- Verified traveler (10/5): - First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

- 23hartleym (8/5): Naples hideaway - In an authentic (steep and narrow) side street (watch out for the Vespas) and in a building entered through big iron gates into a 1-vehicle sized internal courtyard. Then a bijou lift to the rooms. The penthouses have good sized terraces. Ours had the beds on a mezzanine platform with only 1.50m or so clearance from the beams. Fine one you get used to remembering. Due to flooding we had to be housed elsewhere in the building for a couple of nights and this was not well explained at first but thereafter the staff were very friendly and helpful.

- KiwiintheUK (10/5): Excellent - This is a really great location to stay. Just off the Via Toledo (Naples’ Oxford St) yet such a traditional narrow street and lots of little hole in the wall shops, bars and restaurants all around. We arrived late (there is a late check-in fee anyway) but, we were late – (Alibus/traffic) yet Giovanna had waited for us and welcomed us in and gave us a little talk & map and took us up to the apartment. Giovanna was very helpful when we departed as well. The apartment is ideal for a couple- very nicely appointed with a mezzanine floor for the large bed; cooker, fridge, pots and pans. Note to tea drinkers they don’t do kettles. (Italian percolator though) The bathroom is fine though the combi boiler makes getting an ideal temperature in the shower a little difficult. I think all up for location and the quality of the room this is very good value for money. I would recommend this as a place without hesitation and would stay here again.

From the minute we arrived to our departure we were greeted by wonderful helpful people. Brilliantly situated in the heart of Naples we were short walks away from the harbour etc. We loved everything about Naples walking around we felt safe and welcome by the locals. My ratings are most definitely five stars.
- domenict235 (10/5): Location location location - when you visit a city like Naples a lot of negativity comes your way, beware of this and that. Let me tell my wife and I wanted to be as close as we could get to the real Napoletani and we did . They were warm ,friendly and if you asked anyone for directions or where to eat or what to see they were very accommodating from the young people to the older . We arrived to Case Cosi and we meet a lovely young lady called Princess who made us feel so welcome showed us our apartments ,gave us maps of the area and advise of what to see. This apartment was so central that we where in the actual centre of this beautiful city. Restaurants, coffee bars, ice cream, cakes ,shops a 10 minute walk and you catch a ferry to Capri or Ischia. Go for a walk 30 meters from Case Cosi and you are in Toledo then comes the hard part Where do we go if you right you go towards the water, if you go left you got the Spanish quarters,keep walking another ten minutes and you find yourself in the centre of the old city. While you are there visit the underground city and learn how this great people strugled during the war and after but how they fought and then you can appreciate their way of life.

- Laura (10/5): In vacanza con mamma - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura alcuni giorni e ne siamo rimaste più che soddisfatte. Ad iniziare dalla gentilezza del personale che ci ha agevolato in tutto con molta disponibilità e cortesia. La struttura pur essendo nel centro storico è ben tenuta e l’appartamento, nel suo piccolo, molto ben arredato e funzionale! Aggiungo pulito e con tutto ciò che può servire. La posizione è strategica per visitare Napoli e respirarne la sua aria, vicino al mare e a tutti i monumenti. Consigliato vivamente.

- Phil (2/5): Very poor quality. Do not stay here. - Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night.

- CoachK71 (8/5): Great service and convenient location - This apartment is located convenient to Naples harbour and waterfront. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk to the underground station. The apartment is clean and quite spacious but the upstairs loft for bathroom and bedrooms in the apartment I was in would be challenging for tall and large people (tight shower, low ceilings) plus the bedrooms are on a split level than can be awkward, especially in the dark. Wouldn't suggest the apartment for younger children either with limited in fill in the balustrade for the stairs or loft. The living area is very large as is the kitchen space. The staff could not have been more helpful and were fantastic. One word of caution is the staffing times - outside of this window, there is nobody at the reception.
- 569mhairif (2/5): Avoid - Terrible location, really unsafe, waited around for ages to be greeted by a young man who could speak no English, we were ushered into a damp smelling dirty office to sign paperwork and pay city tax, the lift to the apartment was so small we had to send our luggage up one case at a time then one person at a time, it was up 10 flights of stairs so that wasn't an option. We then got to the accommodation which was dirty and nothing like the pictures in the website, the cooker hadn't been cleaned the bathroom was appalling, used soap in the dish and there were clumps of dust and dirt all over the floor!! This place is not fit for purpose avoid at all costs
- Nattyb90 (6/5): Apartment in a good location for a few nights - The location is the best reason for staying here, right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter in Naples, you'll get a true feeling of how Neapolitans live. What comes with this is lots of mopeds darting through the streets and it's quite noisy at night, but fine if you have earplugs. The apartments themselves are basic with a small kitchen. We found ours to be quite dark due to the lack of natural light. The apartments are only cleaned once a week which we didn't like as we had no fresh towels. The wifi works fine most of the time but intermittently cuts out. I would recommend this place for 2-3 nights if you want to explore 'real Naples' but as we stayed for 6 nights we found it a bit too much for us.

