliant quiet walkways to the main attractions of St Mark's piazza. 3 mins to the local water taxi service. Get the Cheboat app very easy. x3 lovely restaurants on the local canal side, again only 3 to 5 mins wander. Perfect. Electricity power supplies mixed and old style.

Teresa (7/5): Locanda carina ma... - Locanda caratteristica, buona posizione, a 20 minuti di distanza da piazza San Marco ma lontano dal caos. Proprietari gentili. Dato il prezzo non proprio economico dell'alloggio consiglierei almeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo per gli ospiti. Inoltre manca di cura, ok mantenere lo stile antico, ma sarebbe utile una rinfrescata nei locali.

Everything is within walking distance, so we didn't use the water buses in Venice at all. The room is very cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Gabija (8/5): Žavus numeris tylioje gatvelėje netoli Akademijos. - Nuostabi vieta: tyli gatvelė kelios minutės nuo Akademijos tilto ir žavios Zattere krantinės. Labai gražus numeris. Pakankamai erdvu ir labai švaru. Numeryje nebuvo virdulio, nors buvo nurodyta kad jis bus. Man tai svarbus kriterijus, renkantis viešbutį. Paprašius, jis buvo atneštas. Tada paaiškėjo, jog nėra nei stiklinės, nei puodelio arbatai ar kavai. Kadangi viešbutis nesiūlo pusryčių, galimybė pasiruošti kavą ar arbatą būtų sveikintina.

Paula (9/5): Heel fijn en rustig verblijf dichtbij het centrum van Venetië! - Wij zijn 5 dagen verbleven in dit hotel, en het was een hele positieve ervaring! Schone kamer, dagelijks werd de kamer netjes gemaakt en we kregen regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken. De kamer was goed donker en stil 's nachts. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen op de dag van vertrek de mogelijkheid om onze spullen in het hotel te laten staan zodat wij nog de stad in konden. Van het ontbijt hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt. Wij vonden het bed niet comfortabel; een hard matras, hele dunne, platte kussens en een laken met een fleecedeken als 'dekbed'. Het hotel ligt niet dichtbij het centrum, het is echt 30 min lopen, wij vonden dit niet erg maar voor een ander wellicht handig om te weten!

Cendrillon (10/5): J’ai adoré ces journées dans cet endroit. C’était comme un petit nid confortable et rassurant. - J’ai tout aimé ! L’hôtel est parfaitement situé ! Tout est beau à l’intérieur, la chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain est parfaite. La décoration est sublime. Ce n’est pas quelque chose que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est simplement que j’aurais aimé pouvoir revoir la personne qui m’avait accueilli pour lui donner un pourboire. Je suis donc désolée de n’avoir pas pu le faire.

Abbiamo dovuto comperare shampoo e bagnoschiuma poichè il servizio è stato quello di un affitto di casa vacanza.

Carola (7/5): In Ordnung... - Das Hotel ist klein, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Lage ist abseits der Touristenwege... Ruhige Lage und venezianisch gestylte Zimmer. Das Frühstück hätte deutlich besser sein können - eintönig und langweilig. Italien hat so viel gutes Brot und zahlreiche Dolci - hier wird langweiliges Toastbrot gereicht. Auch jeden Tag der gleiche langweilige Käse/ Salami-Teller... Gewünscht: etwas mehr Innovation für einen relativ hohen Frühstückspreis!

Jenny (9/5): Schöner Urlaub in Venedig - Die Lage war sehr gut, ein wenig versteckt, das war sehr angenehm nach einem trubeligen Tag. Trotzdem war man innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Vaporetto Haltestelle. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Nach einem langen Tag ohne offene Fenster roch es abends ein wenig muffig, lässt sich aber wahrscheinlich gar nicht vermeiden in Venedig. Die Unterkunft war picobello sauber, daran lag es also nicht!

Le bâtiment est petit et possède le beau charme de l’ancien. J’ai trouvé l’endroit charmant et les gesteurs très très aimables et fort sympathique. Je recommande!

Raquel (4/5): Bnb familiar. - Honestamente, aunque las habitaciones parezcan como en las fotos. A la hora de la verdad, no. Es como un símil de FaceTune de lo que viene en Booking. No es exacto. Pero es el punto más positivo, lo pintoresco de las habitaciones. Tenía hasta chimenea. Pero esa moqueta y esas paredes necesitan una limpieza industrial. Este alojamiento se muestra en booking rondando los 315-350€. Y es histriónico la cantidad de dinero que se pide para un BnB que sin inflación turística, no pasaría de los 62€ la noche. Inicialmente, para entrar en el alojamiento, el barrio es como de galerías de arte. Está muy cerca de la Peggy Guggenheim, Pinault Collection, etc. Pero la calle para entrar al hotel, es digna de Dickens. No hay recepción. Hay que llamar a un número de teléfono. De los cuales, hay que intentar porque no todos cogen. Las habitaciones son iguales a las fotos de Booking? Sí y no. Si que se parecen pero exageradas, la habitacion es más bien pequeña. No vale el precio que es, independientemente de que sea Venecia. Y más en temporada baja. La TV es de pre-recesión, circa 2008. No hay ni un kettle. La limpieza exige una limpieza industrial, y que huela a hotel industrial. Es un alojamiento familiar pero independientemente.. No es la manera. El baño es un baño símil a un NH de 3 estrellas. Es decir, correcto. Lo cual es bastante. Pero en el “cambio” de las toallas, seguían manchadas de maquillaje al igual que los vasos de plástico para el agua. No estoy segura si el agua es potable, pero una botella de agua por cortesía, sería lo mínimo. De las dos ventanas, una es ciega. Da a un muro. La decoración ya de por sí es oscura lo cual no atrae la luz sino más bien todo lo contrario. Hay que abrir las ventanas. Enfrente hay un colegio con lo cual hay bastante ruido. La calle del desvío, desde la Galería Peggy Guggenheim, es bastante de terror. Solo virtualmente porque luego no hay ningún peligro. Pero el contraste es ‘too much’. En la habitación por la noche, hace frío. Aunque se ponga la calefacción tiene cronómetro por lo tanto no es apto ni para asmáticos ni compatible con frío ni la humedad de Venecia, si no te quieres levantar semicostipado. Es una pena, porque cambiando 2-3 cosas, sería un sitio excepcional para quedarse en Venecia. Si se ajustase la calidad-precio.
