Massimo e sua moglie gentili e disponibili in tutto. Camera ampia, pulita e letti confortevoli. Possibilità di deposito bagagli. Consiglio L'ingresso dello stabile richiede un po' di manutenzione.

• Vladyslav (10/5): Buon 2026, Roma! - Very hospitable owner Massimo presented us a Panettone, which was delicious. He gave us a map with city main attractions and explained in details the best spots and route to visit them. You can write any request to the owner on WhatsApp and he will respond quickly. Very comfortable bed, nice little balcony with inside yard view. Very clean and quiet room with all necessary accessories.

• Serenella (9/5): Ottimo - La struttura è in posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione e ai servizi, bar, ristoranti, supermarket. È molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La stanza fornita di tutto il necessario, sufficientemente spaziosa, molto pulita. Molto comodo il bollitore a disposizione, così come tè, caffè, zucchero e dell’acqua. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Il check-in possibile già dalla mattina è davvero una comodità. Non c’è una stanza per la colazione, ma ci sono numerosi bar nelle strette vicinanze.

• Nisa (8/5): Tarihi bir roma deneyimi. - Massimo bizi katta karşıladı ve bavullarımıza yardımcı oldu. Bize şehri haritayla anlattı ve her gün gerekli konularda uyardı. Metroya ve tren hattına 5 dk bir mesafede. Çok tarihi bir yapı. Odada terlik olmaması biraz talihsizdi. Evet eski bir oda ve pencere manzarası pek iyi değil ancak güvenle uyuduk. Mahalle biraz tedirgin ediciydi. Evsizler çok fazlaydı

• Hermalinda (9/5): Very good - We don’t have the breakfast but location is perfect. Room very clean and staff very nice and friendly.
• JensHe (8/5): - Unser Zimmer zeigte zum Innenhof und war daher sehr ruhig. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und als wir Hilfe brauchten da unser Auto aufgebrochen wurde, haben wir wertvolle Unterstützung bekommen. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, so dass man mit der Metro sehr schnell andere Stadtteile erreichen kann. Die Parkplatzsituation ist unbefriedigend. Umliegende Parkplätze an der Straße (ca. 6€ pro Tag) sind meist belegt und dann wurde unser Auto nachts auch noch aufgebrochen. Das Parkhaus gegenüber hat uns 45 € für 24h abgenommen, da wir wegen unserer Fahrräder am Heck als sehr großes Auto galten.

• Delfa (10/5): Comfortable place in the heart of Rome - First of all, we like that Massimo the host is very responsive. He is respectful, provided needed information, and eager to assist when needed. His wife Nancy is equally friendly and available when needed. The room was clean and the temperature comfortably regulated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and made sleeping easier. There were wall electric plugs by each side and an adapter is provided. The elevator was convenient after a long day of travel. The location is great for food, shopping, and the Rome Termini station. We have kept this place in our future go-to accommodation list when back in Rome.
• YUCHEN (8/5): - The property is conveniently located just 5 mins walk from the Roma Termini. However it was really quiet at night and this was our first stay upon arrival in Italy so really helped with our jet lag. In the morning there will be some local vendors selling daily goods like pajamas and socks so it was pretty try interesting to get a sneak peak into the daily lives here. Our host Massimo was super sweet, very responsive and attentive. Upon arrival we’ve received the warmest welcome and a very detailed walkthrough of all the facilities. At 9 pm my room card wasn’t working and i was worried I’m gonna sleep on the street if the host does not respond. But upon messaging Massimo responded immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We also had a destination wedding in Umbria 2 days after and knowing this, we discovered flower pedals on our bed after room service! This was just a really sweet touch from the host. In Rome there are many stays that are convenient, quiet, and clean, but the amazing hosts are what truly made this place special!
• Maria (9/5): - Very involved owner, always in touch. The room is spacious with high ceilings, quiet, clean. In general, it resembles a typical Italian house. Nearby is Termini station, also many grocery stores and places to eat. The entry card did not work periodically, we had to use a spare one. The room is on the 4th (1+3) floor, there is an old elevator, but once it did not work.

