• Tera (8/5): - The 22 Marzo was a great hotel with plenty of options nearby for dining, shopping, or just hanging out, and it was within easy walking distance of the center of Milan. The only feedback I’d give is that if you’re looking for a quiet stay, you might want to request a room on the opposite side, away from the park. The restaurant and bar on the main level can get quite lively with music and partying. If that’s your thing, then it’s perfect!!!

• Silje marie (4/5): Ok hotell, men ekstremt lytt - Greie rom, super hyggelig betjening. Spesielt han mannen som jobbet dagtid. Grei plassering ift trikk/buss stopp rett utfor. 15-20 min å gå til «sentrum». Grei pris. Minuset med hotellet, som dessverre ødela mye av vår opplevelse var at det var helt ekstremt lytt. Veldig mye bråk både sent og tidlig, så søvnkvaliteten ble ikke bra. Smelling med dører, opp og ned trapp, snakking, roping, støy uten i fra osv. vi måtte sove med ørepropper og ta sovetabletter for å få sove. Vil ikke anbefale rom mot gaten med puben eller rom i nærheten av trappen (knirker veldig mye når folk går i den)

It’s a small and cozy hotel, very clean, beautifully renovated, and perfectly maintained. A special thanks to Rocco and Elton — they were absolutely amazing! Elton was so welcoming and kind, and both of them went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They helped me find great restaurants and even assisted me with getting my train tickets, which was a huge help since I’m new to the country. I truly appreciate their hospitality and care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and will definitely stay here again next time!
• Darleen (8/5): - Wir würden wiederkommen! Minimalistisch aber praktisch eingerichtet mit einem Schminkspiegel (beleuchtet) und einem super Föhn. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider ist die Dusche nur sehr klein, sodass man kaum Platz hat. Die Lage war super. Zu Fuß in 30 Minuten am Dom oder mit vielen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Umgebung schnell unterwegs. Leider war die Lautstärke abends zum Teil übertragbar, da draußen eine Bar ist, die immer gut besucht war.

Tem uma praça com ponto de ônibus e tram praticamente em frente ao hotel. Região segura. Equipe cordial. Há ar condicionado e elevador. Certamente voltaria!

• Thomas (10/5): - Ich hatte mit meiner Tochter Ende Juli 2025 das Hotel XXII Marzo für fünf Nächte gebucht. Fazit: Das Hotel/Hostel ist in einem ordentlichen Stadtteil mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und vom Stadtkern nur etwa 1 km entfernt. Diverse Busse oder Straßenbahnen sind nur etwa 100 m entfernt, falls man nicht mehr ganz so gut zu Fuß ist. Das Hotel ist auf zwei Eingänge aufgeteilt. Alles dort inklusive unserem Zimmer (07) war sehr sauber. In den zwei getrennten Betten haben wir Dank ordentlicher Matratzen sehr gut geschlafen. Der Kaffeevollautomat in der Lobby versorgt einen mit Cappuccino oder Espresso bevor man dann die Stadt erkundet. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht fließend Englisch. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würden es beim nächsten Mailandbesuch wieder buchen.

• Alexander (10/5): - Der Check-In war überaus gastfreundlich, uns wurden alle Annehmlichkeiten und Funktionalitäten erklärt und vorgeführt. Ein Loungebereich mit Heißgetränken war erfreulicherweise vorhanden (Vollautomat). Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, sehr gut isolierte Fenster, geräumiges Bad. Einzig ein Duschvorhang wäre vorteilhaft gewesen. Die Deko war meinem Empfinden nach minimal und sehr geschmackvoll. Stauraum war genug vorhanden und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Reinigungskräfte waren ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und gründlich. Die Lage hätten wir uns besser nicht wählen können. Unten im Haus ist ein Burger Bar, wo abends der Bär steppt (hört man im Zimmer trotzdem nur wenig) und direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es ein kleines Mercado mit Essensständen und der Weg in die Innenstadt ist ein guter Spaziergang entfernt, ansonsten fahren Trams und Busse.

