Very friendly service, check-in and check-out was smooth. There was a private sunny balcony in the superior room with view to courtyard.

It was a small boutique hotel with an excellent location. The person who was at the reception was a remarkable man. He was very kind and hospitable. True that great hotels are run by a great team.
• jamesmK3442LP (10/5): Hotel Arioso was fabulous!!! - We recently completed a 6 night stay for our 40th anniversary at Hotel Arioso in Paris. The hotel is both quaint and delightful. Our experience was wonderful. The rooms were perfect. Clean and charming. The staff was amazing... so helpful in every way. They went out their way to serve us and meet/anticipate every need. The food was delicious as well. The location was convenient, safe and excellent as we walked everywhere... day or night! I will not hesitate to stay at Hotel Arioso again. It was absolutely wonderful in every way.

• TRACY (10/5): Excellent stay in Paris - We came for the Olympics. The hotel is older but seems to be fully renovated recently. There is a charm to it with the open court in the middle. Very romantic. It's conveniently located close to groceries, many bakeries around to chose from and 3min walk to Miromesnil station (which take you to Montparnasse train station). During the olympics we were about 20min walk to the first venue at la Concorde but also 15-20 min walk to Opera or Printemps for shopping.
• ashasg03 (10/5): Great boutique hotel - Great little hotel set in the heart of Paris, near the buses and metro station ideally located to visit all the major sites Inc arc de triumph and the eiffel tower. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff are very good and cater for your needs and wants. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Room also come with a free bottle of water. Really enjoyed my stay and if I visit Paris again I would stay here again. Staff make this a great hotel

• I6947ZTlouiseb (10/5): The staff make this hotel extra special - I recently visited Paris with my 11 year old daughter, who was very excited to visit Paris for the first time. Not only is this hotel in a great location, lovely and clean with everything you need, they also have the most amazing team working there who make you feel so welcome from the second you arrive. We had a flight cancellation which meant an extra nights stay at the hotel, and they were so helpful in accommodating us, even letting us keep our room (with a balcony - if you can book one definitely worth it). They were all so lovely and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I would definitely stay again!
• vc1666 (10/5): Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Fantastic staff and lovely hotel. - I cannot begin to say how absolutely fantastic Hotel Arioso was for. The first moment I contacted them to the moment we left. I wanted to take my husband to Paris for a surprise birthday trip and contacted a number of hotels to check availability and see how they responded. Hotel Arioso was, by a mile, the quickest, friendliest and most helpful response. They went out of their way to make me feel that we would be most welcome and they would do what they could to make our trip as special as I wanted it to be. The first person I spoke to, Emanuelle, was absolutely lovely and answered all my questions extremely quickly. She acknowledged that it was my husband’s birthday and let me know there would be a little surprise waiting for him. It became quickly apparent that Hotel Arioso was far more friendly than other hotels I had contacted and seemed to really care that we stayed there and that we would have a wonderful time. I booked and then started speaking to Sana. Sana was beyond incredible. She answered my numerous questions about transport, restaurants, proximity to places I wanted to visit and nothing was too much trouble for her. When we arrived we were delighted to discover a stunning little boutique hotel on a quiet street in one of the best parts of Paris, less than ten minutes walk from the Palais Garnier in the opera district (where I had booked tickets for us to spend the evening at the ballet) and Galleries Lafayette. Sana gave us the warmest welcome possible and made us feel she was genuinely delighted to meet us. We went up to our room, small but beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. On the bed they had put a delightful birthday package together for my husband of balloons, macarons, sweets and other Parisian treats. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and of the very best quality. I have stayed in a few hotels in various parts of France over the past year and breakfasts have generally not been great but the breakfast at Hotel Arioso was extremely good and the exception. I honestly cannot praise this hotel and its staff more highly and recommend it without any hesitation whatsoever.

Staff was nice and accommodating, room was warm and lovely, nice view of the street, classy interior and anything that you could ever need is available.

• Katherine (10/5): - My family stayed two nights in communicating rooms. We loved this cute, little boutique hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and the location is convenient. Lots of eateries in the area and a Monoprix (kinda like a Target) is close which is a bonus. The rooms are small, but its expected in Europe. The decor and atmosphere make up for it. There was construction going on in the hotel to upgrade their AC, but it did not affect our stay. We would recommend this hotel to others and definitely stay again.

The bedroom although compact was more than adequate, nicely decorated, charming, very clean and well appointed. The lounge area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea, coffee and pastries available throughout the day were much appreciated. The hotel is located very close to the metro and plenty of restaurants. It is situated on a quiet side street so very peaceful. A delightful city centre Parisian hotel which from experience we would rate as exceptional.

