They advertised air con but it doesn’t start till the summer season in May. They advertised a rooftop bar but it wasn’t open and the downstairs bar wasn’t either. Reception Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly.

- wendy (5/5): Very very dissatisfied and disappointing for the price we paid. - The location The decks outside for the views were reserved at breakfast and no body appeared to use the tables. The viewing decks upstairs were not comfortable or appeared appealing due to unkempt decks and old maintenance equipment. The bar was full of old air conditioners and was very uninviting. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room or in the downstairs sitting areas. No where to make a drink. No view from the room having paid a lot of money to stay at the palazzo on the canal.

Le camere sono troppo vecchie, visibilmente trascurate, non conformi ad un quattro stelle e quindi il prezzo pagato risulta essere assolutamente sproporzionato

L'accueil très sympathique du personnel Le petit déjeuner très copieux, avec la possibilités de le prendre face au canal. Présence d'un toit terrasse avec une super vue, et des chaises pour profiter du calme. La placement de l'hôtel est super ,on peu tout faire à pied, bien sûr faut marcher un peu. Super hotel, je recommande Tout était parfait

Gostaria apenas de deixar um conselho para quem chega ao aeroporto ao fim da tarde ou início da noite: a melhor maneira de chegar ao hotel é do aeroporto, apanhar o barco alilaguna até Rialto e daí, apanhar o vaporetto no mesmo local, até Ca'doro. Sáo só duas paragens e custa cerca de 10 euros. Mas as pernas agradecem. As minhas que fui a pé, queixaram-se muito... Nada a apontar.

- Elena (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - This hotel was absolutely stunning and probably the best location you can imagine in Venice It is right on the Grand Canal with gondolas passing by all the time and a traghetto crossing just nearby where you can get to the other side for only 2 euros The view from the window is невероятный you really feel the atmosphere of Venice every second There is also a terrace where you can sit with a coffee and watch gondoliers and the beautiful Venetian water life The rooms are surprisingly huge it almost feels unreal for Venice and everything is decorated in a very luxurious almost royal style Everything was perfect truly one of the best hotel experiences ever highly recommend -

- Romagnoli (6/5): - La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, in una piazzetta poco lontano dal ponte di Rialto e a 15 minuti a piedi per la stazione. La colazione è ricca e di buona qualità e c'è la possibilità di farla in una sala con bella veduta sul canal grande. All'arrivo ci è stato offerto allo stesso prezzo un upgrade ad una Yunior Suite. Sul momento contenti. In realtà la stanza, di per sé abbastanza bella (anche se con un bagno che avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato), aveva sì un ingresso e il terrazzo di cui ci hanno parlato alla reception ma in pratica tale terrazzo e la finestra affacciano sul lato hotel addossato ad un altro edificio. La cosa più fastidiosa però è stata che da quel lato c'è un qualcosa tipo cappa di aspirazione delle cucine che oltre a non fare un buon odore è rumorosa e fastidiosa anche a finestre ben chiuse a tutte le ore.

- Dora_H (9/5): Sehr schön! - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet von der Mini-Bar bis zum Badezimmer. Die Betten äußerst bequem. Die Lage direkt am Canal Grande und die Vaporetto-Station vor dem Haus sind großartig. Der Charakter des Hauses sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse großzügig, nach ein paar Tagen allerdings etwas langweilig. Es wäre schön, wenn die Hotelbar in Betrieb wäre. Aber vielleicht ist das ja der Fall in der Hauptsaison.

- KENEKER (9/5): Ottimo Hotel in pieno centro - L'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione raggiungibile facilmente con la linea 1 del vaporetto: fermata Cà D'Oro. E' praticamente al centro tra piazzale Roma e Piazza San Marco. Bel Hotel con stanze grandi e bagni ampi e luminosi. L'hotel è sul Canal Grande ed ha alcune poltroncine dove si può stare ai bordi del canale. Servizio gondole di fianco all'Hotel. Personale cortese. Locale colazione piccolo ma carino con la possibilità di colazionare anche nel salone grande con la vista diretta nel Canal Grande. Colazione minimale, ma non manca niente. C'è tutto quello che serve, meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo viste le foto pubblicate. Nel complesso lo consiglierei anche se essendo un 4 stelle non è proprio a buon prezzo. Il fatto che sia in centro ci ha permesso comunque di stare in giro per Venezia fino alle 2,30 di notte godendoci la città deserta e una piazza San Marco irreale con nessun turista. Il momento più bello del nostro week end. In camera c'era un divano in fondo al letto, molto sporco. Un peccato perchè il resto era tutto molto pulito. Sulle scale alcune infiltrazioni d'acqua andrebbero sistemate. Siamo a Venezia e gli spazi sono quelli che sono, ma il piano terra, dove c'è la sala colazione, sembra un pò sacrificato. E' probabile che una rinfrescata sia da fare.

- Bertinchamps (7/5): Séjour Foscari Palace - Petit déjeuner très varié, frais et service de qualité L'accueil médiocre lors de l' arrivée. On avait demandé des lits jumeaux... Demande non respectée. Pas d'essuie dans la chambre, literie particulière : pas de housse de couette ; la couette "emballée" entre 2 draps plats.QUID hygiène car la couette était plus grande que les 2 draps. Il s'agit quand même d'un hôtel 4 étoiles !!! Changement de chambre le lendemain.

Byliśmy w Wenecji enty raz, mieszkamy tam wyłącznie w dobrych obiektach i ten nas po prostu urzekł! Położenie, widoki, czystość, obsługa i jedzenie - wszystko na piątkę z plusem!

- Reza (10/5): - The hotel is located in the best area it could possibly be. It has a rooftop by the canal with an amazing view of the city and stunning sunsets. As soon as you step out of the hotel, both directions — left and right — offer fantastic spots to explore. The hotel is situated in a lively neighborhood, and the design is truly impressive. The use of marble and wood detailing creates a warm and beautiful atmosphere. No matter how much I praise the breakfast, it wouldn’t be enough. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a hotel breakfast of this quality. Thank you to the entire team — everyone was welcoming and kind, and we truly had a wonderful stay.

Desde hace 6 años, hemos visto mejoras (cambio de moquetas, modernización de baños, utilidades de los mismos más completos, mejor desayuno…). La buena ubicación y la amabilidad, siempre presentes. Un poco expeditivos con la hora del check out (no creo necesario que te avisen a las 11,05 de que te tienes que marchar).

- Magda Polito (10/5): - Hotel a pochi passi da Rialto, situato nella piazzetta di Santa Sofia. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, confortevole e super pulita. La sala colazione ha un atmosfera elegante ed offre uno splendido affaccio su Canal Grande.