• Dima (10/5): Highly recommend - Absolutely fantastic. Such an incredible hotel to stay at. The location is perfect as it is located in the city centre just a couple of minutes away from the train station Termini so you won’t lose time travelling. We got a family room of three single beds and the room was completely spotless and clean. The bedsheets and everything was very clean. The room itself was well equipped with everything including a hairdryer and fridge. Toiletries were also present. The beds are comfy. Massimo and his wife are such good hosts and we got offered information on arrival and a tourist map. Highly recommend this place.

• Jami (9/5): Convenient, Clean and Cheerful Stay - The location was very convenient, close to Termini but far enough to avoid the negative aspects of Termini. It was very clean and the proprietor very pleasant and accommodating (no pun intended). Bed was not super comfortable, but fine for a short stay.
• Amy (9/5): Quiet clean and friendly - A clean, quiet stay just a 4-5 minute walk from Rome Termini station with wonderful Massimo and his wife at the front desk. There was good communication from the property and also a nice personal touch as they left some fresh fruit and water for us on arrival when we arrived late from the airport.

It is 3 min walk to Termini station, we used the metro to go Vatican, Trevi Fountain etc. Basically use the metro at start, then walk to nearest places. Location is not so safe especially towards midnight. Luckily we had not experienced something bad, but we were always on the alert.

• Anja (8/5): Enjoyable trip to Roma - Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room we had was large and spacious with good air conditioning when it was getting warm. Massimo was super welcoming and helpful on a couple of occasions when we needed it – firstly when we forgot our adaptors and also when booking us a taxi for the return to the airport. The location is good, easy to access the metro and nearby there are many bars and restaurants, including a gluten free bakery we were delighted to find! A bit noisy outside early in the mornings but to be expected in a city! Quiet in the evenings and other times.

• Zoi (10/5): - Wir würden am Abend der Ankunft sehr herzlich von Massimo in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns alles erklärt und uns sogar einige Informationen über Rom mitgegeben. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, sowie auch das Bad. Auch wenn das Gästehaus ziemlich nah am Hauptbahnhof Termini ist, ist es sehr ruhig und sicher. In den umgebenden Straßen gibt er reichlich Restaurants (auch tolle internationale) und Cafés. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
• Joan (10/5): A nice choice for our Rome experience! - Very good communication from our host, with flexibility as to our time of arrival due to our getting carried away with sight seeing. A friendly welcome to a spacious, secure and quiet room. I was concerned that the area might be noisy, but these rooms are up off the street level, and face away from the street. Access to the Rome Termini station for the Metro or FCO airport is a breeze. The local side streets have ample options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bed was a bit firm for my husband, but I found it fine. Hip padding for the win!

• Lukasz (10/5): perfect stay - 1. Very friendly owner. Gave us some guidance and helped with the safety deposit box. The room was cleaned every day. 2. Location: Easy to reach from Termini (5 minutes walk). Then all the attractions you can reach by foot or metro. Close to the apartment can easily find breakfast for 5-8 €. Next door is a panatteria where you can buy pastries. Lady is serving also fresh sandwiches with your choice of add-ons. There is an elevator too, small, but you will not have to carry your luggage ;) 3. Panettone plus sparkling wine for New Year's Eve ;) The street is quiet which is important and is not easy to find a place with good sound insulation. I will come back definitely which is the best recommendation :) Prices for New Year break ;) But these are the same for Rome - extremely high. Didn't expect this.

His place is within 10- 20 minutes walking distance to most popular spots in Rome. We would recommend his place to anyone! Shower area drainage needs to be cleaned. Water was going down very slow.

The second thing which was very professional was service and support of the owner. He has been helpful every time I have needed to and I asked for something. The room was cleaning every day. After the tea was finished, the owner provide as the next sachets of tea. The appartment is very good located, close to Termini railway station. There was one uncomfortable thing. There is no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom.
