• Florence (8/5): Generally confortable. Staff is friendly and helpful - The room is comfortable. There is free flow of coffee and tea. Our room need to walk up one level to the 4th floor.
• Hannah (6/5): Nice but very noisey - Nice, cute hotel. Can hear people in rooms around and above and also people walking up the stairs - extremely loud. Amsterdams biggest nightclub is right behind the hotel which you can hear thumping music late at night early morning on weekends.

Por la noche se escucha hasta las 4 de la madrugada un sonido pum pum pum se alguna discoteca cercana por lo que te retumba el sonido en la cabeza y no se puede dormir

Stod at resepsjonen var døgnbemannet- men ofte var det ingen der. Når vi skulle sjekke inn var inngangsdøra låst og ingen i resepsjonen. Kom heldigvis en etter en stund. Fikk utlevert kun ett nøkkelkort.

Staff was great - location was the best....but the lobby was really well done....staff was very good to assist when we asked for things like extra blankets and kleenex for example unfortunately the music late at night from neighboring building.... management gave us ear plugs which is the best they can do it's totally out of their control and finally the pillows could be a bit better.....

The rooms are a bit small, I could not tell by the pictures and the bike renting conditions for rooms booked by booking.com are different, even though we pay the same. We also could hear the other guests when they were coming out from there rooms.

• Di (7/5): - The staff were very professional and helpful, the room was small but clean, well appointed and fine for a stay by myself. There was a working lift which was important as I was on the 3rd floor and the hotel had good security with keycard access to the foyer and rooms. The location is good for catching the tram system and had a number of cafes and restaurants close by. It is close to the nightclub area so there was some music noise until late at night/early morning. This would probably be fine for younger travellers ( I am in my late 50's)

• Xenia (6/5): Comfortable except for the middle of the night on weekends. - The hotel is in a great neighborhood for tourists; close to restaurants, coffeeshops, and public transport. There is some kind of night club next door that we weren’t aware of, very loud house music woke kept us awake between 1-5am Friday and Saturday nights.

• Ege (6/5): Fair. - The location is really good. It is really close to dam square. The neighborhood is also safe and cute. The quadruple room were smaller than we expected. Free coffee machine in the lobby was cool. There were no towels in our room in the beginning. The bed sheets weren't dirty but they weren't so clean either. THE QUADRUPLE ROOM WAS SO COLD AND A/C only makes the room cooler not hotter.

• Stephanie N Millward (10/5): A wonderful stay at the heart of Amsterdam City Centre. - The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a lovely stay. The highlight for us was definitely the view — being able to see the river right outside our window was just beautiful. The location is also perfect, right in the city centre and exactly where we wanted to be. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Just a small note for anyone sensitive to noise: there is a club behind the hotel. However, we could barely hear it, and by the time you’re back from an evening out, it’s not really noticeable. Overall, a great hotel and a stay we really enjoyed.

Supermarkt und Tramstation sind nur 5 bzw 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Amsterdam Zentrallage waren die Preise gut. Das "Deluxe Einzelzimmer" hat kein Fenster. Ein Pseudo-30cm2-Deckenfenster, aber auch das nicht wirklich. Der Bass eines Clubs oder sonstwas in der Nähe hämmert bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut und bringt keinen guten Schlaf. Die Betten waren sehr weich/durchgelegen.

Questa caratteristica fa passare in secondo piano tutte le altre cose. Ho soggiornato diverse volte in questo hotel. Dipende dalla stanza in cui capiti. Altre volte avevo una bella stanza luminosa Questa volta ho avuto una stanza poco luminosa e un po’ stretta. Ho avuto anche un problema con il phon e la collega con il bollitore elettrico. Ma ripeto, piccolezze perché la posizione è impagabile.

Hotelli maksatti kahteen kertaan kaupunkiveron eivätkä palauttaneet toista niistä ( huomasin myöhemmin maksettuani sen hotellilla että booking.comin kautta oli jo kertaalleen vero maksettu) tämähän kyllä näkyy heidän tiedoissa. Minusta yli 100€ ( 46+49€) kolmesta yöstä on liikaa. En suosittelisi hotellia kenellekkään tästä johtuen.

• Laura (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit! Die Lage war gut zum Stadtzentrum zu erreichen. Topp Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist direkt neben einem Club. Man hört/spürt den Bass die ganze Nacht, unter der Woche bis ca. 4 Uhr am Wochenende bis in die Morgenstunden. Das war das einzige Negative . Dafür kann das Hotel an sich abe natürlich gar nichts.

Hacía frío en la habitación, la calefacción no calentaba muy bien. También se oye todas las noches la música de la discoteca de al lado. A pesar de todo, considero que por ubicación y trato volvería a repetir.

I came late evening, nobody instructed me that I can use my room key card to open the main door so he was angry that he had to do it plus he investigated me like I’m not a hotel guest or Sth. Room was very tiny.

Cleaners were very loud as wall were thin, and we stayed at the front of the building and could hear everything outside as the windows were single glazed.

Stuffy and when asked to turn on AC was told all systems were connected to 1 circuit and they would not turn it on. Room was hard to stay in. Not on a quite street next to a club which plays until 3 or 4 AM. Staff was polite but this does seem to be an over advertised hotel given the room accommodation.

Personale gentile e disponibilità a tenerti le valigie anche dopo il check out. Buona la pulizia. Letto un po troppo morbido. It’s a fairly long walk with your bags to the hotel from the train station. Trying to shower here was terrible the water pressure was a dribble at best and the shower head kept falling down.

The view from the room was nice (make sure you book the right category if that matters to you). The room was pretty small, would gave been ok if we had travelled with backpacks, but was a bit cramped once we had to unpack our suitcases. Also there was some weird smell in the bathroom. Probably the pipes.

• Chloe (6/5): - Good area for property, lots of tram stops around making it very easy to get into the centre of Amsterdam. Good view of canal (canal view room). Staff were friendly and helpful. Could drop in bags before check in and leave after check out. The bedroom provided all the essential amenities and was generally well presented. However, the bed was made up of two single mattresses pushed together with a double topper placed over them. Although initially comfortable, this setup proved to be quite disruptive during the night. The mattresses repeatedly shifted apart, creating a pronounced gap in the centre of the bed. As a result, we frequently found ourselves rolling into the divide, which made it difficult to remain settled. The gap became increasingly noticeable as the night went on, and the lack of proper support in the middle significantly affected our quality of sleep. The topper was the only thing partially masking the separation, but it was not sufficient to prevent the discomfort caused by the mattresses moving apart. Additionally, prior to our stay, we had read reviews mentioning loud bass noise from a nearby club, particularly impacting rooms at the rear of the property. For this reason, we deliberately chose a canal-view room at the front of the building. While this did appear to reduce the disturbance overall, low-frequency bass could still be heard at times during the night, most noticeably when awake and using the bathroom.

• Laura (6/5): Très bonne localisation et service, mais le bruit et l’absence de ventilation rendent le séjour inconfortable. - Lits confortables Très propre Douche très bien Très bonne localisation Personnel très accueillant, réactif et disponible Beaucoup trop de bruit (on se croirait à l’intérieur d’une boîte de nuit, les murs et les lits tremblaient au rythme des basses) Beaucoup trop chaud (pas de clim disponible)et impossible d’aérer car pas de fenêtres, à part une minuscule donnant sur le couloir…
