You can REALLY hear people in their rooms, especially in the bathrooms. I could hear people brushing their teeth and spitting from my own bathroom. The room is not well sound-proofed.

• Neha (6/5): Facilities were to a guesthouse standard however was very overpriced - Good location Overpriced for a guesthouse. Water was not free. Airport transfer they organised did not drop me to the correct place so I had to carry two suitcases up cobbled paths and stairs. Bin in bathroom was tiny and you were supposed to put tissue in the bin and not flush them, with such a tiny bin was not practical so I needed my room cleaned everyday which I don’t think they liked I was requesting that every time. I expect room to be cleaned everyday without having to ask for it. The rooms were however cleaned to a very good standard.

La chambre était chouette avec vue sur la mer de Marmara, le toit terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner est super et un gros PLUS pour le petit déjeuner où il y avait énormément de choix. Un très bon moment et un très bon accueil ! Nous avons même vu les dauphins dans la mer, ouvrez l'œil pendant le petit déjeuner. Rien de spécial ! Tout était vraiment chouette, on en gardera un très bon souvenir !

• Ahmad (10/5): It was a truly great experience, with a prime location and exceptionally friendly staff. - Cozy and welcoming atmosphere with genuinely friendly staff who are always ready to help. I’d especially like to thank Mansour for his kindness and professionalism, as well as Ahmad for being so pleasant and attentive. The entire team truly made the experience exceptional. The breakfast buffet is a great option, offering a beautiful view that sets you up with energy for the whole day. However, the coffee machine and its coffee could be improved.

Las habitaciones son simples pero limpias. En recepcion son muy amables y no tenemos ninguna queja. La escalera de acceso es estrecha e inclinada. Te ayudan con las maletas pero personas con movilidad limitada les costara subir.

• Alhasan (10/5): إقامتي كانت رائعة جداً ، و الافطار غني بأنواع كثيرة ، و المكان نظيف كل يوم ، و حُسن معاملة المسؤولين و تفانيهم في عملهم - بيت الضيافة هذا جميلٌ جداً. طاقم العمل متقنين لعملهم و من الإستقبال لخدمة الغرف و فترة الإفطار المليئة بأصناف متنوعة و الحمد لله. قضيت 11 ليلة هنا و كانت رائعة و كأني في منزلي مع وجود مراقبة من موظفي الإستقبال على مدار 24 ساعة في اليوم. و يوجد مساحة كافية بالغرفة للصلاة. و الشرفة المطلة على البسفور و بحر مرمرة. أمضيت وقتاً طويلاً في محاولة اختيار مكان إقامة مناسب في إسطنبول بالقرب من مسجد آيا صوفيا الكبير ، و كان هذا المكان مثالياً و الحمد لله على التوفيق. قد يُرهق الدرج بعض كبار السن. لكن ليس بالنسبة لي.

Das nette Paar, der Mann an der Rezeption und seine Frau an der Terrasse, die immer ein Lächeln in Gesicht hatten und nett agierten. The staff were kind and helpful. It is a warm & welcoming little guesthouse. We had an early flight and a plate of food had been prepared for our early breakfast. The only down side is that there are a lot of narrow stairs. Not a problem if you are fit and nimble but if you are a bit older or have problems with mobility unfortunately this is not the hotel for you.

Je recommande vraiment cette guesthouse, située à deux pas de Sainte Sophie et de la Mosquée Bleue, dans le quartier très touristique de Sultanhamet, mais heureusement en retrait de la rue où se succèdent restos et pubs, donc calme. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent! Rien.

• Sabrina (10/5): Top Unterkunft in top Lage! - Die Lage ist perfekt, tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, großes Frühstücksbuffett, sehr nettes Personal, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Hier war es nicht laut, aber hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn im Flur waren und die Türen benutzt haben hört man wirklich alles. Für lärmempfindliche Personen sind Ohropax bei Nacht sinnvoll. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, hatten aber auch ruhige Zimmernachbarn.

• Nancy (10/5): - Loved the vast array of Greek food for breakfast on the upper terrace with great view of the Bospherous. 24 hr helpful staff. Comfortable room & bed with mini frig. Convenient location near tram, Palace, Blue Mosque, etc. Housecleaning straightened our room daily. Was a wonderful beginning for our month of travel.
