• William (8/5): - Very basic but roomy, clean and very convenient indeed both for city centre attractions and excellent restaurants. Come out of the front door, turn left, the Colosseum is right there! Don’t expect views, comfortable sofa, large television. Just great staff, clean and handy.

Its the first thing you see and gives a poor impreasion. Our room was also old and tired looking and the bed was HORENDOUS. Like laying on bricks-- we didn't get one night of good sleep. Old, yucky bathrooms.

A lefoglalt szoba nem a szállodában, hanem egy a szállodával szemben lévő társasházban volt, reggelizni, kávézni át kell menni a szállodába, a reggeli nagyon gyenge. Pihenésre a szoba alkalmatlan mert egy szűk utca, hatalmas és folyamatos autó forgalommal.

• Dibrell (4/5): location great, very close to one Rome's historic location, the facility in dire needof a make over. - The hotel location was good and the buffet breakfast was good, however the room was extremely small, the bathroom was as well...the room lighting was bad, the bed was very uncomfortable and the bedspread was in need of washing, very dengy. The tv was too small and hung too high on the wall. The desk was extremel small and the chair cushion needed cleaning, the storage area for unpacking was limited and access to the storage the bathroom had to be closed. The flooring was in dire need of cleaning. Just by making correction to the above mentioned items.

• hannasN837KE (10/5): Committed staff and personal touch - I can highly recommend Hotel Anfiteatro Flavio. We were two women and two boys aged eleven who stayed there for three nights in May. It is a slightly smaller hotel with a personal and warm welcome from the staff. During our stay we had an incident with a lost stuffed animal - Mr. Rabbit. We then received invaluable help from the dedicated hotel staff - special thanks to Misca and Martina - they really committed themselves to finding and returning our stuffed animal. Thank you!

• Ana (4/5): Expectativa vs realidad - La cercania, a unos 800 m del Coliseo. El desayuno, personal amable. Nada mas llegar, ni la fachada del hotel se diferenciaba, no estaba cuidada. Tiene categoria de 3 estrellas lo cual no se corresponde con la realidad, entiendo que sea un edificio antiguo y su minusculo ascensor este justificado pero el estado general del establecimiento para nada corresponde a la categoria. El agua para ducharse pasaba de muy caliente, minutos despues fria, el plato de ducha minusculo se inundaba. El baño olia al sumidero. El ascensor , eso ya es culpa de los huespedes, dejaban la puerta abierta, y nos obliga a subir 5 pisos a pie.

The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help, they are welcoming people. The only exception was a woman who was at the reception one day, she wasn't as friendly as the other folks. If they could start serving breakfast earlier, at least one hour earlier, that would be great

• Maryrose Francica (5/5): A good location but probably could find better for the price - The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the main monuments in Rome, with many restaurants nearby. Unlike many hotels in Rome, it has an elevator. Although it is one of the smallest I have ever encountered, it works perfectly well. The room was extremely small, with the double bed taking up almost all the available space. There was very little storage and nowhere to properly put a suitcase. The shower was also very small and it was difficult to close the doors properly. The walls were very thin, and I could clearly hear noise from the next room. At times, there was also an unpleasant drain smell coming into the room. The breakfast was disappointing, consisting of a very basic selection.

• Chiara (6/5): - Posizione eccellente e strategica, a pochissimi minuti dal Colosseo Colazione da rivedere. Non ho avvisato lo staff delle mie intolleranze (lattosio e glutine) e quindi purtroppo non avevano nulla che potessi mangiare, speravo quindi nella frutta fresca ma c’erano solo 4 mandarini e, tra l’altro, tutti ammuffiti. Pulizie da rivedere: il comodino era sporco già al nostro arrivo in camera, con macchie di caffè (immagino del precedente cliente), che venivano via anche solo con un po d’acqua. Mai stato pulito. Le federe del cuscino erano aperte, e così facendo si intravedeva il cuscino sottostante con macchie gialle e marroncine. Lenzuola con delle macchie arancioni. Il doccino della doccia era rotto, per cui dovevamo tenerlo incastrato nel reggisapone. Camera molto umida, inoltre. La televisione non prendeva bene i canali.

• Laura (6/5): Posizione eccellente, esperienza complessiva migliorabile - La posizione dell’hotel è davvero eccellente, con una splendida vista sul Colosseo appena fuori dall’ingresso. Inoltre, è comodamente situato a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Cavour e vicino alla Fontana di Trevi, rendendolo perfetto per visitare la città. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata in termini di varietà e qualità, così come la pulizia generale degli ambienti. Con una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, la struttura potrebbe valorizzarsi notevolmente. Infine, il costo risulta leggermente superiore rispetto alle aspettative complessive dell’esperienza.
• Paolo (8/5): - La posizione è molto comoda per la zona Colosseo/ Fori imperiali La colazione è minima. Servono al tavolo una brioche a testa, del pane a fette e affettato con formaggio. Così facendo si crea molto spreco perché se non si opziona la colazione salata, rimane tutto nel piatto. Così come per le brioche se non si ne usufruisce. Le prese di corrente in camera, misteriosamente, faticano a caricare i vari device elettronici.

