• Thomas (8/5): Schönes Hotel in bester Lage - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann fast alles gut und zu Fuß erreichen, das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Matratzen bequem Leider gibt es nur einen Duschvorhang, was etwas unangenehm war. Es gab kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer; was ich angemessen finden würde.

• Kent (10/5): One of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed with. - A small hotel but it felt luxurious. Only 33 rooms and the staff treated us very well. We dropped our bags to make a tour and found them in our room when we returned. A nice restaurant. Close to the Metro. Breakfast was excellent. The room was small but comfortable. Not much of a view. The rooftop bar and restaurant was closed because of the weather. Understandable.

• Olivia (7/5): Adequate stay for the money. - It is a very old hotel, our room was small and felt congested. But it is clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was quite good. The restaurant next door was exceptionally good, in terms of food, service and ambiance and value. Particularly the roof top tables were really special. As it is on a side small street, we can leave the window open and still felt quiet. Location is very good Old property, small rooms.

• Tomas, Bs As, Arg (8/5): Equilibrada, buenisima ubicación y muy buen desayuno para salir a disfrutar Roma - La ubicación, la limpieza, y el desayuno muy bueno. Todo cerca a pié, en zona súper segura cerca de Via del Tritone. El tamaño diminuto de la habitación, considerando que es un hotel de precio medio-alto.

• ArgentineTango (10/5): Lovely hotel distinguished by excellent service. - Excellent hotel with really considerate and helpful staff. I stayed here while visiting Rome. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly especially the lady on reception and the gentleman with the white hair. We found the location excellent being convenient for the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and Barbarini underground station. The room was not enormous (but then city hotels rarely are) but it was very clean and serviced every day. There was good hot water and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also very good with a range of different croissants, breads and meats and cereals. The hotel also has a lovely private rooftop terrace which a lovely place to have a cocktail on a warm evening. We would definitely recommend.
• Gáborné (10/5): Központi helyen, mégis csendesen, kényelmesen - Az elhelyezkedése miatt választottuk ezt a szállodát, mert az utca végén volt a metróállomás, ahonnank kényelmesen eljutottunk a város minden nevezetességéhez. Gyalog is séta távolságra van a Trevi-kút és a Spanyol-lépcső, a közelben számtalan üzlet és étterem található. A szálloda egy csendes utcában helyezk el, így a zavartalan pihenés biztosított. A szobában kényelmes volt az ágy, és nagyon hálásak vagyunk a forró törölközőszárító radiátorért, mert első nap a zuhogó esőben minden ruhánk elázott, és a radiátoron tudtuk megszárítani. Reggelit is kaptunk, a kávé és a péksütemények nagyon-nagyon finomak voltak. A reggelihez esetleg több zöldséget tálalhatnának fel, de egyébként mindennel tökéletesen meg voltunk elégedve.

• Inci Regayip (5/5): - The hotel’s location was excellent—everything was within walking distance. The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast also met my expectations. The hotel consisted of two sections. Even though we paid the same nightly rate, my friend stayed in the main building while I was placed in an annex accessed through a side entrance. I didn’t like that both the room itself and the access to it felt secondary. There was a constant creaking noise in the room, and the windows and shutters faced what seemed like a storage area at the back, so they had to remain closed most of the time. Because of this, I felt misled regarding the price. The option of staying in the annex should either be clearly stated during booking, asked at check-in, or reflected in a price difference. In the end, I paid the same rate but stayed in an inferior room, which I found quite unpleasant.

• CORNEL (9/5): Cazare Aprilie 2026 - Personal foarte amabil și dispus să te ajute în cazul în care ai nevoie de ceva. Mâncarea foarte bună. Curățenia în cameră, la baie și în întreg hotelul, schimbatul zilnic al lenjeriei și al prosoapelor. Liniște atât ziua cât și noaptea.

Vi valgte hotellet på grund af tagterrasse , som man nok betaler ekstra for, den var så lukket , de kunne ikke forklare hvorfor , vi havde 2 timer med regn på 4 dage ellers sol 22-26 grader, vi valgte så et andet hotel og brugte deres tagterrasse med bar til afslapning .

• Ivan Gagov (10/5): Много удобен и чист хотел - Закуската е отлична. Чистят се стаите и се сменят кърпите всеки ден. Персонала са изключително любезни и много усмихнати, винаги на разположение. Вечерята е от меню, като пастата и пиците са им фантастични. Уличката е много тиха - няма тълпи и движение на автомобили. На пешеходно разстояние е от почти всички забележителности. Втората част на менюто не е на нивото на първата.

• Mark (8/5): Nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast OK. - Great location hotel 10 mins (max) walk from Trevi fountain and the variety of restaurants. No more than 10 mins walk from Spanish steps area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A tiny bit tired but not bad. Bathrooms all good. Breakfast was quite basic (in our opinion). Had no hot water one morning due to a boiler issue. It was fixed later in the day. Hey, it happens but man at reception was a bit ‘shruggy’ about it and unapologetic. Minor issue and probably won’t happen again.

• Hao (1/5): - Soggiorno molto deludente. Ho effettuato il check-in il 30 marzo nella camera 502, ma durante tutto il soggiorno non c'era acqua calda. Questo ha reso impossibile fare la doccia, un servizio base che qualsiasi hotel dovrebbe garantire. Ho contattato la reception tramite il telefono della camera e mi è stato detto che sarei stato ricontattato, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Sono poi dovuto scendere personalmente alla reception, dove mi è stato detto che un boiler era guasto. Quando ho chiesto un rimborso o uno sconto per il disagio, mi è stato detto di aspettare il manager il giorno successivo, senza alcuna soluzione immediata. Inoltre, è stato affermato che avevo pagato solo per la stanza e non per servizi essenziali come l'acqua calda, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile. Esperienza negativa e gestione poco professionale del problema.
