• Sylvia (8/5): - Grundsätzlich tolle Unterkunft! Nur 2 Dinge sind verbesserungswürdig: die Dusche & die laut Lüftung - auch am Abend. Die Dusche war relativ klein und wenn dann das Wasser nur von oben kommt (keine Handbrause vorhanden), ist es ein Kunststück, dass die Haare nicht nass werden. Und am Abend ist eine relativ laute Lüftung gelaufen, die man selbst nicht abschalten konnte. Trotz Nachricht an das Hotel wurde auf die Reklamation nicht reagiert.

• Laura (10/5): Perfect location and room, would definitely recommend. - First of all, the staff were amazing. Really kind and helpful, and they cleaned our room every day of our stay. The bed was really comfortable and overall the room was the perfect size and nicely decorated. The location couldn’t be more perfect as it’s only a 2 minute walk away from St. Mark’s Square. Overall, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at during our time in Venice.

Obiekt jest kameralny, z niezwykle przyjemną, rodzinną atmosferą, dzięki czemu można tu naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć się swobodnie. Ogromnym atutem tego miejsca jest personel — Pani Petra oraz Pan Daniel - są niezwykle sympatyczni, pomocni i zawsze gotowi doradzić. Ich zaangażowanie i podejście do gości sprawiają, że pobyt staje się jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zarówno w pokojach, jak i na korytarzach oraz w częściach wspólnych wszystko jest perfekcyjnie czyste — widać ogromną staranność i zaangażowanie Pani Petry w utrzymanie porządku. Wszystko jest świeże, pachnące i bardzo zadbane. Dodatkowym plusem jest świetna lokalizacja — Plac św. Marka, przystanek tramwaju wodnego oddalony o zaledwie 3 minuty spacerem, Most Rialto około 5 minut, a w najbliższej okolicy nie brakuje restauracji i klimatycznych sklepików. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać!
• Taylor Westbrook (10/5): The beautifully aged, boutique dream in the quiet alley of San Marco! - The building was beautifully timeworn, full of charm and character. Three of us fit into a room quite comfortably. The beds were wonderful and the ambient sounds of the outside diners (when the windows were open) at the restaurant next door were so dreamy! Even though our room was close to the reception desk we never heard anyone our entire stay. On top of that, the concierge pointed us in the right direction every step of the way. She would ask us about our plans and add to it or flip the script creating magical moments we never could have planned.

They accommodated our earlier arrival, stored our luggage the day we checked out, and overall gave us an authentic experience, with helpful advice and nice chats. The location is great. Nothing really. There are only stairs to go upstairs and the room was not huge for 4, but it was exactly as described so nothing to dislike or complain about.

Habitacions molt confortables i el personal ha estat excel.lent. La Petra ens ha tractat com si fóssim de la seva familia i el Danielle ens ha ajudat en tot donat consells i bones recomenacions per menjar. Ha estat una experiencia de 10!!! Hi tornariem un altre cop. No tenim res a dir que no ens hagi agradat.

• André (10/5): Ambiente caseiro e acolhedor a dois passos da Praça de São Marcos - Adorei a simpatia e a recetividade connosco. Gostei muito do ambiente, é bastante acolhedor, foi como se nos sentíssemos em casa. Oferecem café, leite, bolachas doces e salgadas, chá e uma chaleira para aquecer água que também é cortesia, tudo na receção. A cama era muito confortável, tudo muito limpo, tínhamos máquina Nespresso no quarto com algumas cápsulas para degustar. Tem aquecedor de toalhas de banho, o gel de banho e para as mãos cheiravam muito bem e a decoração é muito "clean", branquinha e acolhedora. Ofereceram no minibar duas coca colas, duas cervejas e duas águas com águas, que foi muito simpático da parte do hotel. No geral, para descansarmos confortáveis e perto de muitos pontos importantes em Veneza, foi uma ótima experiência! O nosso quarto tinha quatro janelas e duas delas não tinham blackouts nem persiana, para quem não gostar de acordar com a luz do dia de manhã recomendo levar uma venda para os olhos.

• Ina (9/5): Großartige Unterkunft für eine Wochenende! - Eine nette, einfache Unterkunft in perfekter Lage, zwischen Markusplatz und Rialto. In Summe verfügt diese Unterkunft über 6 Zimmer. Trotz fehlender Rezeption funktionierte der check-in abends ohne Komplikation. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Himmelbett, war etwas verwinkelt und auf die Gasse ausgerichtet. Im Nachbarhaus ist ein Lokal mit Tischen auf der Gasse. Täglich frische Handtücher und ein mollig warmes Bad. Ebenso Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und Minibar am Zimmer. Es gibt im Allgemeinbereich ganztags Zuckerln, Kaffee, Tee, Saft und Kekse zur freien Entnahme. Ich kann nichts negatives berichten. Wissen sollte man allerdings: Die Unterkunft liegt im 1. Stock mit schmaler Treppe ohne Lift. Wer mit mehr als einem Kabinentrolley reist wird hier und im Zimmer seine Probleme haben. Es ist kein richtiges Hotel mit Lobby, Bar, etc. Die Decke knarrt sobald im Obergeschoß (gehört nicht zur Unterkunft) jemand geht. Keine Handbrause in der Dusche. Hausseitig wird kein Frühstück angeboten.

Nos alojamos en habitación 501 (San Marcos): se escuchaba un ruido constante de motor del edificio de al lado hasta las 00h, olores de cocina/desagüe constante en la habitación, algunos enchufes no funcionaban, polvo en alfombras.

The hotel is very close to the center of Venice, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a quiet and charming atmosphere. • PASQUALE (10/5): Vivere Venezia con comfort e stile - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a due passi (letteralmente 100 metri) da Piazza San Marco, in una posizione davvero perfetta per vivere Venezia al meglio. La struttura è in classico stile veneziano, elegante e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera autentica che ti fa sentire subito immerso nella città. Il personale è sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare in ogni occasione, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Le camere sono comode, molto pulite e ben tenute, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra calli e canali. Un’esperienza super positiva: lo consiglio assolutamente a chi vuole godersi Venezia con comfort e ospitalità impeccabile!

• Regine (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt in der Ca‘ dei Nobili war auch eine Reise in die Vergangenheit. - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, alles ist äusserst stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Hausherr Daniele hatte einige Geschichten über das Gebäude inklusive einer Geheimtüre zu erzählen. Er ist äusserst aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ausgezeichnete Lage und top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Er hat uns eine nahegelegene Osteria: Il Leon Bianco empfohlen mit Tischen im Innenhof. Das Essen war echt venezianisch, zum Beispiel Spaghetti allo Scaglio oder Orechiette ai Porcini.

• Rettenmund (10/5): Gemütliches Hotel im Herzen von Venedig - Super Lage im Herzen von Venedig, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Person, herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Zimmer sehr ruhig und man hörte keinen Lärm von draussen. Ausserdem gab es direkt dem Hotel ein sehr gutes Restaurant.

There is a constant supply of tea coffee juice water & biscuits in the reception area. The rooms are spotless and are in keeping with the traditional building. Would definitely stay here again