• Amanda (10/5): Wonderful short stay - Delighted with my stay for a couple of nights in Hotel Arioso. Booked for its proximity to a venue I was attending it far exceeded my expectations. Lovely friendly and efficient welcome, the room was extremely large for a Parisian hotel, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a well stocked and pleasantly designed bathroom. Windows blocked any extraneous noise but since it is on a side street, am guessing that there wasn't much to block anyway, so was entirely undisturbed during my stay. Easy for public transport with two metro stations within a few minutes walk. All in all I couldn't have been happier with my choice.
• Luisa_V_123 (10/5): Great stay at Hotel Arioso - I stayed at Hotel Arioso for 4 nights on a business trip and from the moment I arrived I was welcomed with a smile and all the information I needed. My room was on the ground floor, which I found very convenient for my stay; despite it being by the breakfast room, I could not hear any noise at all and it gave on a lovely courtyard. It was cosy and clean, perfect for a solo stay. I found the service really good, the staff was always ready to provide all the information needed and any suggestions, like nearby restaurants for dinner. I also very much enjoyed their room service, the food was lovely. The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area of Paris. The metro station is within walking distance therefore you can easily reach different areas and landmarks of the city. I would highly recommend Hotel Arioso.
• Keith (10/5): - We were greeted with “Yay! You’re here!!” when we first walked in and that is how our entire stay went. Friendly staff, comfortable common areas, perks like free croissants, candies and coffees/teas and charming rooms were some of the many amenities of this adorable hotel. We were traveling with our two grown children and had two rooms, each with their own bathroom, connected by a little alcove hallway. We could keep our bedroom doors open and close the hall door for a cozy home-like atmosphere. Everything was perfect!
• Helengusmeroli (2/5): HORRIBLE, don’t go - Our stay was horrible, i’ve bene for christmas with my friend and the girl at the reception treat us super bad, she pretend back to pay another night , couse the room wa “ dirty” , so we pay another night more about 250€ that there are peoples in the world that live a month with that money, she also fight with me and say horrible things, in front of other people, never EVER had this bad experience in all my life, I suggest you to don’t go in this hotel, If you don’t want to repeat that experience. And I grow up in a family business that we have more then 3 hotels in como lake, so I know what does it means, and honestly it’s the first time I do this, but that bad memory it’s still in my mind. As you can see in the video the room was normal, and we got to pay back to her about 250€ more.

• 622abbiew (4/5): Avoid 605!! - I booked this hotel for a business stay - it was advertised as four star and more costly than others so I assumed the hotel would match. I had booked what was listed as ‘single room, ground floor, courtyard view’ so was anticipating small, fine! What I didn’t anticipate was this room being in the middle of the breakfast room with the only window being internal, directly facing the breakfast room. The ‘courtyard’ advertised is actually their internal one. As a solo female traveller I felt incredibly uncomfortable as there was little privacy so spoke to the receptionist. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and they refused to refund me the room so I could book somewhere else. I ended up with little choice but to stay in a room where I felt uncomfortable and could hear every noise from the dining room, especially when they were setting up for breakfast at 5/6am. The room was also unbearably hot, with no external ventilation or air con. The toilet had been used and not flushed, the carpet dirty and I found a hair in the bed. All for £220 p/n. All in all a terrible experience with little help to resolve form the manager, even though all I wanted was a refund so I could find somewhere I felt safer.

• H9752KIcallumb (10/5): Stunning Hotel is the best location - We booked Hotel Arioso for our 1st wedding anniversary trip to Paris and we are glad we did. The room was beautiful and had amazing large windows that opened up for us to look down the beautiful street it’s located on. The bed was very comfy and was cleaned to a very high standard daily. The best thing was the location. About 500m from the hotel doors was the Miromesnil metro station. From here you can get to every major tourist site within 10 minutes on the metro. We will definitely be staying here again and can’t wait to come back.
• frenard (10/5): Great boutique hotel - We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for a couple of days, and we are so glad to have landed there. Our room had that “je ne sais quoi” that got us right in the Paris’ mood. Staff was very nice - and that’s not always the case in Paris. And the location is just perfect from walking distances from Opera, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe and may other places.

