• Zhong (10/5): Super location in center Rome - The host was very friendly and responsive. He welcomed us at the entrance and gave brief information about the surroundings. The location is fabulous, easy access to both centre and Trastevere. The room is facing the inner court, very quiet at night. It's spacious and comfortable to stay. The door facing the terrace could use more secure locks.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. The owner/manager truly went above and beyond to assist us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!
• Melissa (10/5): A wonderful stay with a phenomenal host. - Cristian is a wonderful host, and our experience with him started long before we arrived. Thanks to his heads-up about a recent general strike at FCO airport a week before our arrival, we avoided massive taxi lines and train delays, saving us hours on our first day. At the pettinary b&b itself, it is a lovely and centralized place to stay at. It was about 20 minutes to any one direction - Trastevere, Vatican City, Colosseum, etc. The large terrace room has an updated modern interior and is outfitted with 21st-century finishes and amenities that one needs. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The bathroom and shower were also bigger than the photos showed. As for the breakfast, it was comprised of cereal, bread, and prepacked cakes with lots of spreads. There was also a nepresso machine alongside water, tea, and Yoga juice that was refilled each day. Light and easy going. Only issue was the awkward angle of the toilet due to the placement against sink. Nothing to hate, just a bit awkward.

El desayuno completisimo con buenos productos que renuevan todos los días. La limpieza y el cambio de toallas es diaria (algo que no sucede siempre en los departamentos) Cristian excelente anfitrión, atento a ayudar en lo que sea. Súper fácil hacer el check in ya que nos esperaba en la puerta y nos guardaron las valijas hasta la hora del vuelo. Es en segundo piso con ascensor además! Nos gustó todo!

Very quiet room. Kind of hard to get to on public transportation. But taxis are readily available and a decent price.

• Petra (9/5): Ein Ruhepol in einem erlebnissreichen Urlaub!❤️ - Ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse! Viel Staufläche, nett dekoriert.Zimmer und Terrasse liegen zum Innenhof, sodass man vom trubeligen Großstadtleben nichts hört.Aufzug vorhanden!!! Das italienische Frühstück und die Badartikel wurden täglich aufgefüllt.Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.Der Host Cristian war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer ansprechbar. Es wurde ein Flughafentransfer angeboten, der auch sehr gut organisiert war. Das B&B liegt sehr zentral, Trastevere (Ausgehviertel) und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Beim nächsten Rombesuch gerne wieder hier! Für uns gab es nichts zu beanstanden!

• Maura (10/5): Highly Recommend - Excellent from start to finish! Timely communication up to check in, and met us on arrival to show us around apartment and share helpful local recommendations. Fabulous location and historic building. Our room was super comfy with lovely private balcony to sit out on with drinks, and reception area had table and two chairs. Amazing hospitality with complementary in room fridge, coffee pods, tea, milk, cereal, bread, cakes, yoghurt, fruit vino and lovely fresh pastry. Stable WiFi for work meeting & hot water in WC. Can’t ask for anything more with great location beside river, between bus routes and shops/restaurants all around. Lift available to second floor for heavy bags and accessibility. Already planning to return :-) Shower was very small for himself :-)

For example, There was a chocolate cake on the table ready for us to eat & fruit in a bowl. There was also a nespresso machine,some items to eat for breakfast, pastries, yogurt, milk, & apple juice, butter in the refrigerator. The outside balcony/patio was amazing! Nothing to think of

Any easy walk to Trastevere and Trevi Fountain. Cristian arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport - Matteo was great! A little more room on the counter top to make breakfast would have been good.

• Jane (10/5): We’d return when in Rome again - We loved how much thought had gone into all the extra bits and pieces. Breakfast, fruit, yogurts, milk, coffee, wine, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also loved our terrace and the room was plenty big enough too. The location is convenient for all the sites and a great authentic area. Christian even left a birthday balloon and prosecco for my husband.

Cristain couldn't have done more for us and the b&b is run incredibly well - we received breakfast top ups and fresh water and milk daily, the room is cleaned to an incredibly high standard and the location is quiet and excellent for exploring Rome. nothing ! everything was excellent

• Addison (9/5): Pettinary B&B is a comfortable and quiet place to land in Rome for 1-2 travelers. - My partner and I stayed in the Junior Suite with Terrace and we loved it. The room was comfortable with lovely high ceilings, and the terrace was spacious and delightful. We were surprised that an array of snacks/drinks were included in the room. Christian was very pleasant to interact with (via WhatsApp) and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport that was a lifesaver for us tired travelers. The location is in the middle of a busy, albeit tourist-y street, but paces away from the Tiber River and piazzas with ample restaurants. Not the fault of Pettinary B&B: do bring bug spray if you travel here in the summer (we stayed in September). The mosquitoes are vicious! We were glad to have brought a travel size bug spray from home.

• Hanna-Lena (9/5): Fantastic location in the centre of Rome - The area is perfect, located in an historic building just in the centre of Rome with its own astonishing charme - and we could discover the whole city by foot. Christian, our host, was super friendly and helpful! There is everything you need to feel comfy, simple but good breakfast with fresh fruit and toast, and having this on the balcony is just fantastic! We can 100% recommend this place! The bed is quite short (I guess 1,80m) and the shower small, which is fair due to the small rooms but might be too small for tall people (for us it was perfectly fine).

