Nicolas (9/5): Venise, soi disant ! 3 jours pour faire le tour, je n'ai pas réussi à tout voir en 6 jours. - Un personnel très accueillant, un petit déjeuner copieux et local. La salle du petit déjeuner avait aussi son charme. Nous conseillons cet hôtel pour un séjour en amoureux, sa situation géographique est très appréciable, un peu en retrait des points touristiques, fortement visités de Venise. Le quartier est vivant, mais calme pour dormir, il permet d'apprécier la vie locale. Conseil : Ne pas hésiter à prendre le forfait bus-navette sur plusieurs jours.

Lindsy (9/5): Aangenaam verblijf - Vriendelijk personeel! Mooie ruime kamer en een goed bed. Authentiek decor waar we van houden. Goede bereikbaarheid. Dicht bij vaporetti. Ontbijtruimte aan de kleine kant. Konden een uur doorgeven om te mogen ontbijten. Als je wat langer bleef zitten zag je al andere mensen wachten.
JOSE MARIA (8/5): Está bien el hotel para ser céntrico en Venecia - El hotel era cómodo y la habitación espaciosa estilo Veneciano, está limpio y las toallas de buena calidad aunque no hay ni una percha en el baño donde colgarlas, está en una zona tranquila cerca del centro. El wifi funciona bien y hay portero 24 horas sinceramente lo recomiendo por diferencia con su entorno en hoteles y precios que no es muy bueno en general. Era un edificio muy antiguo, como la mayoría en Venecia, excesivamente caro para los servicios q da, no hay TV más que canales italianos, sin cable ni satélites. El desayuno es en la puerta de las habitaciones muy básico pero aceptable. Está en un callejón, sin vista ninguna, en definitiva en relación con el entorno está bien, aunque el precio es un disparate para lo que es el hotel. En cualquier caso en Venecia te cobran hasta por respirar.

Von hier aus ist man in gut 10 Minuten am Marcusplatz oder wenn man etwas schlecht zu Fuß ist nimmt man in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Vaparetto. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotelpetsonal ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank.

Liudmila (10/5): - El hotel nos dejó una muy buena impresión. Tiene una ubicación excelente: está un poco alejado del centro turístico, por lo que la zona es más tranquila y con menos ruido. Al mismo tiempo, llegar a los lugares principales es muy fácil: unos 3 minutos en vaporetto o aproximadamente 10 minutos caminando. La habitación estaba muy limpia, todo cuidado y cómodo. El desayuno fue muy bueno, con suficiente variedad, y a los niños también les gustó. Quisiera destacar especialmente al personal: muy atento y amable. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, a aconsejar cómo llegar mejor a algún lugar o a responder cualquier pregunta. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos. Si volvemos a Venecia, sin duda nos alojaremos aquí otra vez. Es una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Aranzazu (10/5): - La ubicación en el barrio de Castello muy tranquila. El hotel muy bonito y auténtico. El personal amable. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones muy limpias, y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno nos ha impresionado gratamente, muy completo con opiciones saladas y dulces, y las señoras que atienden muy amables. Mi hijo es celíaco y tenian opciones sin gluten. En general, nos ha encantado y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia en el hotel, toda mi familia lo recomendamos. Gracias a todo el personal, si volvemos a Venecia, ya sabemos donde alojarnos.

Silvia (6/5): - Nos han ayudado a resolver el problema. Nos dieron dos habitaciones que habíamos reservado en la planta cuarta por escaleras, 75 escalones... Y no teníamos agua caliente. Aunque debemos agradecer que nos han resuelto el problema cambiando de hotel.

Buona posizione , dintorni ristoranti e negozi. non molta scelta nella colazione, prenotazione orario per la colazione, ma si capisce essendoci una piccola sala. Rottura caldaia, data opportunita' di fare doccia in una altra camera. molte rampe di scale senza assensore.

From the first day the water was cold and when we asked about hot water they told us that they would fix it. We stayed 3 nights, and the problem was never fixed. In addition, every afternoon we had to inform about the time that we will take breakfast because there were not enough tables. What is more, there was only one person during the breakfast who had the responsibility of service and cleaning. She made a nice effort but she was alone.

Arsen (9/5): Les portes ne se ferment pas bien - Propre, personnelle gentille, emplacement très calme. Beaucoup des restaurants à proximité. Supermarché et pharmacie à côté. La porte principale de chambre ne se ferme pas tout seul en cliquant, il faut fermer à clé absolument. La porte de toilette ne se ferme pas du tout, même en clé pas possible de fermer . Pas pratique avec l'enfant qui peut pousser et ouvrir la porte de toilette á tout moment.

Oleksii (9/5): А cozy hotel at a reasonable price - The service at the reception was incredibly pleasant. The staff helped us resolve all issues regarding our stay and some amenities. The room was warm, the location is good — close to a main street, and the area is quiet. The breakfast included in the price had a limited selection, but there was enough to eat. Not the most important thing, but we missed having a boiler or a coffee machine in the room. It’s not very convenient when you want to have a hot drink after a long walk in the evening or at night.
