El baño con agujeros en las paredes tapados con papel, humedad, la habitación como se fuera un cajón, te bajabas de la cama de dos plazas por un solo lado, el otro es pared. El baño chico y la ducha sin espacio para nada. No se dejen engañar por el nombre. Feo todo.

I letti erano comodi, sia quello matrimoniale che quello singolo aggiunto nella camera. Il bagno: non una mensola dove appoggiare il sapone, non un porta asciugamani (nè per le mani vicino al lavandino, nè quello vicino al bidet)

Хорошие завтраки, отличное соотношение цены и качества. До piazza Navonа 10 минут пешком, до Ватикана также. На кухне есть микроволновка, стаканы, приборы. Нам было удобно с детьми. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Желаем процветания и удачи.

Em primeiro lugar a dificuldade em manter contato com administração e a forma de fazer check in, pois a partir das 21:00 horas não tem ninguém na recepção e não existe nada claro sobre como isso se dará…Sentir muita dificuldade pois estava programado para chegar após as 21:00 horas e mandei diversas mensagens via aplicativo e WhatsApp e não obtive resposta. Vale ressaltar que não tive problema, pois cheguei antes das 21:00 horas e tinha uma pessoa me esperando e deu tudo certo, contudo, durante a madrugada ouvimos a campainha e telefone tocar e sem resposta. Vi isso com preocupação! O banheiro é grande, contudo, a área de banho é minúscula e poderia melhorar !

• Talena (8/5): Great area and host. - The location is amazing! Safe and able to drop off bags until check in time. The fridge did not work and the heat was confusing and we are not sure it worked or not. It is really small, so be prepared to scoot by each other.
• Jonathan (8/5): - The location was great easy walk to the Vatican. Christopher was very accommodating and friendly made us a good breakfast. Meeting such a kind person was a great way to start our day. The door system was complicated and many guests struggled to enter the property. The facilities in the rooms need a lot of repairs, including the AC unit. Rooms were smaller and more dated than expected from the pictures and price.

• loredana (8/5): Bella la posizione e la struttura, da migliorare la pulizia e alcuni accorgimenti nel bagno - Posizione e accoglienza ottima, lo staff ha spiegato e mostrato le modalità di accesso con precisione e cura. In camera era presente un mini frigo e una cassaforte, l'apertura della porta di ingresso alla struttura e alla camera si aprivano con un codice e quindi le chiavi erano solo quelle di accesso al palazzo Le condizioni del bagno cieco. Poca pulizia della ventola dell'aeratore e del bordo del muretto, in cui la polvere regnava sovrana, la mancanza di uno sgabello, magari da riporre, quando non usato, sotto il lavandino, per poggiare i vestiti, o altro necessario... e qualche gancio in più per appendere gli asciugamani... visto che ce ne era solo uno

In our room the bathroom was bad.. there was water leaking from the back of the shower in the living room.. the door handle of the shower came off.. we asked for a room change no response.. clearly overpriced for what’s being offered.. we tried to spend as less time as possible

Staff were super friendly and helpful The room is smaller than expected and the shower is tiny. A bigger person will have a hard time moving around in it. The refrigerator was noisy. • Martina (8/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen - Top Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Vatikan. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung einschließlich Flughafen- Shuttle. Frühstück ausreichend gut, super Kaffee. Klimaanlage und Minibar für warme Tage vorhanden. Für kurze Aufenthalte absolut zu empfehlen Dunkler Hinterhofblick, die Zimmer einschließlich Bett sind eher beengt, auch die Dusche.

• Shanaka (8/5): Very Close to the Vatican - The location is fantastic, just a 10 minute walk to St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and explained the multiple access codes and keys for entry. The shower cubical was extremely small for a comfortable shower. My flight to Rome was arriving early morning so I paid for the room from the day before. I did not realise the reception only works from 2pm onwards. When I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival I was given access to the hotel through a website called Vikey after uploading my passport details. When I arrived at the property a staff member was waiting for me. It was a pleasant stay.
• Jessica (10/5): Muito boa, eu e minha família tivemos uma excelente noite de descanso. - A acomodação é muito confortável, tudo limpinho e organizado, o recepcionista muito prestativo, o Cristopher, guardou as nossas malas até a hora do check in, outro detalhe é que na esquina próxima ao hotel tem duas empresas de ônibus que levam direto ao aeroporto por apenas 6 euros por pessoa. Vale muito a pena se hospedar lá. Só não gostei muito do piso do banheiro, que não é de revestimento cerâmico.

• Timothy (8/5): - Perfectly located and quiet, comfortable room with private entry. Walking distance to the Vatican and literally opposite the Castel Sant'Angelo. It's also close to the metro and v v close to one of the airport bus stops. Friendly staff and nice bonus to have breakfast included. Really all you could need. Could do with a light renovation, lots of little broken things (fixtures, fittings, edges of the surface of the laminate flooring worn away, loose toilet seat etc). It was clean, just all has seen better days.
