• IOANNIS (8/5): - Ήταν φοβερό ότι ακριβώς απέξω από το κατάλυμα περνούσαν όλα τα λεωφορεία για το κέντρο, τον σταθμό των τρένων και γενικά βρισκόταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ήταν άνετο δωμάτιο. Δεν μου άρεσε που ήταν κάπως παλιό και θεωρώ ότι δεν άξιζε τόσα χρήματα.

As portadas não fecham e estão podres. Até às chaves que nos entregaram estavam nojentas. Não havia produtos de higiene. O autoclismo funcionava mal. Não há ninguém para receber.

As fotos no site estão muito embelezadas. Até às chaves entregues estavam nojentas. Não havia produtos de higiene. 4° andar. Um elevador do séc XIX onde só cabe uma pessoa e mete medo.

Inoltre il bagno aveva un bidet inutilizzabile per via del mobile- lavandino, e la tenda della doccia incommentabile...

Limpeza diária e tudo a disposição dos hóspedes. - Quarto com tamanho suficiente para 2 pessoas viajando com mala de mão e mochila. O banheiro é pequeno, mas nada que dificultasse higiene diária. O elevador é bem pequeno e antigo, com marcas de uso, mas o maquinário é moderno. Sem frigobar no quarto.

• Dávid (3/5): Nem ajánlom, köszönőviszonyban sincs a képekkel és leírással. - A szállás nagyon közel van a Terminihez, és szép a környezete. Az utolsó előtti nap kivételével, minden nap kivitték a szemetet és beágyaztak, valamint a recepciós lány segítőkész volt. Volt hűtő ahova be lehetett pakolni. A szállás köszönőviszonyban sincs a képekkel, vagy 10 éves fotók vannak kint, vagy módosítva vannak. Senki ne számítson arra, amit a képeken lát. A falakról pereg a vakolat, a fürdőszoba koszos mindenen vastagon áll a kosz és a por. Látszik, hogy csak piperetakarítást végeznek. A fürdőben hajszálak, vízkő mindenen. Rengeteg mindent meg kellene javítani, látszik, hogy ezzel sem foglalkoznak. A matrac és a párna is borzasztóan kényelmetlen, hosszabb tartózkodásra semmiképpen sem ajánlom maximum 1-2 éjszakát lehet kibírni rajta. Az első éjszaka hajnal 4kor verte valaki az ajtót, hogy ez az ő szobája.. ezek szerint nincs megoldva a szobakiosztás, ezután végighallgattuk, ahogy megtalálták a szobájukat, megfürdenek, lehúzzák a wct stb a falak papírvékony mindezt éjjel 3-5ig.. Nem ajánlom ár érték arányban nem éri meg. A szállásadó felajánlotta hogy 10-es értékelésért ott hagyhatjuk a bőröndöt.. inkább nem hagytuk ott.

• Lisa (2/5): - Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Ist Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch nicht sauber. Die Lage ist sehr unsicher und gerade als Frau nicht angenehm. Würde ich nicht empfehlen.

La salle de bain n’est pas au top de la propreté non plus, de plus une mauvaise odeur y reignait lorsque nous laissons fermer la porte et la chambre viellote.

Muri sporchi, arredo da campo di concentramento, illuminazione rotta o inesistente, tendaggi e imposte distrutti, bagni minimal e molto vecchi pieni di buchi fessure accessori distrutti .... .e potrei continuare così.

• Lola (8/5): Cómodo pero anticuado - La localización y el silencio que había en el apartamento. Por la noche no se escuchaba nada dentro y se agradece después del cansancio del día. El ascensor, si alguien no cierra la puerta de alguna de las plantas no funciona y tuvimos que subir y bajar hasta el 4to casi todas las veces. Además, en las fotos las habitaciones parecen más nuevas de lo que realmente son.

