Rooms a little outdated but was clean. - Great location, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us and it was clean. Free tea/coffee and sweets were a lovely touch. The rooms could do with an update and the duvet and pillows were too small for the bed, although they provided more pillows when asked.

Within easy walking distance of the central station First room we stayed in had a kettle with cups and coffee, second room we stayed in didnt, there is a coffee station down in the lobby, but we did miss the convenience of a kettle in the room!

Vicina al centro La struttura è vecchia e fatiscente con moquette datata ma la cosa grave è la sporcizia : ho prenotato per le recensioni di italiani sulla pulizia ma a noi è capitato di trovar il lavandino all’arrivo, con ancora il dentifricio e i peli dei clienti precedenti. Nonostante avvisato la reception per due giorni consecutivi la camera non è stata ma pulita per bene

Coffee and tea with snacks always available at the seating area which was a great touch. Staff very friendly and helpful The bathrooms could have been cleaner, or having a fan in the bathroom would take care of the steam. Location may not be so good for families with young kids
- Cristina (7/5): - Muy bien ubicado. Personal muy amable. Siempre disponible un coffee corner donde ofrecen infusiones, café y algún dulce. Escribí al hotel para informar que íbamos con una silla de ruedas y nos dijeron que había 4 escalones para bajar que, en caso de no poder hacerlo, solicitáramos que nos abrieran una puerta alternativa, pero no fue así, hay 1 bordillo para acceder al hotel, luego unas pocas escaleras para tomar el ascensor y luego otras para subir a la habitación, por lo que no estuvimos cómodos llevando una silla de ruedas tipo scooter, no pudimos subirla a la habitación, y la persona que la llevaba, con su minusvalía, le fue muy difícil entrar y salir de la habitación y hotel. La habitación daba a la calle, que es muy céntrica, la cuál el fin de semana es muy ruidosa, aunque íbamos tan cansadas que no nos importó.

- Monika (7/5): - Hotel má výbornú polohu v starom meste - všade je blízko, stanica Amsterdam Central je cca 5 minút pešo, v okolí je veľa reštaurácií, obchodov, v bezprostrednej blízkosti sú móla na okružné plavby, električky, metro. Personál bol maximálne ochotný a milý.

You can also walk to pretty much everything from the hotel. Very safe as they have 24/7 security at the front desk. The staff are absolutely outstanding. Nothing. It was fantastic

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive at all times, always showing a genuine willingness to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, quiet, and the size was perfect. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel offers great value for money considering its excellent location, very close to Central Station. I would definitely stay here again!

- Louise (8/5): Central and quiet in Amsterdam - Location, comfortable and quiet. Hotel rooms and carpet worn but everything was clean. Shower was really terrible. Shower head clogged up, only downside really. And the kettle in our room had a UK plug, making it unusable.