The place has a unique smell and on our second night we figured out what it was, there were someone else's poo stained boxers under our bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and overall the property seemed clean by Europe standards. The AC didn't work very well so. The room could use a fan of sorts to help circulate the air.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Perfect location for a couple of days in Paris. Pleasant staff and spotlessly clean room. Nice touch to have the robes and slippers in the rooms. Only downfall was a rather poor hairdryer and a sink that seemed to be dripping slightly underneath on our last morning. As these were very minor points, I would 100% choose Hotel Arioso for our next trip to Paris.

The rooms are very tiny but efficiently laid out. I would stay here again as a solo traveler, but the rooms are a bit tiny for two.

They also did not provide toilet paper and I had to request every day. However, the staff was always willing to help and they were very polite and courteous. The hotel was cozy and felt very homey.

It really felt like home for our short stay. The room was an OK size, bed was huge and comfortable. Our only let down was that directly around it there was not a lot to see, but a 15 minute walk or short subway ride away was all the action.

It is on a quiet street, which we liked, and the rooms are very comfortable, clean and well decorated. We would have liked to have the option for a continental breakfast at the hotel for less, as we found the cost for what was offered a bit high at 17 euros per person for essentially bread, eggs, juice and fruit, but this was not a deal breaker since there are plenty of places around where you can go enjoy a similar breakfast for much less. Overall however, it was a great experience and we would certainly stay here again.