Quarto amplo e silencioso, café da manhã saboroso. Funcionários todos muito atenciosos, com destaque para a anfitriã Nora, que nos mimou e fez de tudo pra tornar nossa estadia inesquecível! Outro ponto a destacar foi que pudemos deixar nossas malas na recepção do hotel após o checkout até nossa partida para o aeroporto. O espaço para o banho e para o elevador são muito apertados, porém entendemos que se trata de um prédio antigo, com limitação de espaço
• CARLOS (7/5): Hotel en pleno corazón de Roma - Sin duda, lo mejor es la ubicación, entre el Coliseo y la Fontana de Trevi, y a sólo 15 minutos andando de Termini. El apartamento cumple los estándares de equipamiento y limpieza. El desayuno es, quizás, el punto a mejorar: tiene algún dulce, cereales, verdura, queso y jamón York y yogures, además de las bebidas calientes y algún zumo. Pero, eché en falta pan (sólo ponen pan de molde o pan tostado en paquetitos) y huevos cocidos, escalfados... Sólo con mejorar un poquito la calidad, los huéspedes quedarían mucho más contentos. El desayuno, se podría mejorar la calidad y completarlo un poco más.

• Ramírez (9/5): Buenisimo - La ubicacion, queda en el barrio de rione monti, a 3 cuadras del coliseo, enseguida hay perfumerias, una farmacia, un restaurante riquisimo y barato (Antico forno serpenti), al otro lado hay una tiendita, enfrente hay una guelateria, queda caminando el mercado de trajano, y a solo un kilometro de roma termini. A lavuelta hay una papeleria, la cual estuvimos utilizando por cuestiones escolares de mi hija. El desayuno es muy basico, pan, jamon y queso. cafe. Pero, pues te ahorras el desayuno. En los cuartos, no se si fueron zancudos o chinches pero los 4 salimos picoteados de las piernas, (unos mas, otros menos), sinceramente creo que eran zancudos por que cuando compramos el repelente nos dejaron de picar.
• Ina (10/5): - Локацията е много добра, буквално на 500м.от Колизеум. Около хотела има страхотни тратории, пицарии и барове. Вечер е прекрасно, пълно с хора и напълно безопасно. Всичко е на пешеходно разстояние. Леглата са много . Персонала е много любезен и последния ден си оставихме багажа в хотела чак до вечерта без допълнително таксуване, което ни спести доста грижи и вечерта се отправихме към летището. Закуската беше малко еднообразна.

• Christèle (8/5): Hôtel très bien placé dans un chouette quartier , simple mais propre et confortable - Super emplacement à 300M du Métro dans le quartier MONTI animé avec boutiques, restaurants et glaciers. Colysée également tout proche. Idéal comme point de départ pour visiter Rome. L'hôtel est plutôt vieillot et simple. Nous étions logés dans le bâtiment qui jouxte l'hôtel dans 1 appartement pour 4 personnes (2 chambres, 1 SDB, 1 cuisine équipée avec petit frigo plaque et micro-onde). Le logement était très propre, les lits confortables, 1TV par chambre . La salle de bain demanderait des travaux de rénovation mais la douche fonctionnait bien. Petit déjeuner simple également mais copieux et tout a fait correct. Accueil pas désagréable mais pas très chaleureux, la réceptionniste parlait français. Bon rapport qualité prix en s'y prenant à l'avance
• Filippo (7/5): Buona soluzione per un soggiorno breve, con posizione eccellente ma qualche aspetto migliorabile. - Camera pulita e di dimensioni adeguate per un soggiorno breve come il mio (due notti). Il letto era comodo e il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Posizione davvero ottima: a due passi dalla metro e nel cuore del Rione Monti. Nel complesso l’arredamento della stanza avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata. La colazione è nella media: qualità dei prodotti discreta ma poca varietà.

• Lidia (7/5): Cumple su función - La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Roma andando, desde la misma calle del hotel se ve el Coliseo al fondo incluso. La habitación bastante cómoda, incluso con un pequeño balcón Teníamos el desayuno incluido pero no nos gustó. Las zonas comunes como los pasillos huelen un poco raro a veces… Las paredes son de papel, se escuchan toda los ruidos posibles
• XU (9/5): 位置方便，可以的 - 离斗兽场很近。门口有小公交车能驶向大路，这样就不用拖着沉重的箱子在蛇皮地砖上上坡了。早餐的咖啡机挺好 可选的种类多，面包能加热。有电梯。 没什么可改进的。去的时候屋顶花园不开。
