• Teresa (10/5): Lovely property, with a great location. - The room was larger than expected; the bathroom even larger. The breakfast (a European thing is carb laden, but) was satisfying with, yogurt, orange juice, croissants and toast (with jam, butter, honey or cream cheese), Cappiccino, or another hot beverage. A kettle in room to heat water 24/7 (wonderful since I drink decaf tea). the Residenza location was awesome. We (my husband 74 and me 70) were 2/3rds thru a 32 day European holiday (needless to say I OVERPACKED), so getting from the main canal to the property was only a two-minute walk with all our bags. Ness and her staff were friendly, professional and a joy to see and chat with. We were given lots of suggestions for meals, travel or tours, etc. Leaving after five days...

Parfait pour découvrir Venise Seul bémol le petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon, peu copieux et que des produits industriels, à éviter.Nous ne l'avons pris que le premier jour.
• Steve (9/5): Would we stay again ...... absolutely!! - For us Residenza Goldoni was all about the location and for that alone we give it a 10/10. Although our room was small it had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Nessa provided us with a friendly, first class service. As we were arriving on a early morning flight she very kindly prioritised our room so we were able to check in early and she stored our suitcase for us when we checked out as we were catching a late flight home. The hotel was perfectly located, clean, comfortable and authentically Venetian. Thank you for looking after us so well Nessa. Nothing, loved it all!

• Anna (2/5): - The couple before we left at the reception were lovely. The property was 3 min from Rialto and 10 from San Marco Square. The receptionist that first received us was unprofessional. No breakfast, no water on our arrival, someone to helped us to carry our suitcases to the third floor (no elevator), no service at all. Small room and bathroom for the amount of money that I payed. Would not recommend it.

• Nandana (2/5): Bad experience!! My daughter had mosquito bites all over her arms and face. - Location Very small room. No natural air flow to the room. It has windows but if you open it mosquitoes will enter and bite you. Staff said air condition is regulated by government so you might have to end sleeping in the hot. I would not recommend staying here.

Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρά, το σαπούνι για τα χέρια και το σώμα ήταν σε καλές ποσότητες. Το check in ήταν αυτόματο και πολύ εύκολο. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και μας έδωσαν χρήσιμες συμβουλές για την βόλτα μας στην πόλη. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο και οι σκάλες ήταν κάπως στενές. Ίσως είναι πρόβλημα εάν έχετε μεγάλες αποσκευές, εμείς δεν είχαμε οπότε δεν μας ενόχλησε.
• Akshata (8/5): Overall, a great stay if you want to see Venice in a day - The location is just too good! It’s clean and the staff is pretty helpful However, the check out time is a bit early, also the extra charges for everything is a bit too much especially for the price you pay for the room! Also, they don’t have elevators which is crazy, luckily we were in the 1st floor but carrying bags all the way to 2 and 3rd floors might be tiresome !