• Rus (9/5): Una estancia fantástica. - Me encantó el barrio y la inmejorable ubicación junto al río y el precioso barrio Trastevere. Rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas y mercados. El edificio es muy antiguo, y la casa y la habitación conservan el mismo encanto pero con las comodidades actuales. El alojamiento es tranquilo, muy bonito y tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario, incluidos productos de higiene, secador, botiquín, una plancha y hasta paraguas de préstamo. Además la cama es grande, muy cómoda y muy limpia. El propietario fue muy atento, nos recibió y después de todas las explicaciones, fuimos totalmente autónomas. Es un lugar muy bonito y consigue que te sientas en tu casa, pero creo que el baño aunque tiene una decoración preciosa, necesita bastante mantenimiento, ves que las juntas y la silicona de la ducha y el lavabo estaban muy enmohecidas, y aunque van a limpiar cada día, esto da sensación de falta de limpieza. El agua caliente va con termo eléctrico y salia fría en seguida, a los 5 minutos de la primera ducha estaba tibia, algo muy incómodo sobre todo ahora en invierno, además de tener que esperar para la siguiente persona. Sugeriría también reparar el armario que sirve de mueble de desayuno porque tenía las puertas rotas y lo mismo con el cajón del escritorio, había que manipularlos con mucho cuidado.

On a pu tout faire a pieds Juste une amélioration de la qualité du signal wifi trop instable.. et une smart Tv pour retrouver nos programmes Netflix et prime aurait été un plus appréciable.

Ļoti viesmīlīgi un forši, izcila atrašanās vieta - blakus Trastevere un pašam Centram, patīkami, ka ir ūdens, kafija, sula un itāļu stilā brokastis. Bija arī terase ar skatu. Ļoti romantiski un skaisti. Plaši apartamenti, viss nepieciešamais priekš uzturēšanās, bija arī mazs pārsteigums draugam dzimšanas dienā. Vēlreiz noteikti atgriezīsimies. • Tammy (8/5): Great location with everything you need for a comfortable stay! - The room was comfortable but a little small. Lots of storage for clothes and the kitchenette was well stocked. The outdoor space was very beautiful and spacious! The walls were a little thin as we could hear our neighbours at times during the night.

Christian gjorde alt, hvad han kunne for at vores ophold blev godt. De franske døre kunne ikke lukkes, eftersom låsemekanismen var ødelagt. Det kan føles lidt utrygt. Vores one-bedroom suite var lidt mørk. Køkkenet var lidt nedslidt.

Not much of a view but it was large and a great space to enjoy a bottle of wine. We were only passing thru Rome but it was a great accommodation. Easily walkable to all the major sites in Rome and just across the river from Trastevere where the restaurants are plentiful. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.
• Jodie (10/5): Wonderful stay in an excellent location - We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Pettinary Village. The room was perfect and the terrace was lovely for sitting out and enjoying breakfast in the sunshine each morning. The location was excellent we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Highly recommended!
• Ashlyn (10/5): - Was a very spacious room and the included breakfast was very generous with a homemade cake. The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning - this didn’t bother us too much as the the one in the living room was quite good and the fan in the bedroom was sufficient but just noting for anyone else wondering. It was a great location, walkable to lots of main attractions and lots of food options nearby.

• Barrett (9/5): Excellent B&B - Triple rm, with kitchenette, stove, coffeemaker, toaster, even kitchen sink. A very nicely decorated one BR apartment. Bfast was basic, toast, rolls, coffee made yourself in room. But fine for us. Right across Ponte Sisto footbridge to Trastevere, 20min walk to Vatican.
• Judith (10/5): Perfect stay in an awesome location! - I love having a balcony to sit outside on and this one was lovely. Christian let us in and made us comfortable. Thank you!! Easy Taxi from airport. Walkable area. Beautiful old building.

• maureen (10/5): - The owner was very helpful. The location is excellent- very close to Piaza Nagoya. Also, across the Tiber River and 200 yards away is the neighborhood of Trastavere, which is very lively at night and filled with excellent restaurants. Two of the best, and well worth visiting are Ottelo and Tonnarello.
• Eduard (10/5): Wunderbares Zimmer mitten in Rom - Super schönes Zimmer im Zentrum von Rom. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Im Zimmer ist alles was man benötigt, es ist sehr sauber, eine riesengroße Terasse auf der man auch übernachten kann, es wird auch ein kleines Frühstück angeboten und sonst ist man mitten im Geschehen. Wenn man aus der Wohnung raus ist und rechts abbiegen will ist man nach 100 Metern bei der Fußgängerbrücke und gleich in Trastevere, biegt man links ab so ist man zBsp. in 4-5 Minuten in Piazza Navona. Also fantastisch. Der Gastgeber ist auch nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also ab nach Rom, ich würde für den nächsten Rom-Trip wieder hier buchen. Alles super.

• Macksoud (10/5): Excellent location & comfortable room with great hosts! - The location was amazing. It couldn’t be beat The room was pretty basic but had everything we needed! The snacks/food/drinks were refilled everyday & our host, Cristian, was great and very responsive!

• Zeb13 (10/5): Central location - Perfect location in Rome, central to all attractions and close to Trastevere for good food and lively atmosphere. Cristian was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
• Kathrin (10/5): Perfekt Start in unsere ItalienrundreIse - Die Lage Unterkunft war super, man erreicht schnell zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super Kontakt im Vorfeld durch Vermieter, der sehr auf unsere Bedürfnisse einging. Extra Frühstückswünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Am schönsten fanden wir die Terrasse, hier konnten wir unser Frühstück sehr genießen.
• Sonia (9/5): Good location of the apartment and good communication with the host. - Great location, good communication with the host. He responded to our questions quickly. The apartament is very good located, with a nice terrace. The food for breakfast was good and enough for a fresh start of the day. The toilet could be cleaned better and the free space is a little bit limited in the apartment, but this is not a big problem for tourists.
