O anfitrião Mario foi muito simpático e nos atendeu a contento. Por ser bem central, se você estiver de carro, procure se informar antecipadamente onde há estacionamento nas redondezas. Como verifiquei antecipadamente, não tivemos problema para estacionar mas achei importante deixar esse alerta.

• Julita (7/5): Really good location, but quite expensive - The location is perfect, in the middle of main street in Naples. Its quite an experience to find a hotel after various stairs you have to pass - better carry backpack here. The room is small but view from the window was on the interior patio so really quiet. Its like old appartment converted to hotel. Warch out with all stairs you have to pass even inside bathroom.

Deep dive into Napels with the little streets and all the restaurants around the corner, but also the beautyful bohemian galleria in front of the building. • Sean (10/5): Great place to stay to walk around! - This is a fantastic place to stay! It is a clean, comfortable room and the host is very kind. They cleaned our room every day. It is in the heart of the Spanish Quarters and walking distance from the center of the city (~20 mins). We arrived late due to our flight and they accommodated us and responded to our messages quickly. The only issue I’d say is trying to locate the place. Other than that, no complaints!

• Annette (5/5): Passable - The room was very quiet for a really busy street the bed was comfortable and the shower was good The room was small and dark with too many steps and 3 doors to unlock to get out it felt very enclosed. Mario met us at the room after a long day and lots of directions he then took our cash for the room and left we saw him just once after that it was our first visit to Naples and we would have welcomed a bit more local information and also if breakfast option was available the room was not as we imagined from pictures we were expecting a terrace instead of a tiny balcony it was disappointing but we still enjoyed our trip to Naples

Late checkout is charged 20 euro/hour which is terribly expensive. The entrance was though a very heavy door definitely not accessible to old and disabled people, nor bike.

Le scale, impegnative, per chi ha una ridotta mobilità o bagagli al seguito, limita fortemente la fruibilità di questo B&B, quando l’ascensore (costo della singola corsa 20 centesimi di euro) al piano terra non è utilizzabile, ma la qualità delle stanze ripaga ampiamente. Rummet är stort o en egen terrass utanför, mitt i smeten, det går inte att bo mycket mer centralt, granne med galleri Umberto.

• liliana (10/5): Well located, many stairs. - Hotel well located, close to everything. The room was big, even with access to a nice terrace. The inconvenience was that the building has many stairs and even though it has elevator, it is necessary to take stairs ip and down.
• Sam (8/5): Nice BB in a great safe location. - We stayed here 2 nights as a start to a trip down to Pompei and Amalfi. This is a great location. Safe and happening with plenty of food places and gelato shops around. To the right is the harbor and piazza plebiscite and to the left is the old city. No cabs are allowed down this street so you have get out the cab and walk a few meters (depending on which side you are coomg from) to get this place which is right across a big galleria mall. You enter a big green door into a courtyard and take the elevator up on the 3rd floor. The owner Mario is really nice. Wifi is available. You have to pay in cash. There is a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is tea and pastries and biscuits. The rooms are spacious and elegant. Our luggage did not arrive till the next day. I had asked the owner to call the airport the next day (we were on an excursion) and he was there to receive our bags and sign the papers when the baggage did arrive and I was appreciative of that. I liked this place and it added to our Naples experience. I would recommend this place again.

Det som kan vara bra att veta är att hotellet ligger några trappor upp i ett lägenhetshus. Så om man inte känner för lite vardagsmotion så får man välja ett annat hotell. Hiss finns men den går inte hela vägen upp till hotellentren. Men som sagt, helheten är fantastisk. Enkelt hotell som har det man behöver. Plus att man inte kan bo med bättre läge i Neapel.

• Jonathan (10/5): - Naples is an amazingly boisterous city - and the center of it all is Via Toledo. Amazingly the room was quiet even though it is in the heart of the action. The manager was wonderful. Don't get scared by the staircase or the entryway - as soon as you get in the place is quiet, clean and friendly.

• motoyuki (10/5): アットホームで立地のよいホテル - トレド通りに面しているのでとても便利です。 夜遅くてもトレド通りは人がたくさんいるので安心して外出できました。 セキュリティもしっかりしています。 ホテルというよりは普通の家よのうなところなので場所がわかりづらいです。ZARAの目の前のビルです。 ホテルの写真が大きなドアになっていますが、その写真を見ていたのでわかりました。あとはセキュリティの人に教えてもらって、3rdフロアにあります。エレベーターはあるのですが、たしか20セントかかります。 チェックインしてしまえば、無料でエレベーターを使える電子キーがもらえます。 また、一歩建物のなかに入ると人が全然ないので最初は怖かったです。 一棟のホテルではなく、ビルの中の一室がホテルという感じです。 普通に人が住んでたり、会社のオフィスにしているところが入っているビルのようでした。 いわゆるホテルって感じが好きならばやめたほうがいいかもしれませんが(誰もいない時間帯などがあるため。玄関にも鍵がかかっているのでセキュリティは問題ないです)オーナーさん兄弟もとてもいい人達だし、綺麗で立地も最高なのでナポリに来たら必ずここに泊まりたいです。
• Greta (10/5): Great b&b in a great location - I cannot speak more highly of the B&B Toledo. It's location on the main shopping street, lots of good cafes and restaurants close by,and excellent transport links make this a very good choice. The b&b is very clean,serves an Italian breakfast, is quiet, and safe and the rooms are very large. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager/ owner Mario, who goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. I have stayed here several times, always enjoyed it, and will definitely stay again. It is on the 3rd floor of a old palazzo but there is a lift and if you get the concierge to call, Mario will come and carry your bags

