• Ahretlik (3/5): - “The location of the property and the hospitality of the staff were excellent.” my room was on the fifth floor and there was no elevator, which made access very difficult. The staircase was extremely narrow, and carrying heavy luggage up to the room was quite exhausting; for many guests, it would be nearly impossible without assistance. The room itself was quite small and not very functional. The bathroom and shower area were very cramped, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. I also noticed cleanliness issues, including hair strands and what appeared to be used items left behind by a previous guest. For these reasons, I was not satisfied with my stay.
• Ryszard (9/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i czysty pokój. - Bardzo blisko mostu Rialto i Placu św. Marka oraz innych atrakcji Wenecji. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. W pokoju jest mini lodówka oraz sejf. Jest dostępne żelazko. Jedyny mankament to brak windy, ale wąska klatka schodowa uniemożliwia jej zamontowanie, więc zamawiając pokój trzeba się z tym liczyć.

Elle est plus chère et la chambre/salle de bain beaucoup plus petite que les autres. Ne pas être claustrophone ou être une personne très grande.

• Carlos Javier (7/5): - El hombre que nos atendió fue muy amable, nos explicó lo mejor de la ciudad, que ver y donde comer, incluso nos dio un mapa con sus apuntes. Fue muy servicial, ofreciéndonos café y vigilando las maletas en consigna el ultimo día. La ubicación es excelente. Lo único "malo" a destacar es que al ser un edificio antiguo, el aspecto visual es demasiado rustico, con papel pintado en las paredes y vigas de madera vieja cara vista en el techo. Aún así la habitación no estaba sucia.

La ubicación excelente, muy céntrico. Lo único que hacia bastante calor en la habitación y solo había un ventilador, no estaba disponible para encender el aire acondicionado, pero nos apañamos con el ventilador.

• Patricia (8/5): Lovely stay but bathroom was a problem. Did not match photos on website. - Location was great, staff very helpful giving us great info on how to plan our day. Room was very small, bathroom was hardly usable. Shower was fine. Sink so small even washing hands soaked the floor. The toilet position was tiny & we struggled to use it. If you sat on it you had to put your foot in the shower.

El cuarto piso sin ascensor y el calor que hacía en la habitación, teníamos que dejar las ventanas abiertas para que al volver no hiciera tanto calor.

• F. (9/5): Lage und Preis/Leistung top, Empfehlung für Kurztrip - Die Lage war perfekt, in wenigen Minuten am Markusplatz. Noch näher war Rialto, das macht den Weg zum Flughafen sehr einfach, da das Boot vom und zum Flughafen bei Rialto hält. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants, Bars, Cafés in der Nähe und auch Geschäfte waren rundherum. Man ist in ca einer Viertelstunde zu Fuss bei der Boot-Station, von welcher man das Vaporetto zu Murano und Burano nehmen kann. Es war auch "trotz" der Lage mitten in der Altstadt ruhig in der Nacht. Der Mann an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Bad war modern und das Zimmer super für paar Nächte. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Manchmal hört man Gäste am Gang durch die Tür, war aber weder laut noch störend. Das Bett quietscht, man hört die anderen Gäste aber eh nicht. Dusche ist eher eng, aber erfüllt ihren Zweck.

Consejo: Nos dieron un 4piso, si tenéis dificultades para subir escaleras pedir que os alojen en plantas inferiores. El único pero es que no iba aire acondicionado en frío, y hacía bastante calor.

The host, Michael, could not have been more friendly or helpful. On our last night he steered us to a superb restaurant and even made the reservation for us. We had a comfortable bed and it was quiet given the downtown location. The shower was just okay and overall space rather tight. Awkward to use the tea kettle as no outlet nearby. Lack of elevator no problem for us, but could be for others.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Sehr sauber, tolle Lage und freundlicher Service - Der Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit – deutlich über dem, was man in dieser Preiskategorie erwarten würde. Sowohl die Handtücher als auch die Bettwäsche wurden täglich gewechselt, was besonders positiv aufgefallen ist. Das Zimmer war nach jeder Reinigung in perfektem Zustand. Ein echtes Highlight war unser Zimmer mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Dort zu frühstücken, in der warmen Frühlingssonne, war einfach traumhaft und hat den Aufenthalt noch einmal aufgewertet. Auch die Lage ist ideal: sehr zentral und gleichzeitig so praktisch, dass man jederzeit kurz ins Zimmer zurückkehren kann, um sich dem Wetter anzupassen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Michael – äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Problem am späten Abend wurde dank ihm schnell und völlig unkompliziert gelöst. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen Hinweis: Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Gebäude. Für Gäste mit viel Gepäck oder eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen bzw. mit Terrasse daher weniger geeignet sein.

Dušas, nu jis padarytas tikrai labai neaukštiems žmonėms 🤦🏻‍♀️

• Thanos (10/5): Φοβερή διαμονή - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε απίστευτη τοποθεσία μέσα στο κέντρο και δίπλα στα πάντα με τα πόδια. Επίσης, δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο είναι και η στάση Rialto όπου από εκεί πας στο αεροδρόμιο η το τραίνο. Η εξυπηρέτηση και η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογα.

• De mingo acebron (7/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Camas de muelles, no te permiten un buen descanso, en la ducha apenas sale agua, el jabón que ponen es malísimo , deja la piel y el pelo muy seco. El edificio es por antiguo y las escaleras incomodas al subir y bajar, escalones muy estrechos.

Absolutely loved the room and the combination of the old style in the bedroom and modern in the bathroom. Very convenient to have a small fridge for some drinks and snacks. The staff was very helpful, I requested a change to a first-floor room and they kindly arranged it. The location is excellent, near Rialto Bridge and very close to the main attractions. The room was a bit small, but overall it was perfectly fine for our stay. Room was bit small.