There was no hot water for two days and there was nobody in the office to complain. Also it made a puddle in the corridor after using a shower. Owners don't offer any soap and dishwashing sponge. - shaoqiang (6/5): - 这个酒店对于自驾游来说就是一个噩梦，在老城区的山坡上，所有道路十分狭小，各种单行线，高昂的停车费，而且十分难找。老板不能说英文，提供了WIFI密码但却搜不到信号，没有提供早餐，有厨房却没有任何调味料，有点在于公寓很宽敞，完全可以住四个人，但是却不是十分干净的感觉。

No existe ningun servicio, pues viene a ser como aparto hotel, con un senor, Silvio, encargado que hace muy buena labor de ayuda. La habitacion espaciosa con su cocina, frigo, utensilios... Cama comoda Una lastima es la ducha, que es la minima expresion, cuando el espacio del servicio hubiese dado para un plato de ducha mas decente. Igualmente el ascensor, lo mas pequeno que nunca he visto. Los ruidos y hablar se comunican muy bien de cuarto a cuarto, una lastima. En la descripcion del cuarto se habla de "canales por satelite", pero la TV no existe.

Waited about 15 minutes in the rain before able to find someone to check in.
- CherednichenkoAlex (10/5): It's real Naples! - Excellent location makes you feel the real city, not just touristik streets with touristik shops. Nice cozy restaurants, cafe and bars around. Plus shops, if you want to eat something home-made. High ceilings, fresh interiors, good prices, wi-fi in rooms. 3 nights in there - everything was fine. We will come back to Naples, may be we'll stay here for another time (if they'll have free rooms).

Parfois pas de réseau téléphonique ! ... Changement d'opérateur fréquent.. Très bruyant le soir, mais double vitrage et climatisation pour l'été ! Quartier chaud ! Uniquement pour ceux qui veulent de l'authentique ! Globalement positif, en connaissance de cause...

Molto tranquillo e a 1 minuto a piedi da piazza del Plebiscito, comodissimo con i mezzi. E' un appartamento, quindi le pulizie vengono fatte prima dell'ingresso e sui lunghi soggiorni bisogna provvedere da sè. Caratteristico, nel cuore di Napoli. Ottimo, siamo molto soddisfatti!
- 161franckp (10/5): Cosy flats and excellent location - My wife and I stayed in Case Così for five days during our 10 days trip in the Naples area. The location is excellent: the Spanish Quarter is in the very center of the old town. We could experience a real Neapolitan way of life. From there we easily reached all the monuments and visits we had planned. The main Naples harbor is ten minutes walking away. The flat we stayed in was at the top floor: amazing view from the terrace! Cosy decoration, clean, with a nice little kitchen, useful to prepare a real italian breakfast. A few meters from the building we could shop at typical food stores/market. We just loved it! I could definitely recommend Case Cosi. The ratio quality/price is very good. Ask for one of the top floor apartments.

- Stephan (8/5): très bien situé - J'y suis resté une semaine, en octobre. Il faut savoir que ce quartier est un peu bruyant. Donc, en été, si on veut dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, ce sera un peu pénible. Avec la fenêtre fermée, ça va. Mais le studio était grand, propre et Mirco à la réception est très efficace et agréable. Le rapport prix /qualité est satisfaisant. Dans le studio il y a aussi un cuisine équipée. Donc, hôtel à conseiller.