• Eric (8/5): Very good value for Paris - Good value for downtown Paris, although the location might not be ideal for location-minded tourists, as it's a couple of kilometers from the exact center of the city, even though in a fashionable district. Within walking distance are the Louvre museum and Place de la Concorde. Rooms are small, although again, that's typical for Paris. The air conditioning was very welcome during the heat wave. The breakfast was minimal, but adequate. I would recommend this hotel for an extended stay because of its affordability; just be prepared to travel a bit to reach the city's big attractions, such as Seine river boat tours and Notre Dame Cathedral. The fashionable Latin Quarter and St-Germain areas, and the Luxembourg gardens and Musée d'Orsay and Cluny Museum are on the opposite side of the river, about 5 km (3 miles) away from the hotel, but easily accessible by Metro, or on foot after a scenic half-hour or so. Not all of Paris' best attractions are clustered together, so there is no single, ideal location for a hotel. If location is your No. 1 consideration, try Hôtel Michelet Odeon.
• Cam (6/5): - Walking distance from Arc de Triumph and some nice cafes; minor cleanliness issues--scuffs on the wall, stains on robe in bathroom, stains on linen; Druid ( staff member) was exceptionally helpful as he offered to walk my luggage up 3 flights of stairs while the lift was being repaired, nice breakfast
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel centrally located in Saint Augustin - Great staff greeting and service. Excellent located close to Seine, parks, museums. Classic original decor - more upmarket than most boutique hotels.
• R (4/5): Would never stay again, unsafe and unreliable - Went downstairs to have breakfast but since I had all my valuables lying out I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door. I came upstairs 45 minutes later to find the maid and another staff member in my room whispering to each other. They jumped when they saw me and started scrambling to get out. When I asked why they were in my room when the sign clearly said do not disturb they pretended not to speak any English, when I had spoken to them both in English in the days before. I went to the front desk asking for an explanation and they basically said they go into rooms with the do not disturb sign on often and could not offer an explanation. The staff just made me feel really uncomfortable. Definitely not staying here again.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I would not recommend the hotel first of all the air conditioning is not working and I had to open the window which is it was very noisy also on the shower there is no hot water and the shower towel wasn’t so clean
• Verified traveler (6/5): Definitely NOT 4 star! - The hotel was adequate, but certainly not what was expected from an advertised 4 star hotel. The room was small but did have all the essentials. The bathroom was out dated, with chips in the bath and a shower-head that didn't want to stay in its holder! Breakfast was poor, mostly continental, which was fine, but no fresh tea or coffee - you had to make this yourself with hot water left on the side. Everything was just a bit poor quality, 2 star rather than 4. The breakfast staff barely communicated with us. Tables weren't cleared. As a coeliac I need a gluten free diet, but there was no gluten free alternatives for cereal or bread - again now what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Now I understand why it seemed such a good deal when I booked it.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms were not upkept. My shower head was broken and the stink kept clogging. But the housekeeper already knew about these things since I saw the shower head just laying in the tub. The carpet in the room was dirty, so were the towels and sheets, all stained. The hotel concierge couldn't even recommend a restaurant for dinner.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Room was typical European size (for Americans, on the small size) bathroom was large and clean. Staff was excellent and very helpful in planning our excursions, etc. Location was excellent. 10-15 min walk to Champs-Elysee and 5 minute walk to Metro. The quad room was a blessing for my family of four with two separate rooms and two bathrooms!
• Arianna (2/5): Total lack of privacy and a staff who doesn't care - Zero privacy in room 304 and a staff that does not care. If you stay in this room, prepare to keep your black out curtains closed the entire time or share your room with anyone who decides to go on the balcony that is outside the room. All the staff needed to do was put up signage saying that the balcony door in the hallway was an emergency exit only - instead they just say "oh sorry, people don the normally use it". So much for that when there were people there 3 times in only a 2 night stay. The staff didn't do anything to help and made no offers to try and compensate for the total invasion of privacy. An absolute sham for a 4 star hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice hotel - This was a very nice hotel. The location is great. Next to the metro and could walk almost everywhere. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Pomze right around the corner. The room was nice and clean. A bit on the small size but everything in Paris is. The wi-fi wasn't that good but workable. Breakfast was good but if you are like me and like to start your day with a great coffee instead I highly recommend walking to illy cafe (look it up on google maps). All hotel staff spoke English and was very helpful and courteous.
• Prashant (6/5): Good location. Small rooms. Bad breakfast - We stayed for 5 days here. The location is great and staff are very helpful. It's a 15 min walk from Place de Concorde and very close to the metro. However, the rooms are small (may be a paris thing - every tour spoke to the high cost) which is also ok. The one thing that we didn't like was the breakfast - Only cold items (all hot items are charged extra, including omlettes) and they were all sweet. There was nothing savoury on the entire menu. Felt cheated paying 200+ euros per night and getting this every morning
• Verified traveler (6/5): central and safe location - The doors on the corridors outside of room is heavy and slammed many times by other guests waking up us early mornings. It was quite annoying. Also people smoke cigarettes on the corridor causing quite bad smell and irritation of throat.
• Frances (8/5): Nice hotel close to everything - Hotel was a little hard to find in a side street and the hotel sign was not very visible, but we were pleasantly surprised when we finally found it. We had reserved a room for us and one for our daughter and her husband and they put us on the same floor which was very convenient. Rooms were decent size, well appointed and NOT noisy. All the staff were friendly. Guilaine, who checked us in, was especially helpful with map guides and places to go eat. She got us a taxi for the early morning ride to the airport (the kids had left earlier than us and had taken a combination of bus and train to CDG). A lot of the tourist attractions were within fairly easy walking distance or easily accessible by bus or metro. A very good hotel for a visit to Paris.
• Carolyn (8/5): Pleasant, great service! - Location was a bit isolated, but that did make it quiet. Access to metro was tolerable, just not many places to eat really close by.
• John (10/5): Romantic weekend in Paris - Good location to walk around Paris. Nice little terrace balcony outside our room for glass of wine in the evening & coffee in the morning. Not a spectacular view, but nice all the same.
• PamofChesapeake (8/5): Very cozy quiet hotel in good location. - We only stayed for one night before heading home from Paris. But, the staff was very pleasant and helped us by storing our bags before check-in and with local information. The bed was small for our standards as we normally sleep in a king bed, but, the pillows, linens, towels, etc were all clean and comfortable. while the room was quiet small, everything in it was nice and it was very quiet which i value.
• SALVADOR (8/5): NICE HOTEL AND THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT - VERY GOOD HOTEL, SMALL BUT VERY COMFORTABLE. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, COMPLETE BREAKFAST AND EXCELLENT LOCATION.
• Grant (8/5): First time in Venice - Location of the hotel was off the main tourist areas, which was nice and more quite. Very close to water boat station, local restaurants and shops. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again.

• Tom (10/5): Great location, very helpful staff - The staff were very helpful and provided some great recommendations for restaurants. The room was lovely and very clean, though the awkward shape made getting round one side of the bed a little difficult. Also,as it is a fairly small hotel all rooms are close to the lift shaft. We were right next door to it so could hear every time anyone used it

• Alex (8/5): Just right - We got a very good deal - one night (Saturday) for around £86. Watch the price - I think they can go to more than 200 Euros for the same room. Very good location indeed and a nice, clean and uncomplicated hotel. Would certainly stay there again (if the price is right) which should be all the recommendation you need.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent hotel in Paris - Simply one of the best. The hotel is at the heart of Paris. The room is relatively small, but extremely nice. I feel it likes my own home with everything I need. It has pajama and slipper even! Room is clean and cute. Decorated well. I love the Bathtub That most European hotels do not have. Highly recommend to everyone.
