• Mirici (5/5): Sadece uyumak için kalınabilir bunun için bile çok pahalı - Oteli seçmemin en önemli sebebi zaten konumuydu, Her şeyin tam ortasında olması otantik bir deneyim sundu,fakat bunun için bile çok güvensiz bir hissiyatı vardı Yer eski olabilir, venedik'teki tüm binalar öyle ve belli bir kültür korunmaya çalışılıyor saygı duyarım fakat bu miktarda para alan bir işletmenin fiyatına uygun bir hizmet vermesi gerekirdi, neyse ki yorumlarda okuduğum üzerine kirli değildi bunun için teşekkürler ama bu zaten olmalı, ön kapı kilitlenmiyor elektrik bir gidip bir geliyor ve resepsiyon görevlisini aradıktan 30-45 dakika sonra gelmesi ve bekleme yerinin kötülüğünü saymıyorum bile, tuvalet ve geri kalan her şey temizdi ama tavsiye ederim diyemem çok üzgünüm

• Patricia (3/5): Für eine Nacht reicht es aus. Wer mehrere Nächte bleiben will sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. - Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Saubere Handtücher und sauberes Bett. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Die Duschkabine war innen und außen schmutzig. Der Seifenhalter am Waschbecken war eklig braun und abgenutzt.

• Emeline (3/5): Passez votre chemin! - L'emplacement est bien Récupération des clés a 14h40 au lieu de 14h soucis de ménage. 2 prises electrique pour toute la chambre (une derrière l'armoire et l'autre dans la salle de bain) pas du tout pratique. Rue très bruyante. Chambre très petite 9m². Pour le prix je trouve cela abusif. Une porte de douche manquante et l'autre cassé. Super pratique pour se doucher! Vraiment passé votre chemin. J'étais vraiment déçu. Pour 130 euros j'aurais préférer payer plus chere mais avoir quelque chose d'un minimum agréable. Très mal insonorisé. Le soir on entends tout les voisins rentrer dans la chambre jusqu'à 2h du matin pour notre emplacement une horreur. Je déconseille vraiment cette résidence.

• Juan Manuel (2/5): No vale lo que se paga, necesita mejorar - Bastante diferente a las imágenes del anuncio pero tiene buena ubicación Nos hizo esperar más de media hora en la calle para hacer el Cheking, no tenía agua caliente, y al día siguiente solo salía templada. Almohadas muy duras y colchón para romperse la espalda, muy blando y te hundes, necesita un cambio urgente. Otros huéspedes no dejaban dormir con mucho ruido. Comunicación con anfitrión mala, solicito factura y después de una semana no me la envían. Mala experiencia.

В ванной темно как в погребе. Матрасы пружинные виды видавшие. Сломанный слив в туалете … цена «отеля» потолок 50 евро в сутки. Жуть жутчайшая. Кроме хорошего расположения самого дома - все остальное к сожалению сплошной минус.
• Gladys (3/5): - La ubicación 😊 Bianqueria limpia y nueva 🙋‍♀️ La única cosa buena que tiene este alojamiento es la ubicación esta cerca a todo en pleno centro de la cuidad, para empezar la limpieza en toda la habitación muy mala polvo acumulado por todos lados no nueves nunca la cama debajo está el polvo acumulado, los tres días sufrimos con alergia, cosas en el baño rotas como el vaso para poner los cepillos, el lava caras roto solo lo pegaron con pegamento, en los tres días no hubo haga caliente, la recepción nunca atiende por suerte el último día nos atendió para decir que dejamos la llave y las valijas, no te preguntan si está todo bien o necesitas algo, por último la cama no es cama matrimonial solo que unen dos camas individuales, pero eso no es todo, los viejos que están los colchones no pudimos dormir bien ninguna de las noches, la cantidad de polvo en la televisión, que no está colgado está en la mesa la suciedad es notable

Obsługa na recepcji fatalna nie miły pan zameldowanie od godziny 14 a trzeba było czekać aż pan zejdzie do nas i da nam klucz, nie spieszył się w ogóle kilka osób czekało na zameldowanie. WiFi w ogóle nie działa.

Pomimo zameldowania o 14:00 (a dokładniej o 14:15 jak dotarł recepcjonista) nie mogliśmy wejść do pokoju bo zastaliśmy w niej zaskoczoną panią sprzątającą. Pomimo zapewnień, że za 5 min pokój będzie gotowy zrezygnowaliśmy po 10 min. by nie tracić czasu i wróciliśmy po dwóch godzinach, reszta ok.

Mieliśmy dwupoziomowe apartament, który spokojnie pomieściła 4 osoby. Przez cały nasz pobyt nie było ciepłej wody w kranie. Prysznic w lodowatej wodzie nie należy do najprzyjemniejszych. Brudny i nieposprzątany apartament - czasy świetności ma już za sobą, ale kłęby kurzu i brudu na podłodze to przesada.

Además la ducha tenía la mampara rota y la alcachofa se salía por todos lados .

• Emilia (7/5): - Il personale è stato molto professionale e ci ha rassicurati subito sulle recensioni negative che ancora persistono purtroppo su Google riguardo le cimici da letto che ormai non esistono più nella struttura. La posizione della residenza è super centrale! Pur essendo la camera piccolina, era provvista di tutto! Non abbiamo usufruito del tè, ma ci è piaciuta molto come cosa! La luce del bagno è troppo soffusa, quasi inesistente soprattutto per la sera. La doccia non funzionava molto bene perché fuoriusciva l'acqua dalla maniglia e inoltre mancava una vetrata per chiudere l'ingresso, per cui abbiamo dovuto stare attenti a non far allagare fuori il bagno!

• Giorgi (8/5): In short, very good location. Room was small and cleanliness promises better. Also no - Location was great, building really old and authentic. Property is not clean, very low lights in the room. Dirt between the mattress and the bed…. Sheets were clean. Bed bug alert in many reviews on google but i was not beaten and receptionist assured that the issue is fixed. Don’t expect a wifi either unless you stand outside the room.