- sarahkatek (4/5): Good location and reasonably priced, but sub-par maintenance of property. - Good location and reasonably priced if you grab the firm's special offers available on their website. Via Sergente Maggiore is wedged between Chiaia, Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, and the Quartieri Spagnoli. Decent apartment with neat loft bedroom. HOWEVER, when I arrived the apartment had been cleaned only very superficially. Hair on the bathroom floor, mildew on the shower stall, urine on the toilet seat (!), grime on the kitchen counters, dust and hair on the stairs to the loft, and musty-smelling blankets. Clean sheets and towels, though. If I were doing it over, I would immediately request that the unit be cleaned more thoroughly before I moved in. Also, the internet service they claim on their website consisted of using the grim downstairs office's grimy computer after hours. The reception I received from the assistant when I arrived to sign papers, pick up keys, etc. was professional but a little awkward and strange.
- _Wanderer__24242_ (8/5): Central location, good value for money - I and my wife stayed at Case Cosi in a 2-person studio apartment on Via Sergente Maggiore 21. Apartment location left mixed feelings: it is in residential quarter and the interesting thing about it is that there you can observe the real Neapolitan life. Washing hangs over balconies, women watch TV from the street. The bad thing is that it is very noisy there: cars, motorbikes, TVs, and talks produce constant (and quite loud) background noise. Otherwise the location is good: very centra close to the big shopping street Via Toledo (80 meters) and the harbor (10 mins walking) from which ferries to Capri, Ischia etc depart. Our apartment was clean, recently renovated and spacious, with two levels, a double bed and wardrobes being on the second level and a big sofa, a table with 3 chairs, a single bed and a TV on the first level. The apartment had two windows (both opening on the same narrow balcony). There was no air conditining, but even though the weather was hot (>30C), we did not suffer from heat and it was comfortable at night (it can get somewhat hot during the day though, esp. after returning from the street). The apartment was equipped with a heavy metal door, with an additional metal grille just before it. The street door downstairs also had a lock, so we felt quite safe. :-) The kitchen was adequetly equipped – a sink, a gas oven, a small fridge (with a malfunctioning freezer – our ice-cream became soft), cookware and dishware. No microvawe, no good kitchen cutlery and no goblets, though. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, but the bathroom fittings were of a poor quality (but adequate). The staff was very hospitable and pleasant, but not too useful in providing local information (we had made some research before the trip and then felt that we could teach them couple of things about the surroundings and practicalities). There are several stalls selling fruits and vegetables (and other foodstuff) just around the corner from the apartment, but a proper market is rather far away (about 1 km up via Toledo on piazza Pignasecca). The best food market in Naples, however, is at Porta Nolana, near the main railway station (in front of Circumvesuviana terminus). There were two proper GS supermarkets in a relative vicinity of the apartment (since street markets in Italy are only good for buying fruits and seafood - better and cheaper than in supermarkets, everything else is more expensive and the choice is limited). One supermarket is on Vomero hill (a 5 mins funicular ride from Central station which itself is 5 mins walking from the apartment). The other GS supermarket is about 15 mins walking distance away, down via Chiaia. Both accept all major credit cards. We stayed for one week and payed 510 euro. All in all Case Cosi is a good choice in Naples and definitely good value for money. We recommend the place and would stay again. P.S. Their website is [--] , we found it cheaper to book directly.
- 1944 (6/5): The real naples at case cosi' - We just returned from four nights at Case Cosi in Naples. Case cosi is a building which has almost entirely been renovated to contain flats of various sizes for short term stays. The initial impression is not good - Via Sergente Maggiore is a narrow street just at the beginning of the quartieri spagnoli and didn't feel over safe. However, once we overcome first impressions, we discovered that the apartments were clean, new and well organized and that the street itself was full of fun and charm. The shops just up the road are great, and the salsamenteria prepares incredibly good take away food which, if you choose flats 18 and 19, you can eat on the superb terrace. Only problem, no lift, so five flights of very steep stairs. Worth it if you are fit. Flat 11 is also nice, but no terrace. When you arrive get taxi to leave you at piazza Trento and walk up to Case cosi - only five minutes. When you leave there is a taxi rank at nearby piazza Carolina. For Pizzas, the famous Brandi pizzeria is just around the corner as are Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito and Via Chiaia, the most elegant streets of Naples. The flats themselves are surprisingly quiet. The manager Pina extremely helpful, and her assistant Mirki very very willing. I would definitely go back. I believe Case cosi has another building of flats which is even newer, but as I haven't been there I can't say any more than that. One warning but that applies to Naples in general. Don't carry a hand bag (even an empty one) and don't wear jewels or valuable watches.
