• Sabine (8/5): Perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt und diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten; sehr sauber und gut geführtes Hotel - Perfekte Lage; nur eine U-Bahnstadion vom H-Bahnhof entfernt und der 1. Bezirk sowie Naschmarkt und Karlskirche sind seht gut fussläufig erreichbar. Strassenbahn nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Perfekt für einen Stadturlaub gelegen. Hotel ist zwar bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr sauber und Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cleaning staff is extremely noisy and practically wake you up around 8am, no matter what your plans are :) Also when I checked in, the room toilet was not really cleaned as it should. That is my only complaint, otherwise it would have been a 9+ accomodation for me.

Na delší pobyt bych chtěla trochu větší pokoj, kde se nemusím při každém přesunu do koupelny hlavou vyhýbat členitému stropu. Snídaně pestrá, dobrá. Trochu matoucí je nabídka parkování, což pro mne bylo zásadní kritérium při výběru. Až po rezervaci a úhradě, se dozvíte, že hotel disponuje pouze 4 parkovacími místy, jsou zpoplatněna (30Eúden) a nelze je rezervovat.... Naštěstí volno bylo, pro nezkušeného řidiče asi náročnější (vnitroblok, sloupy) zajet i vyjet. Ale dobrý, zvládli jsme to :-)

• Vero (3/5): Enttäuschend: einfaches Ambiente mit recht unfreundlichem Personal ohne Parkgelegenheit - Die Betten sind okay, der Nachtpförtner ist auf meinen Zimmerwunsch eingegangen, ich habe ein anderes Zimmer mit Fenstern im Schlafraum bekommen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Personal erwies sich insgesamt als recht unfreundlich: als ich das Hotel morgens verließ um mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen, rannte mir die Rezeptionistin in einer sehr unfreundlichen und frechen Art und Weise bis nach draußen hinterher, schrie mir hinterher, um zu wissen, ob ich verlängere oder auschecke, anstatt mich höflich zu sich zu bitten. Anschließend wurde ich von dieser Mitarbeiterin angewiesen den Hund während des Frühstücks auf dem Zimmer zu lassen obwohl alle Böden im Speiseraum gefliest sind. Während des Frühstücks suchte sie mich im Frühstücksraum auf und teilte mir mit, dass der Hund im Zimmer bellen würde. Für den Hund wurde für die Übernachtung 12,- Euro berechnet. Das Hotel hat von der Ausstattung her einen Charme der 80er/90er Jahre und einen etwas gehobeneren Jugendherbergscharakter. Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie diese Herberge 4 Sterne bekommen hat. Das Hotel liegt an der Straße und es sind im Umfeld keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Ich parkte nachts vor einem Geschäft und morgens während des Frühstücks vor einer Ladestation für Elektroautos. Ich wurde direkt abgeschleppt und musste um die 311,- Euro an die Stadt Wien zahlen.

• Tal (5/5): Friendly staff and fair pricing, but the room felt outdated, lacked privacy, and could have been maintained much better. - The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The price was also relatively fair for the location and room size. The room had several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet design with the shelf inside the bowl was very impractical. The shower was also very small and uncomfortable to use. In addition, the sink in the bathroom drained extremely slowly and was almost clogged. There were black marks on the ceiling and multiple spiders and spider webs around the room and windows, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable and also did not appear properly cleaned, as we found multiple hairs on the bed upon arrival. There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallway and slightly in the room when we arrived. In addition, there was quite a bit of noise during the stay, although it was not always clear where it was coming from. The curtains also did not properly cover the windows. Because the windows faced nearby windows, there was very little privacy and we even had to move furniture around to block visibility as much as possible. The gaps also allowed a lot of light into the room during both the night and early morning.

• Eleonora (9/5): Soggiorno di 4 notti per un congresso di lavoro - La posizione perfetta per poter raggiungere facilmente il centro ma stare in una zona tranquilla fuori dal caos più turistico. Stanza comoda e silenziosa, sempre pulita e luminosa. Colazione buona in un ambiente molto carino. Niente di rilevante. Purtroppo il frigobar non funzionava, me ne sono accora solo l’ultimo giorno volendo mettere in fresco il pranzo per il giorno seguente, non ne avevo avuto l’esigenza prima.

