• Koyo (9/5): 貴重な温かいヴェネチアが体験できる - ヴェネチアの古民家に泊まるという貴重な体験。建物自体は古いながらもとても清潔にされていた。 立地はすごくよく、駅からも徒歩でアクセスでき、とても静かで安全な環境、滅多にないヴェネチアの生の生活に触れられる気がした。運河近くにはレストランも多数あり、とても便利。 オーナーの方とはWhatsAppですぐに連絡が取れ、ホスピタリティあふれる方で、レスポンスがとても早く親切でした。とても助けられました。 古い建物だから仕方ないが、コンセントが少なく、今時は充電が必要なものも多いので、4人部屋だと特に、ベッドサイドなどに足りない気はした。
• KOTA (10/5): 満足度の高いアパートメント！ - 家族4人での宿泊でしたが、十分過ぎる広さでした。古民家のような落ち着いた雰囲気で装飾も素晴らしかったです。駅から徒歩10分程度と立地も良く、フェリー乗り場も近いため観光場所へもアクセスし易かったです。そして何よりオーナーの方がとても親切。お勧めのレストランの紹介に留まらず予約までしていただけたり、地元を良く知るからこその観光プランを提案いただけました。対応がとても丁寧かつ早かったです。アパートメントですが、チェックアウト後の荷物保管が可能であったことも非常に助かりました。 （昨今の為替状況もあり）価格は決して安いとは言えませんが、それに見合うだけのサービスがありました。
• Christina (10/5): - Die Strasse war ruhig und wenig touristisch und dennoch zentral. Alessandro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jede unserer Fragen wurde sofort beantwortet, wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei ihm wohnen. Der Innenhof war leider wohl wegen der Jahreszeit geschlossen.
• Kaselj (10/5): Soggiorno bellissimo dentro il cuore della Venezia - La posizione, in centro ma senza casino, di notte si dorme benissimo. Pulizia, tutto era perfetto. Il proprietario della casa, posso solo dire una parola magnifico e molto attento all’ospite, i suoi percorsi sono stati super utili per evitare la ressa dei turisti. La casa traspira la storia. Siamo stati veramente molto bene in questa struttura che la consiglio a tutti se volete visitare Venezia, come nel nostro caso con i bambini. Nulla

I felt very comfortable, and Alessandro was really kind—thanks to him, everything went smoothly. Nothing to complain about.

The landlord is extremely warm and considerate - they even downloaded WeChat to communicate with me for better interaction, which was really thoughtful. There's nothing that needs improvement.

• SeongHyuk (10/5): 시설 좋고, 친절한 주인! - 호스트 알레산드로의 안내가 정말 친절하고 세밀했습니다. 베네치아에 좀만 익숙하시다면 숙소도 산타 루치아 역에서 그렇게 멀지 않습니다. 가까이에 바포레도 선착장도 있구요! 다시 돌아오고 싶은 숙소 입니다. 다만 방이 분리가 안되어 있습니다. 거실겸 주방인 공간 1개와 침대 3개가 있는 공간 1개, 그리고 파티션 느낌으로 나누어진 애매한 방 1개여서 성별이 다른 단체가 오면 살짝 어려움이 있을 수 있습니다!

The location was excellent — tucked away in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the main attractions, local shops, and great restaurants. The host was very welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions, which made the stay even smoother. He also provided guidance to explore Venice which was very helpful. On arrival, the owner even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, which made us feel very welcome

• Dina (10/5): - Апартаменты находятся в 10 минутах ходьбы от жд вокзала и 5 минутах от прогулочной шумной улицы с кафе и магазинами (рядом spar). Но при этом на улице где дом очень тихо и спокойно. В доме есть все необходимое и великодушный хозяин оставил на столе бутылку вина. Все было чисто, комфортно. Апартаменты в старинном стиле с множеством деталей и книг. Хозяин всегда на связи, добрый и внимательный! Спасибо за все! Очень темное жилье, света мало. И мало свежего воздуха, потому что при открытии окон залетают комары. Работают фумигаторы от которых идет запах. Но есть кондиционер и система обдува свежего воздуха. Это просто я люблю спать с открытыми окнами

