- Leanne (10/5): Welcoming, comfortable apartment perfectly located in Rome - The property was perfect. We arrived in rome at Rome termini & the property was a beautiful 15 minute walk from there. Upon arrival I called Rita who buzzed me in immediately & we went up a short set of stairs to our apartment. The room was clean & perfectly equipped for our stay. The wardrobe was large with ample hanging space, a safe, tv, extension lead to charge devices, a fridge containing still & sparkling water, there were fresh clean towels, beautiful windows that opened out to hear the bustling streets of Rome. The bed was comfortable and we had a wonderful nights sleep. The shower was small but practical, shower gel, soap & shampoo provided. Hairdryer provided. There was tea in the room & biscuits and also a coffee machine in main communal area. Over all we had a wonderful stay, and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The trevi fountian was a 15 min walk away, and the local area had lots of shops, restaurants etc. Really welcoming helpful host and we will stay again.

The staff was kind and responsive. I absolutely recommend if you want to have a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.

- Ronit (9/5): - המיקום קרוב למרכז אבל בשכןנת מגורים שקטה גודל החדר המיטה הזוגית היתה ממש נוחה, מיטות היחיד פחות בארון הבגדים אין מדפים רק אפשרות לתלייה. זמינות הצוות היא רק בין 0800 ל1400 ויש רק מפתח אחד לחדר. כך שאם מתפצלים אין איך להכנס לחדר או לבניין. בנוסף ביום הראשון אחרי שחיכינו לשעה 8 (הטיסה שלנו נחתה ב 0600) ושמנו את החפצים חזרנו ב 1200 לעשות צ׳ק אין וצלצלנו באינטרקום חצי שעה לפחות ואף אחד לא פתח. היה קר וגשום וזה היה לא נעים. בסוף עזרו לנו ממלון אוקספורד הסמוך. היה כיף אם היה מדף באמבטיה לשים מברשת שיניים וכו. בקושי היה מקום.

Nous avons très mal dormi, trop chaud dans la chambre et lit trop petit. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas du tout et pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause de la route et du chantier juste en face. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche sur la fin de notre séjour pas d'eau chaude, l'eau était plus que glacée. Pas du tout agréable surtout après une bonne journée de visite 😡😡.

La camera e' molto piccola ma pulita e confortevole. anche il bagno molto ben attrezzato e sebbene piccolo comodo. peccato che la colazione essenziale, venga servita in camera, magari un ambiente dedicato sarebbe stato piu' gradito. Personale alla reception molto gentile e puntuale. Dedicherei uno spazio a sala colazioni e le renderei a buffet, un po' piu' ricche.

- David (5/5): Location and room is nice but noise is unbearable. - Room was nice and location from the Termini station was walkable even withs luggage. The "view" from the room was on the very huge construction street. It was very loud and noisy but the most unexpected was that there you can hear everything what's happening behind the room door. People coming at night at 2am, or 4 am, smashing the main entrance door. It's not a place if you need peace and quiet.

- Jelena (10/5): Best place to stay in Sallustiano neighborhood! - This was my third time here so it tells you everything. The location is top notch, it is a very safe and upscale neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and have a coffee. Last two times I stayed in a double room single use which was small but sufficient for a short stay. This time a had a normal double room which was beautiful and spacious. Even the Wi-Fi has improved a lot since my last stay. Flexible check-in time with a possibility to leave your luggage after check-out. Easy communication with the staff. No complaints at all, excellent value for money! A big mirror in the room would be very welcome!

До основных достопримечательностей минут 20. От вокзала 20 минут пешком. Очень удобно , что есть чайник и чай. Немного твердые подушки, но это на любителя.

Otel termini'ye yürüyerek yaklaşık 15 dakika uzaklıkta, Pantheon ve Trevi gibi turistik noktalara da 25'er dakika uzaklıktadır. Bu benim Roma'ya 3. ziyaretimdi otel'de gözünüz kapalı kalabilirsiniz. Bu tabii ki otelle alakalı değil ama otelin tam karşısında inşaat çalışması vardı. Sabahın erken saatlerinde gelen çalışma sesleri biraz rahatsız edici olabiliyor.

Close enough to have a nice 15 minute walk to attractions and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful park. Staff so friendly. Reception staff were not there to show me to my room and had to talk through entry on the phone….there are a few doors to get into before the property. Would have felt more welcoming to be greeted face to face.