Al dentro andando son 20 minutos. No tiene opción de desayuno, solo un café en una sala común que puede ayudar para empezar el dia

Friendly staff, easy check in and out process, reception open at most times. Cons: Bar underneath the hotel which at live music from 9pm-2am most nights, which we heard from our room. The hotel resolved this issue for us at the end.

The room was fine, clean and overlooked the church at the side of the piazza. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I can't fault this hotel which was a good price. I would definitely stay there again.

There is a tram station right outside for central areas, and another a few minutes away for North/South of the city. Immaculate condition on communal areas and the room. The free coffee machine and water fountain were also very useful. Superb stay, thanks very much

• Jessica (6/5): - The initial room we were allocated was full of mould, all around the window and behind the radiator, the bathroom also had mould in several areas and the extractor fan was unbelievably loud and just appeared to make noise and not extract anything. Although I did tell the staff about this and they moved us to a family room which was much cleaner and in better condition. The bed was really comfy and we were all in all happy with our stay. There was construction going on nearby so it was very loud though this is out of control of the hotel itself. I would recommend staying here for a budget night away, but the mould needs sorting in room 7.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute et réactif. Point bonus pour la machine à café à disposition 24h/24 ! De nombreuses transports en commun et vélos/trotinettes de locations accessibles dans le quartier.

• Otto (10/5): Meget bra og prisgunstig. - Lite, enkelt, men trivelig hotell med veldig fin beliggenhet. Rent og pent, og en veldig hyggelig resepsjonist. 15 minutters gange til Duomo. Enkel tilkomst fra/til Milano Centrale m/buss nr 60 som stopper 50 meter unna. Mange serveringssteder i umiddelbar nærhet, noe som dog kan gi noe støy (ikke veldig sjenerende). Kaffemaskin til fri benyttelse. Hotellet anbefales for rimelig overnatting.
• Line Hoest (8/5): God placering og hjælpsomt personale - Vores oplevelse på hotellet var overordnet rigtig godt. Vi fik hjælp af personalet til at booke taxi, finde ud af offentlig transport m.m. og de virkede oprigtigt interesserede i at hjælpe os. Hotellet er godt placeret lidt udenfor centrum, men der er mange gode restauranter og butikker i nærheden - og et madmarked om lørdagen på pladsen udenfor. Der er et stoppested til sporvogne og busser lige udenfor, så det er rigtig nemt at komme rundt i Milano derfra. Værelset var pænt og rent, og der kom rengøringspersonale hver dag. Værelset var fint lydtæt ift. lyde ude fra gaden, men væggene ind mod naboen var meget tynde, så der var en del larm indimellem. Sengene var fine og der var ok plads på værelset - dog ikke til et længere ophold, men perfekt til en forlænget weekend.

• menica (6/5): - Abbiamo soggiornata nell'hotel per poter andare ad un concerto al Fabrique prendendo solo un tram che passa vicino all'hotel. Personale gentile, distributore con acqua a disposizione. Purtroppo per tutto il tempo che siamo stati in stanza, tranne la notte, abbiamo avuto un cantiere con lavori attaccato alla finestra del bagno con rumori che rendevamo la permanenza in stanza impossibile. Anche la mattina dopo, che avevano promesso il silenzio per farci riposare, alle 9 di sabato era già ripreso il fracasso. Ci sono venuti incontro e ci hanno restituito una parte della cifra spesa però ci siamo rimasti cmq molto male. Il voto non è pessimo proprio considerando la gentilezza e il parziale rimborso.

• Hendy (8/5): - Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were quite modern and kept clean. Only issue was the noise at night- the walls were quite thin so we could hear the next door neighbours. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.

• Patrice (6/5): Fine if you arr not a light sleeper - Small room, but that was expected and was fine for what I needed. It is not very well insulated relative to noise (with a lot of people getting together for food and drinks just next to it) so not for light sleepers…
• Ricardo (10/5): - The property is newly renovated. The staff is excellent. Yana, Elton and the rest were very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Just a few minutes by tram to Duomo. Definitely recommend this great place to anyone coming to Milan.