• jingfu (10/5): - It is located in a old Spanish building with royal high ceiling. The windows are big and bright facing a big courtyard and residential building roof and sky. You have a private balcony with beautiful city and residential building views. On the famous Toledo shopping street and close Spanish Quaters, Royal Palace San Carlos Opera house and beaches etc. The owners are very helpful. Highly recommended.
• Scott (8/5): Close to Teatro San Carlo - The address was easy to find, but finding the hotel once you were in that huge old building was challenging. Our room was quite large and even had a veranda overlooking a courtyard. My only complaint was that, while I reserved the room online with a credit card, once I got there the host would only accept cash. It wasn't far to an ATM but it was frustrating after having wandered the building for several minutes to have to go back down to the street to search out an ATM.
• tom (8/5): 主人の部屋？ - 私の宿泊した部屋は高い天井にキングサイズのベッド、長いソファー二つと品の良い机とクローゼットがあり、それでもまだ余裕のある空間でした。そのかわり、フロアの離れに専用の洗面にトイレとシャワー室。つまり本来は主人の寝室だったのでしょう。 旧邸寝室といった趣なので、見学はしてもふつう泊まることはまずない部屋です。 水場の不便はあれど、夜帰って寝るだけでは勿体ないので、滞在も含めて周辺をゆったり楽しむのが良いと思います。

• Verified traveler (4/5): Strange b&b - Good location, but bit of a weird b&b, we had to let the owner know what time we would arrive, but as any traveller can imagine due to public transportation we arrived 45min late. The owner was nowhere to be found and only after 20 min a neighbour let us in. Not really a friendly welcome. After a while the owner arrived and because we wanted single beds, we didn't have an ensuite bathroom. This is no where mentioned on the site otherwise I would have never booked this. Due to this and some other things, like not able to pay by card, smelly room, our stay was really not relaxing.
• rina (8/5): ナポリに住んでる気分 - トレド通りに面したB&Bです。観光するには本当に便利な場所です。裏の通りはスペイン地区で危ないと言われている場所だけど、治安も悪くなかったです。 お部屋はとても広くてすごく快適に過ごせました。ただ鍵が少し開けづらくて10分くらい格闘してとても焦ったので最初に教えてもらえたら良かったかなと思いました。後お部屋に着くまで結構階段があるので、重たいスーツケースがある場合はちょっと大変かもしれません。旦那さんが大変そうでした。 それ以外では本当に快適に過ごせたのでまたナポリに行く際は必ず利用したいです。

• Greta (10/5): Fantastic B & B, great location, lovely staff - Situated on the 3rd floor of an historic palazzo with the luxury of a lift, the B & B Toledo is a small property with only 3 rooms. These are huge, light, immaculately clean, well appointed, and comfortable. They are quiet, with double glazing (I think) looking onto a quiet piazza. The managers, Mario and his brother Ciro could not be more helpful and concerned to make one's stay a good experience. They are happy to speak English. Located on the hugely vibrant main shopping street of Naples (pedestrians only), within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, 5 minutes walk from the Metro Station, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The area is safe, and clean. This is one of the most convenient and pleasant B & B's I have stayed in. It doesn't have the facilities of an hotel, which it isn't, but the area has so many cafes, shops and transport links this in not a problem. The managers are delightful and full of useful information. Great room pricing - very good value for money
• DK (6/5): Unusual B&B - Excellent location, large and comfortable room, good price: these are the plus side. But: you will have to carry your luggage up three long flights of stairs; you may end up with a shared bathroom, you will be asked to pay in cash (credit cards not accepted), and breakfast will be scant and hasty. So, if you want a room in an old palazzo, right across from the galeria and where the action is, and you don't mind a kind of student accommodation, it will be fine; otherwise, go for a hotel.
• Keith (8/5): Great location - Bed and Breakfast Toledo was great. It is located on Via Toledo, a pedestrian only street. B&B Toledo is near shops, restaurants, and cafes. The host, Mario, was friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge and it overlooked a small piazza. The breakfast was so-so, consisting of store bought croissants and tarts. It is near the Spanish Quarter, which is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Naples. B&B Toledo was a short walk from Piazza Plebicito and about a 10 minute walk to the Capri ferry.

• Gabriella (10/5): Very clean, kind host, good position: recommended - We initially had a problem in locating the hotel because there are two with the same name and we received two confirmations with two different addresses. Hotel Toledo is in via Montecalvario 15 and B & B Toledo in via Toledo 256. We discovered we had read reveiws and checked pictures from the hotel but got booked on the B & B, which we actually preferred because it's on the main shopping road, rather than on the narrow back streets in Quartieri Spagnoli where the Hotel toledo is. So just make sure you double check this. Although on the main road, the B & B was quite and very clean, the owner Mario gave us all precious information on where to get packed lunch, how to reach places and any other questions we had. The room is very big and spotless clean, only a couple of small mould stains on the ceiling. The bed is average comfortable, the bathroom good and with window. Overall a very good place.