• Wojciech (10/5): This is by far the best place to stay in Venice. - Ca' Rielo is a beautiful, historic house located just a few minutes' walk from the main train station — yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area where you don’t have to squeeze through crowds of tourists. The apartment is incredibly decorated, with great taste and character. There are paintings, old souvenirs, and the whole atmosphere truly captures the spirit of old Venice. At the same time, all the modern comforts work perfectly: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a humidifier. Everything is spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and fully equipped — from dishes to small essentials that make it easy to stay not just for a few days, but even 2–3 weeks. The place is simply stunning, and the host is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He’ll suggest the best walking routes around Venice, recommend great restaurants, and share the story of the house. We stayed there with small children and loved every moment. Highly, highly recommended — 10/10 (and we do travel a lot, so we know when something truly stands out).
• Amy (10/5): Great Venice Stay! - Our family of four (2 teens) stayed at this gem of a place. It is in a great location in Cannaregio. A quick easy walk from the train station in a nice quiet neighborhood just steps from the canals with great restaurants. We enjoyed the history of the place and its unique decor. The shower and air conditioner worked great (we were there during a heat wave). The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. They also suggested a great itinerary for our stay and helped us navigate the public transportation. We enjoyed the wine they left us in the room. We arrived early morning and they were able to store our luggage until check in and held our luggage for us after check out until our late night train. I is very obvious that the host truly wants their guests to have a wonderful stay. Nothing.
• Maningas (10/5): Artistic place - The place is artistically designed. It has a big bedroom comfortable for 4 of us. Location is very good. It is near a water bus terminal and near the main station (train, bus and water bus) too. It is near restaurants and shops. The host was very proactive and friendly. He sent us suggested places to go. He also made me feel like an old friend by flooded me with information of the house and Venice. All great information and suggestions. It takes >30 mins to walk to San Marco though. I wish there are more areas to hang clothes and towels.
• Heather (10/5): Charming authentic family property - I have read that the hordes of tourists in Venice mean that Venetians are priced out of living here; investors can buy up property and rent it out, and as such tourists really ought to stay in hotels, which of course at least provide local jobs… So I think it’s particularly wonderful that this property has been in the host’s family for 140 years and renting out the first floor apartment allows them to stay in it. Indeed, the best thing about this apartment is that it feels like a family home—as you can see from the photos, it’s full of charming little tchotchkes, and the host is extremely hospitable. He sent us lots of helpful ideas and info and even made a dinner reservation for us! Truly above and beyond. As others have said, the location is very convenient to the train station so that you can disembark and be at the door within 10-15 minutes… which is exceedingly convenient when some accommodations might require trying to struggle with your luggage onto a vaporetto, paying for an expensive water taxi, or trying to navigate the labyrinthine lanes and bridges (and other people!) for a long walk. And yet the location is just set back enough that it’s entirely quiet. Finally, the location is very convenient to the Jewish ghetto and the vaporetto line to the San Michele cemetery and Murano, as well as the Grand Canal vaporetto line.

The 500 year old house was full of character and very comfortable. It was great being on the ground floor. It was super quiet. We were so happy we chose this location. It was out of the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything we needed. It was perfect! We loved everything about the rental.

• Sunghee (10/5): almost perfect accommodation - For me, who often travels and goes on business trips, everything in this accommodation was more than expected, and this is almost perfect. The Venetian host was perfectly quick and provided all the information I needed. It was an old Venetian building, but the interior was very clean and convenient to use. It's a very harmonious accommodation between the past and the present. There is a developed commercial district around, and the accommodation is very quiet. If my close friend visits Venice, I will not hesitate to recommend this place.
• Andrea (9/5): It was ideal for us, we stopped for a short while and it was a very comfortable place to stay. I felt well informed ever - The property was very nice with lots of character. It was a nice, quick walk from the train station. Having a small kitchen was handy. The apartment we stayed at was on the ground floor which meant it was easily accessible. All facilities at the property worked well. There wasn’t anytime we particularly didn’t like, however there were a couple of things that we observed which could have caused some discomfort if we had stayed longer: There was no door to the small bedroom which meant it was easy to disturb the person staying in that room with lights and talking. The kitchen was only accessible from the small bedroom by going through the big bedroom.
• Mark (10/5): Affordable, charming, and extremely conveniently located place to stay in Venice - Ca' Rielo is one of the best places I can imagine to stay in Venice. The place is rustic and very charming to come home to after exploring the city. Its location is essentially perfect. Venice is very dense, which makes exploring the city extremely easy no matter where you are. However, doing so with a suitcase is not enjoyable. Ca' Rielo is located on the same island as the train station, which means no need to lug your suitcase up and down the bridges. Additionally, the street it's located in is very quiet, peaceful and charming, yet it only takes less than a minute to get back on the tourist circuit: the streets of Venice that connect the islands. This circuit is extremely busy at all times of the year, and yet you cannot hear anything from the comfort of Ca' Rielo. Also some of the best affordable restaurants in the city are located on the peaceful canal just outside the unit. Alessandro, the host, was exceptionally responsive and helpful, even checking to see if I left a gift in the room after I left (I later found it in my luggage). He made me feel as if I always had support if I needed anything. If you are looking for an affordable, charming, and convenient place to stay in Venice, you have found it in Ca' Rielo.
