- Carolyn (3/5): Ca' San Polo is wearing a mask of pretense, it is NOT what it claims and is NOT WORTH £600+ /night. - The air conditioning and wifi. -I was charged DOUBLE OCCUPANCY as a single guest. OUTRAGEOUS. -I contacted the hotel 11 DAYS prior to my reservation start date via Booking.com to modify my reservation and was informed that I would be charged 1 night if I did NOT show up on the start date EVEN THOUGH my Booking.com account screen read: "You can still modify or cancel your booking". Within 1 hour of this initial request (11 days prior) my account screen then changed to "NO CHANGES can be made you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT". 🤯 -I informed the hotel that I'd be arriving LATE between 22:00 - 00:00 and had my assistant call ahead to convey this verbally. The hotel staff then proceeded to EMAIL me whilst I was traveling from LONDON complicated VIKEY codes with the warning "YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION TO CHECK-IN AFTER 20:00". 🤯 The hotel staff then LEFT my room key in the office WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. When I arrived at approx. 01:20 a GUEST came out of her room in her pjs to help me. -The bathroom had a bad smell coming from the shower drain upon entering the room. The shower stall was extremely small with two broken shower doors that DID NOT close making it impossible to use. -The "mandatory pre check-in" process was emailed to me with little time to complete. Difficult and aggravating, this took me 45 minutes on the day I was traveling, requiring photos of my passport AND a photo of me HOLDING my passport, seriously imposing on my time. -The bathroom towels, while clean, were in terrible condition. -The room lighting was annoyingly dim. -The television DID NOT WORK. -The hair dryer in the bathroom was a combination razor disposal (gross) with NO drying POWER.

- Natascia (7/5): La bellezza al quarto piano - Lo stile della camera é tipico veneziano, l'altana al quarto piano é bellissima e la sala della colazione molto carina. La posizione comoda e centrale con tanti locali vicini e abbastanza comoda a molte cose da vedere. Avevo prenotato una camera travata a vista, cosa che non si é verificata, la doccia estremamente piccola. Ho richiesto un cuscino aggiuntivo, essendo in gravidanza e non bastano quelli che c'erano in camera, ma non mi é stato consegnato. Da migliorare la pulizia delle corsie delle scale, un po impolverate. I vetri non molto insonorizzati. Prezzo un po alto. Colazione standard, corretti i 10€.

Vam arribar d'hora i ens van preparar l'habitació per poder entrar abans i mentrestant vam poder deixar maletes per poder veure Venècia. L'habitació espaiosa, neta i amb molt encant. La situació és perfecte perquè és a prop de tot arreu. Lloc molt recomanable. Hi tornaríem! Tot perfecte. Per sugerir alguna cosa, vam trobar a faltar l'oli d'oliva a l'esmorzar

- Inge (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, in Nähe der Vaporetto Station S. Toma. Sehr freundliches Personal. Vielfältiges, preisgünstiges Frühstück mit frischem Obst. Praktischer kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Gut funktionierende Heizung. Nette kleine benutzbare Dachterrasse. Bequeme Betten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat aber auch einen speziellen Charme ausgemacht.

- belinda (7/5): Una notte a Venezia - Struttura carina nella zona San Polo. Vicina a molte attrazioni e con distanze giuste: a 10minuti a piedi da Ponte di Rialto e a 15minuti a Piazza San Marco. Camera piccola, ma ottima per passarci una notte. Staff gentile, colazione carina che si potrebbe leggermente ampliare con qualche scelta in più !
- Gilmar Vieira (8/5): Recomendo - Um quarto com a verdadeira essência de Veneza. Nosso check-in precisou ser feito bem tarde da noite, mas a equipe entrou em contato pelo WhatsApp e deu tudo certo. O café da manhã é muito bom, tudo estava limpo e o banheiro é espaçoso. Resumo: recomendo! As escadas para chegar ate o quarto. Recepção do hotel muito pequena.

- Elisabetta (7/5): Nice rooms for rent in a nice area of the city - The location was very good, close to the train station and close to the Rialto bridge and San Marco, in a quiet area of the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable . We didn’t have breakfast there. The ladies at the reception were very nice and friendly, the hotel had a terrace very pretty. I booked 2 rooms, the one at the 4 th floor was very nice, the one at the second floor was ok, the toilet seat was broken and the shower head was falling all the time, but for the rest everything was very clean and nice, the room was warm, we had extra blankets, a fridge and an electric kettle.

Nu mi-a plăcut pentru ca nu au avut papuci de UF in camera ,ținând cont de faptul ca pe jos era un beton doar colorat de foarte multi ani. Nu mi-a plăcut la baie ca erau multe chestii foarte vechi,ruginite si nu tocmai schimbate recent. De menționat este faptul ca ,prosoapele erau pătate, se vedea uzura lor de foarte multi ani, petele fiind vechi si îngălbenit prosopul. Ar mai fi de menționat si faptul, ca suportul de sub oglinda lipsea cu desăvârșire, adică nu era sticla. Este într o locație liniștită, foarte aproape de centru ,este si pacat sa nu fie ceva cat de cat nou si îmbunătățit. Totuși aproape 70 pt o noapte e ceva.
