In 6 siamo stati comodissimi l appartamento è abbastanza grande. La reception sempre disponibile e gentile Il materasso del divano letto un po' scomodo

• King (7/5): The apartment is quite comfortable to stay however I found it quite expensive, not value for money - The size of the apartment is decent for 4 adults staying and located in good location with nearby restaurants and supermarket. The toilet looks a bit old especially the bathub and shower.

• Xhuljana (10/5): Our stay was fantastic - Our stay was fantastic! The location is perfect—just a few steps from the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is very comfortable, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. The host was also very responsive and always available to help. I stayed with my two children, and it was absolutely the right choice for us. I would 100% recommend it!

Keys issued by machine and additional keys can be requested immediately. No issues to report. Had no problem checking in. No problems with the accommodation.

• Benkirane (4/5): - L’emplacement est parfait proche de la segrada familia Lors de notre arrivée, nous n’avons trouvé personne. Il y a une machine pour faire le check-in soi-même, mais notre carte n’a pas fonctionné. Nous avons contacté l’établissement par téléphone et on nous a dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Ils n’acceptent pas le cash, seulement les cartes, si jamais la nôtre n’avait pas marché, nous aurions pu rester dehors. Le rapport qualité-prix est faible. Les équipements ne sont pas propres, nous n’avons pas trop aimé.

Espacio para todos Mal olor permanente desde el baño principal. No pude pagar por adelantado, solo pagar en el momento de llegar con una máquina habilitada para ello.

Una stanza aveva la finestra che dava su un cavedio, l'altra stanza e il salotto su un interno cortile tremendo, pieno di tubi, impianti, panni stesi, cose abbandonate. Piano basso, buio. La vista poco piacevole e paura a tenere la finestra aperta la notte.

• Santiago (10/5): Excelente, recomendable para parejas y grupos familiares o de amigos - - Vista muy buena de la sagrada familia - Ubicación - Espacio super amplio - Ideal para parejas y familias - Para ingresar al edificio por primera vez tenes que usar un comunicador que tiene un boton que no funciona bien (se traba o hay que presionarlo muy fuerte) y no es clara la instrucción, es un poco desesperante. Podrían indicar las instrucciones mejor y revisar el funcionamiento del aparato. - El checkin se hace con un totem, a pesar de que completamos los datos de checkin por la web tuvimos que volver a llenar todo con el totem asi que se sintio como una perdida de tiempo.
• Marjorie (4/5): - This was a bear bones property. One towel per person and no kitchen towels. There was a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and none in the second bath. The floors were not cleaned properly. No soap in the kitchen for dishes and no dishwasher soap. Two of the mini split ac units leaked a tremendous amount of water all over the place. I called the hotline and spoke to someone who said they could not send anyone out until the next day! Totally unacceptable so I told them the water would be there the next day for them to clean up. They sent someone over within 40 minutes. I cannot recommend this property.

We are 2 adult and 2 children, checked in for three nights and when i entered the apartment, i asked the staff about detergent tablets for the washing machine. Because in the hygenic kit, there is only one detergent for three nights and for 4 persons….! They should have put at least 4 pieces of detergent tablets but the staff told me that i should text them at 9.00 in the morning and ask them for more detergent tablets… ofc i did not because i already did it and they did not ofc care about it… The problem is not detergent tablet, it is the way of behaving like that !!! And also there is plenty of dust on the refrigerator..

• Wei (8/5): - Très proche de Sagrada Familia, plusieurs supermarchés et restaurants sont à côté. L'appartement est assez grand. Le personnel répondait vite à ma demande. Pas assez de papiers toilettes, gel douche, shampoing, etc...Les climatiseurs sont tous déboutées et scotchées. Une seule télécommande pour 3 climatiseurs, pas de bouilloire électrique.

• Josephine (2/5): - It was really disappointing not having AC during a heat wave in July. They compensated with an electric fan on our last day which was useless. Also, the stove wasn't working and we wanted to make food, tea etc but couldn't so had to purchase all meals instead. The toilet on the main bedroom was dripping and made sounds which was irritating. The area itself was the only highlight as it was very convenient to all attractions. I emailed the property after my stay to see if they could reimburse me for all the inconvenience and frustration but they never even bothered to even acknowledge. Would highly caution anyone from booking here!!

• Alejandra (10/5): Great View of Church, lots to do in the area - With a group of 6 a third key would have been more helpful then 2. We had to wait on people or cut things short to meet late group arrivals. Instructions about AC remotes and card insert would have been helpful. Other then that we loved the location and area. Lots of food, grocery stores, and close to bus/subway. Great property with full kitchen, laundry, and view. Overall, great stay I would go back.