• giacomo (9/5): - Posizione ottima a 200 m dalla fermata della U1, è comunque a 10 minuti a piedi da Karlplatz. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla con molti locali interessanti (caffè, enoteche, ristoranti) e anche supermercati vicini. L'hotel di per sé è carino, con stanze spaziose, pulite e silenziose. Le camere sono dotate di frigo, microonde, lavandino e tutto il necessario per un eventuale pasto. È presente inoltre una macchina da caffè con cialde Segafredo (molto buone), che per me è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa. Colazione buona e personale gentile. Prezzo secondo me molto competitivo Niente in particolare

Szuper volt a reggel, minden volt amit elvártam, narancslé is:) Az ágyban nagyon puha volt a szivacs, főleg középen. Nem ilyenhez szoktam itthon. Die Matratzenauflage war sehr weich.Ich bin an harte Hunde gewöhnt.

Flessibilità su orari checkin. A mio avviso, il prezzo è altino nel weekend, considerando che non è una struttura "di prestigio". La colazione resta ottima per il salato, carente sul dolce. • Ines_1510 (10/5): Repetiría - Cogimos el hotel a última hora debido a la cancelación de un vuelo de escala y superó nuestras expectativas. El personal fue muy amable, la ubicación inmejorable ya que tenía metro cerca de la puerta y también podías llegar andando a la ópera o a Hauptbanhof. El desayuno inmejorable tipo buffet. La habitación era algo antigua pero sin duda compensaban las cosas buenas.

• Ketty (6/5): Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht - Die Lage war gut. Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Strasse war nicht zu viel befahren. Das Frühstück war klasse. Sehr gute Auswahl. Das Personal beim Frühstück und Rezeption sehr freundlich. Wir durften unseren Koffer noch nach dem Auschecken stehen lassen, um weiter Sightseeing zu machen. Leider war das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll. Aber unserer Meinung stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Was schade ist. Es hat ja potential. Die Duschwand war sehr marode und verschimmelt. Die Duschbadewanne so hoch, daß ich beim heraus treten fast gestürzt wäre. Für ältere Menschen fast nicht zumutbar. Spinnweben in den Ecken. Das Bett war in Ordnung. Für ein Wochenende ist das Hotel im Zimmer und mit wenigen Handgriffen hätte man meine negative Kritik vermeiden können.

• DIMITRIOS (4/5): - Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία Βρώμικο αρκετά, εχει πάρα πολλές γραμμές τραμ που ακούγονται συνεχώς δεν εχει καλη μόνωση
• Mariusz (9/5): Super, polecam - Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadanie. Pokój przestrzenny, a lokalizacja na samej górze niwelowały hałas przejeżdżających tramwajów. Bardzo mały ruch samochodów, no i faktycznie w centrum. Niełatwo zaparkować samochód z powodu ograniczonej liczby miejsc.
• Krisztina (9/5): Perfect Business Night. - Tram line was closed was not informed at booking time. The Wifi code they did not disclose, had no time to figure out myself was not part of the booklet. Room size great, I booked however for 2 persons and was there alone. the tram line closure :)
• PILAR (9/5): Buen hotel en Viena - Nos sorprendió el hotel para bien. Sencillo, pero muy cómodo. El personal muy amable. La habitación con microondas y neverita, vajilla para 2 y un fregadero. A 20' del centro andando Las ventanas no se podían abrir, y algun rato hacía calor

• Elżbieta (8/5): - Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko, przystanek tramwajowy praktycznie pod oknem, bardzo blisko metro, praktycznie samo centrum Wiednia. Recepcja otwarta o każdej godzinie, nawet w nocy. Personel sprzątający zasługuje na szczególne podziękowania! Codzienne sprzątanie było na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Lampa przy biurku była bardzo słaba. Przy takim oświetleniu trudno było czytać lub pracować. Ważne to było dla mnie ze względu na uczelnię i pracę.
