• Daniela (2/5): - Reservamos una habitación con baño y nos dieron una con baño compartido, aceptamos ya que estábamos ahí y al verlo no daban ganas de usarlo, la insonorización es un concepto que no conocen, llegamos cansados y teníamos que usar tapones para poder dormir ya que el ruido de fuera como el de las habitaciones de al lado y de la planta de arriba no nos dejaron descansar, solo nos recibieron al llegar y luego no volvimos a ver a ningún responsable, en conclusión nada recomendable a pesar de estar cerca de la estación de tren que sería el único punto a favor que tienen.
• Zhiyong (2/5): - There is no Air conditioner in the room. Outside temperature is 35 degree Celsius. It was very uncomfortable and feeling very bad not only to hotel, also to the city of Florence.
• Joshua (6/5): - Door to check in was locked. Ringing the doorbell and messaging the property did not help. After waiting outside for twenty minutes after I told the property I would check in, I was able to enter as someone else left. The property manager was not at his desk when I entered either, and it took another several minutes to check in.

• Paula (4/5): - The room was very hot. The city was hot, but the room was terribly hot. They had fans in the room. The sheets were clean and bathroom, but under bed there was a stack of lint looks like never cleaned under bed. It was walking distance to center of town.

After check-in, there's no management present on the premises should you have questions, etc. This is more of a glorified hostel than a hotel.

• Verified traveler (2/5): It is not a Hotel, rather a Hostel - We booked Soggiorno Primavera for a Business trip. On the day of arrival, there was a pile of rubbish outside the place and once passed the rubbish, rung the bell, we were greeted by a gentleman on the stair as there was no reception area on the ground floor. The 'Hotel' is located on the first floor. The gentleman made us pay for our rooms for three nights first and then gave us keys to the room. I went to the room and there was no facility (lavatory). I went back to the gentleman i queried, in which he said it was stated on the website. I checked the website and couldn't locate it. So i stayed in a very cramped room with shared toilet down the corridor. For the three days we stayed we saw none. There was NOBODY around and no staff, unlike what is been mentioned on their website. The toilet was NEVER Cleaned in the three days we stayed. It was a traumatising few days and i will NEVER go back and would never recommend it. It is not a B&B Hotel it is rather a Hostel as it is stated on its outside door with golden plaque. Save your money and book somewhere else, it is not worth the amount we paid (over £220). A very disappointed customer, from the lack of staff engagement, cleanliness and shortage of facilities. Finally, the reviews on the website cannot be genuine, what is been described it is not TRUE!

A minha única observação é que ao longo dos dois dias que passei na hospedagem, não limparam o banheiro, e considero que essa deveria ser uma atividade diária.

• Kasun (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable, Great value for money - We stayed 3 nights at Soggiorno Primavera and it was a small guest with few rooms. Looks bit old but nice and pleasant. We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was mid sized, little bit old yet clean and nice with all the necessary amenities. Towels and blankets were provided and in-room heater was there. Hot water worked perfectly. Daily house keeping and cleaning were done. The owner Massimo and his wife were super friendly and helped us providing information about tourist attractions, markets and public transport. Massimo gave us a tourist map of the Florence city and recommended some restaurants for dine as well. Also he offered us an early check-in and the check-in process was quick and hassle free. He welcomed us warmly and treated as family members. The location was really convenient and easy access to public transport. The tram stop was next to the motel and the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station was close by and less than 10 minutes by walk if you travel by train. There were some restaurants near by and the motel was also equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle and a refrigerator that can be used as wish. Tea and coffee packets were provided for self service. The overall stay was nice and pleasant. It was a great value for the money and can be recommended for several nights in Florence without any doubt.

This B&B is within walking distance of everything. However, the place is in need of some serious refurb.

It was equipped with the essentials such as a towel and blankets. It had many fans to compensate for lack of AC, which was totally fine. Had to fight off a few mosquitoes, but nothing serious. Owner was very friendly, and helped us with any questions we had about Florence. Overall a good stay for a budget traveler.

We reached out to EXPEDIA for help but they let us down too, we had to look for our place to stay for that night. I will never book from expedia anymore.

• Madeleine (8/5): - Pleasant budget place in Florence - 15 mins walk from train station which is handy and that area is also the start of the historic part of Florence - (so a further 10 mins or so to Duomo) - so not staying in the historic centre but that keeps the price down too. About 30 minutes walk to Uffizi. All safe to walk later at night which is handy too. Massimo who owns Soggiorno Primavera is a delight and very helpful and makes sure the place is run well. Be aware that he doesn't live there and reception has limited hours - but he is very contactable on What's app etc.

• Lauren Cheung (10/5): Nice B&B close to SMN - The B&B is conveniently situated near SMN station (around 5-10 mins walk). The host Massimo was very helpful and nice. He helped us with directions in the city and also kindly helped us print our ticket. He also prepared refreshments in the room everyday. Bathrooms and toilets were clean. We are really satisfied with our stay :) Neighbourhood is quite quiet as well!

• Sharon (8/5): Great place to stay - I didn't realize when I made the reservation that the room did not have its own bathroom, but it really wasn't a problem. The bathroom and room were very clean. The proximity to the train station was great (we didn't have to use a taxi). But best of all, the owner (?) Massimo was so friendly and helpful that he made the stay very pleasant.

