• Ludwig78 (6/5): Si può dare di più... - La struttura è in un quartiere di Vienna dal quale il centro si può raggiungere agevolmente a piedi, anche se dista un po'. Il personale delle pulizie è gentilissimo ed efficiente. La reception è quasi inesistente: visti al check in, poi mai più. La stanza era dotata diun vecchio TV addirittura ancora con il decoder per il digitale terrestre: cosa per me inconcepibile nel 2026, anche perché il prezzo della camera per notte non era proprio economico. Ilcheck in anticipato è a pagamento: non è possibile neppure lasciare il bagaglio se la reception è chiusa. Al check out, se volete lasciare i bagagli bisogna pagare...

• Tobias (2/5): - Die Lage war super für die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die ich sehen wollte. Tapeten im Zimmer stehen teilweise an, Fliesen zersprungen im Bad, Toilette war dreckig, obwohl das Zimmer angeblich kurz vor meiner Anreise geputzt wurde. Kulanz gibt es hier nicht... Ich musste leider alleine anreisen und hatte weit im voraus angefragt, ob ich den Aufenthalt verkürzen kann und auf ein Einzelzimmer umsteigen kann. Das ging natürlich nicht und wurde immer abgelehnt. Am Tag der Anreise hat mich ein extrem unfreundlicher Mann an der Rezeption empfangen und meinte erst mein Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig, dann wollte er mir allen ernstes noch Geld aus der Tasche ziehen indem er dem Housekeeping sagt, dass sie es schneller fertig machen sollen. Ich meinte dann ich würde auch warten und er meinte es kann 45 Minuten dauern. Komischerweise war das Zimmer 5 Minuten später fertig. Das Hotel war auch kein Hotel sondern eher nur eine Art Mini ,,Wohnungsvermietung" im Gebäude nebendran. Wirklich fürchterlich... Lichter gingen auch teilweise nicht im Zimmer und die Spinnenweben haben mir Gesellschaft geleistet. Also bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Wien wird es definitiv ein anderes Hotel. Was den Preis angeht absolut überteuert. Niemals ist das ein 3-Sterne Hotel.

• Manuel (6/5): - Nähe von einer Straßenbahn Es war leider in der Nacht laut durch die Straßenbahn (der Boden hat immer wieder gerüttelt sobald sie gefahren ist), am Gang hat man teilweise Leute reden gehört und vor meinem Fenster war ein helles Straßenlicht, dass die ganze Nacht hineingeleuchtet hat.

• Mirko Cosimo (9/5): - Struttura in ottima posizione, dalla stazione di Vienna centrale si arriva con il bus 13A diretto davanti all'ingresso, inoltre nei paraggi sono presenti caffetterie,ristoranti e supermercati. Il personale è stato molto disponobile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Letto comodo. Struttura un pò datata, la stanza è silenziosa, non abbiamo avuti particolari problemi tuttavia a volte si sente la vibrazione del passaggio dei tram.
• Pietro (5/5): Da prendere solo la posizione vicina il centro ed ai mezzi pubblici - Posizione ottima vicina al centro ed alle fermatedi metropolitana, autobus e metrò. Stanza piccolissima con vista interna, servizio igienico in camera ma ma vecchiotto. Le stanze dell'albergo si sviluppano all'interno di una palazzina borghese senza ascensore e all'interno il palazzo si presenta da ristrutturare. Dalle foto esterne mi aspettavo molto di più ma tenendo conto che andavamo solo per dormire il prezzo diciamo che è stato buono. Le piccole dimensioni dell stanza, il servizio igienico datato e le condizioni generali della pensione.

Pansiyon yeni değil ama oldukça temiz, yatak rahat, her gün temizlik servisi var dilerseniz. Oda 2 kişi için yeterliydi ancak sadece uyumak ve duş almak için yeterli, fiyat fayda olarak Viyana için gayet uygundu. Erken check in ya da bavul bırakma için ekstra ücret talep etmeleri dışında bir problem yok

• Antonio (4/5): Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo per il servizio offerto - vicina al centro città, facile accessibilità ai mezzi. Stanza silenziosa con finestra su cortile interno. Scarsa la pulizia della stanza, solo svuotamento cestini senza pulire bagno e camera (presenza di ragnatele e molta polvere sui battiscopa); richiesta di 10 euro per avere la stanza alle 12,00 (senza ricevuta) o, in alternativa, richiesta di 5 euro per lasciare i bagagli nella Hall; letto matrimoniale addossato a muro da un lato, quindi accessibile solo dall'altro lato e con un solo comodino privo di luce; mancanza di interruttore per spegnere la luce centrale (solo dall'ingresso e possibilità di raggiungere il letto solo con la torcia del telefonino); presente solo una sedia ed un tavolo scorticato dall'aspetto dimesso; presenza di un piccolo monitor da 14 pollici usato come TV.

• Soham (8/5): - It was an amazing stay in an even better location. For anyone looking to truly experience Amsterdam and its culture, this place offers easy access to everything as the places like Amst-Central, Coffee Shops and Red Light disrtict are very nearby.

• k (9/5): - Πολύ άνετο στρώμα, απίστευτη ησυχία, καθαρό. Ο κύριος που μας ρώτησε εάν θέλουμε να μας καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ ευγενικός. Το βρήκαμε εύκολα, είχε πάντα ζεστό νερό και ανοίγαμε έναν διακόπτη για θέρμανση όποτε θέλαμε. Λίγο μακριά από κέντρο αλλά έχει στάσεις κοντά. Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν ένα μίνι ψυγειάκι έστω, το θεωρώ βασικό, γιατί δεν είχαμε κρύο νερό να πιούμε και για τυχόν φαγητά. Κουζινακι επίσης θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα μικρό αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε αυτό.

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich fand die Matratze ein wenig zu weich. Aber das ist nur mein persönliches Empfinden.

Pokój znajdowal się nad Restauracja chinska i nawet przy zamkniętym oknie smierdzialo jak w kuchni chinskiej knajpy smażonymi potrawami . Po pokoju chodziły silberfische . Łazienka była zagrzybiona .

La zona è tranquilla e vicina a diversi ristoranti e locali. Mancavano i comodini (solo 1 su 3 letti) o comunque spazi per appoggiarsi o appendere gli abiti.