• Justin (6/5): Gut für geräuschunempfindliche Durchreisende - Das Hotel ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof Roma Termini gelegen – ideal für Reisende, die spätabends ankommen oder frühmorgens am Bahnhof sein müssen. Das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig, auch das Bad war angenehm groß. Da das Hotel im obersten Stockwerk eines großen Palazzo liegt, musste ich etwas suchen, bis ich es gefunden habe. Mein Zimmer ging auf die Straße (Viale Castro Pretorio) hinaus, die stark befahren und dadurch bis spät in die Nacht recht laut ist. Der Balkon war leider mehr Zierde als tatsächlich nutzbar, weil die Fensterläden nicht gänzlich zu öffnen waren und es keinen Platz für Sitzgelegenheiten gab. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren gepflegt und sauber, jedoch saß an der Badezimmerdecke über der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel, auf den ich gerne verzichtet hätte. Ich fand es etwas fragwürdig, dass mich die Rezeptionistin darauf hinwies, dass die noch ausstehende Kurtaxe bar zu bezahlen sei und schade, dass ich erst anfangen musste mit Centstücken auf dem Tresen zu rechnen, ehe sie widerwillig doch das Kartenlesegerät zückte. Das wirkt nicht nur unseriös, sondern auch wenig respektvoll.

• Aline (2/5): Mold on the bathroom walls!!!! - The location is great and before my arrival the staff was very kind and helpful in explaining to me how to access the property and do my late check-in. Upon arrival all seemed relatively ok, but then I went into the bathroom and there was mold on the walls, hair on the shower rod and after using the sink the water did not evacuate and stayed on the sink. I also only realized in the morning that one of my towels was dirty. When I informed the staff the next morning, which I needed to do per WhatsApp as there was nobody at the reception, I got no response and no reaction. I even sent pictures for documentation. I just was asked to send a picture of my ID to complete the check-in and asked to pay the tourism fee via the machine. I was shocked to say the least as this was in stark contrast to my first experience via message and I was initially told that there would be someone at the reception on the morning. I am glad that I only stayed one night there, because I could not have used that bathroom a second time. I have asthma and had reactions to the mold while using the bathroom. This is a severe health and safety issue!!! Totally unacceptable!

Room didn’t look anything like the pictures, awful smell, headboard wasn’t even attached to the bed, stains and marks on the bedding, taped up fire exit light above the door, mould in the bathroom.

Bathroom had a mold on the walls as well and towels had black molds also. Size of the room was good, but unfortunately everything else wasn't good.

Sve je bilo,cisto uredno,svaki dan su cistili nasu sobu. Pohvalila bih vlasnike koji su nam izasli u susret i dali nam sobu gde je moguce razdvojiti krevete jer smo bukirali sobu sa bracnim krevetom a zeleli smo da budu 2 lezaja i to nam nisu naplatili,cuvanje kofera je takodje besplatno nakon sto smo izasli iz sobe a imali smo vecernji let. Nema nista negativno

• Candelaria (9/5): - Llegamos muy temprano a la mañana y de igual forma nos dejaron guardar las valijas sin ningun costo, pagamos el impuesto turistico y luego volvimos muy tarde en la noche pero nos dejaron las llaves en la recepcion y la habitacion estaba lista. Nos tocó una habitacion muy linda con balcon que daba a la calle. Nos pareció una zona agradable, cerca de la estacion de tren pero tambien en una zona universitaria por lo cual muchos colectivos pasan hasta tarde en la noche y te deja en la puerta. Nos sentimos muy seguros ya que es un complejo de varios hoteles pequeños, en este caso estaba en el piso 4, y el complejo es privado y cerrado. Nos atendieron super bien, volveriamos! Nada para criticar, tuvimos una excelente estadía!

Obsługa na plus pod względem komunikacji poprzez komunikator oraz codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Zdjęcia z czasów świetności guest house’u. Zakładam, że świeżo po remoncie. Niestety daleko szukać podobieństw. Pokoje wymagają gruntownego remontu. Grzyb, odpadający tynk, brudne ściany. Pourywane elementy, zepsuta klamka i kabina prysznicowa. Telewizor owszem dostępny, ale WiFi co chwilę traci połączenie, a antena jest niepodłączona. Ręczniki od wejścia brudne - tutaj plus dla obsługi za szybką wymianę, ale nie powinno oczywiście to mieć miejsca. Szafa to stojący wieszak. Załączam zdjęcia. Cena zupełnie z kosmosu jak na takie warunki.

• Veerle (6/5): Redelijk, behalve de bedden die niet fijn lagen. - De locatie was erg prettig. De communicatie was ook prettig. De bedden vielen enorm tegen. Er zaten enorme deuken in de bedden, waardoor het helemaal niet lekker lag of sliep. De matrassen zijn duidelijk aan vervanging toe.