• Karen (10/5): Great little room in Florence!! - I booked this place based on the reviews, then received a lovely personal email from Massimo, following up. I was a little nervous when we got there, as this place seemed more like a hostel than a bnb, and the room and neighborhood on first glance - seemed a little "iffy," but now I understand why people love to stay here. Massimo is AMAZING. This was my favorite place I stayed in Italy. He is friendly, personable, funny, warm, easy to deal with, and made our overnight stay just perfect, even bringing us breakfast to our room (we got the room with the private bath, btw). I felt perfectly safe. The room was warm, the wifi worked great, and the bed was super-comfy. Anything we needed, we had or just needed to ask. He let us keep our bags there all day after we checked out, so we didn't have to carry them around Florence (we weren't leaving 'til the evening). Highly recommended. Thanks, Massimo! I hope we'll see you again someday!
• Verified traveler (10/5): 시내와 약간 거리가 있지만 정말 친절하심 ㅠ - 주요 관광지에서 약간 떨어져 있다는 점이 이 숙소의 단점이지만 피렌체 시내 자체가 작은 편이라 걷기를 아주 싫어하시는 분들만 아니라면 충분히 도보로도 접근할 수 있습니다. 아무튼 시내와는 가깝지 않다는 점 유의하셔야할 것 같습니다(오는 길에 봤더니 그래도 4성급 호텔들이 이 주변에 몇 개 있긴 하더라구요. 이런걸 보면 위치가 그리 나쁘진 않은건가.. ㅋ). 산타마리아노벨라역에서 비교적 가까운 편이지만 매우 가깝지는 않습니다^^ 숙소의 주인분이 정말 매우 격하게 친절하시고, 외출을 하고 오면 방도 깨끗이 청소해주십니다. 아침식사도 간소하지만 꼬박꼬박 잘 챙겨주시구요. 시내 관광 포인트 및 맛집소개도 정성스럽게 잘 해주십니다. 전 좋았어요 ㅋ

• Ishtiaque (10/5): - This was a great 4 night B&B place. Reasonable price, good location 7 min walk to SMN Firenzie train station. 20 min walk to all the major historical sites in florence. Massimo was extremely helpful even booked dinner reservations for the 4 of us.
• Kavita (6/5): - It is a B&B and hence cannot be compared to hotel services. But the owner was helpful and available. Location is 10 mins walk from the central place and all attractions. Overall , it was a good experience and recommended if you are not very particular about 4 star facilities and if you are just looking to spend a night and freshen up . • F (10/5): Nice base when in Florence for a few days. - I had a pleasant stay and made to feel welcome. The hotel owner Massimo was very informative and helpful.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Don't look like a bed and breakfast - I was very disappointed of the condition of the facility. It was very run down and it did not make us feel comfortable to stay in.
• Nishanth (8/5): Florence room close to station & di Bassi fortress - Massimo is very helpful and gentle. He even arranged for a breakfast to be left in the evening as I had to leave early in the morning. Could not find a better host. There was a bit of traffic and train noise in the very large room that looked onto the road (where I stayed the first night), but the second and third nights I was in an inner room with a private bathroom, where it was quieter. Room sizes are very large.
• USA Traveler (6/5): Outstanding owner and close to everything, - Close to train station, good wifi access. Owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. He provides very good directions and town recommendations. Small bed needs some work for comfort. A fan in the room would be helpful since there is no air conditioner.

The toilet door was broken, caused lot of inconvenience and the furniture was old. Breakfast could be improved especially on the quantity. Overall good and is located close to Santa Maria Novella station, so commuting was easy.
• Tracy (10/5): Great Host - The host, Massimo is very kind and helpful. Nice B&B. Thanked for his recommended restaurant which steak were so nice. Close to SMN Station, just less than 10 mins walk.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place for the price! - Nice place for the money. For a "B&B" the breakfast must be significantly improved since it basically just a small continental breakfast.

• ted lai (6/5): Nearby firenze train station - Massmimo and Marrissa possesses great smiles. Positively, there is a microwave, so we got some pasta from nearby conad supermarket. This saves us some pennies. The ensuite is big by italian standard. Set back is only the tv is too small. The occupants upstairs made too much noise at 4am, dragging chairs etc. But it is not owned by this B&B, so I see no point feedback to Massimo, as little he can do too.

• Chin (8/5): Cosy B&b close to station - Walking distance from Florence train station. Place with no frills but otherwise clean and comfortable. Owners were lovely and very helpful.

• Steph (8/5): Clean and friendly hotel close to train station - We were after a place to stay in Florence for one night while transiting through to elsewhere by train. Proximity to the train station was important for us so that is why we chose this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and spacious, the bathrooms (although shared) were very clean and always available. Although close to the train station, it is also a very easy walk to the main sites of Florence, and we were extremely happy with our stay.
• mon (8/5): good service - nice location and owners are sweet and helpful. it's easy to find and only 5 minutes away from train station.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing stuff, nice, clean, quiet. - There are no words to describe how amazing Massimo was. He made reservations for museums, he changed them in short notice, he made restaurant reservations, he told us everything the was to know.... simple amazing. All the time he was alone since his wife was away on a visit but despite all that he did a perfect job running the place.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Friendly hotel close to central station - I had a quick visit to Florence and needed somewhere central to stay overnight. This is a small, friendly, family run hotel. The owner, a husband and wife are really helpful and pleasant people. they gave me advice on where to eat and were very happy to look after my bags after i checked out so I could spend and hour or 2 walking around. I would definitely stay again.
